Fantastic experience: Recently, I have received treatment for pigmented dark spots on my face. The procedure was carried out using intense pulse light (ILP) Lumecca. I couldn't recommend this procedure enough. Dr Sam took photos before the treatment, and once I went for the second session. The result was tremendous . Almost all of my dark spots (sun damage and ageing) just after one session were gone. Unbelievable result. Even without comparing the results to the pictures taken before the treatment, my skin looked visibly rejuvenated and much younger but pictures gave me a strong evidence:) The treatment is not painful, but there is certain discomfort (like elastic snap to the face), although Dr Sam is super delicate and patient. After the treatment, the skin felt slightly burning for about 2h (I used Aloe Vera gel, which calmed down this sensation), and the spots became even darker - in my case like black grounded pepper. But nothing I couldn't cover with a makeup if I wished to. The dark spots became smaller and smaller each day, and in my case, within 10 days, they were completely!!! gone- peeled off with everday normal skin routine. At the same time, where changes were visible on the skin also invisible changes happen on the inside, resulting in improved skin appearance . I would recommend this treatment to everyone who would like to remove sun damage from their skin, but there are also other recommendations for Lumecca such as freckles, rosacea, age spots. But even without skin problems, Lumecca in capable hands of Dr Sam works its science and magic!!!

Negative experience: The worst dentist ever !! She prioritizes money over professionalism and doesn’t care about her clients' health. I got Invisalign from her, and after just one week, she told me that if something happened, I would have to pay again, even though she overpriced me. It would have been better to order from AliExpress than to go through her. If you pay in advance, she will make you wait longer and prioritize other clients. This has been the worst experience ever. Be careful where you spend your money!

Fantastic experience: I recently had my crown put on after my root canal treatment and I must say Sam did an amazing job. The crown had been made to perfection. The crown looks great, feels great, a perfect fit, just like a normal tooth. Also there is no gap between my crown and adjacent tooth which I previously had which regularly needed cleaning after meals. Sam is an amazing dentist and will explain to you everything in detail, very experienced and knowledgeable. Overall a great team.

Negative experience: I started visiting Sam’s clinic a few years ago and thought I was in good hands. She seems lovely, however, every dental procedure I had done was a disaster. I complained and asked for a refund, but Sam became very defensive. I had a crown placed a few years ago, the total price including emergency visit etc was over £2,000. The crown is way bigger, much darker than the colour of my teeth and the black cement is very visible at the base. Nobody in Europe uses such dated materials. It looks so bad, I’m having it redone to look like a normal tooth by a different dentist. The Invisalign treatment cost me £4,500 and was not planned carefully. No assessments in between, at the end of it, after the X rays , it was determined that there is not enough space for an impact which was discussed with Sam at the beginning. Sam filed between my teeth with an electric drill and created huge spaces where food gets stuck, ruined 5 healthy teeth, instead of filing gently manually. She did not ask for my consent. I’m currently seeing another dentist trying to fix everything that Sam did wrong. Sam suggested that at the end on the Invisalign treatment to file down 5 of my teeth, instead of building up one that was more eroded. She is not concerned with preserving healthy teeth! Every price I was charged was the upper range and the quality of work was below standard. I’m sorry I ever got involved, as the whole experience will cost me a fortune in the end.

I was treated by Dr Sam Smith for correcting and the re-alignment of my upper and lower teeth, using the Invisalign treatment. The 3D laser scanning process took minutes to complete, producing a 13-week treatment plan, and ultimately an enhanced smile. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Ecladent and was very happy with the outcome! I had two appointments. The first, with Dr. Sam Smith, was a general checkup and overview of my options. She was very professional and knowledgeable, and used an extremely hi-tech scanner to create a detailed, interactive, fully 3D view of my teeth. It even generated a time-lapse, showing how my teeth "could" look in the future, if I opted for Invisalign! Because that treatment is so expensive, I decided to wait several months, but I will definitely consider it next year, if I can afford it. My 2nd appointment was with Corinne, the hygienist. She and her assistant did a thorough cleaning of my teeth, including airflow polish, followed by teeth whitening. All of my horrible stains and black marks were removed. The whitening process was done in 3 stages, each 10 minutes, with a gum shield held in place as warm LED lights were shone close to my mouth. I never felt any pain or discomfort, and Corinne kept me informed and reassured about what was happening throughout. She and her assistant were very friendly and good-humoured. In summary, I completely recommend Ecladent and would definitely go back :)

Fantastic experience: Ecladent are fantastic. After many years of being to scared to visit the dentist (after childhood traumas) I now have perfect teeth! Sam is amazing and so is Corina the hygienist. They are very gentle and caring - unlike other dentists I have seen in the past. Highly recommended .

Negative experience: The staff are lovely, however my experience with Sam is mixed. My treatment plan was to be completed in two parts starting with Invisalign treatment. Sam started off friendly, warm and engaging, always taking the time to answer any questions I had, which is what drew me to her in the first place. Sadly, when it came time for the second half of the dental work, the quote increased substantially. To give Sam the benefit of the doubt, I chalked this up to miscommunication and opted to have the work done elsewhere to save money. No harm, no foul, however it was at this point, Sam’s whole demeanor changed. She became dismissive and her answers were short and evasive and she just didn’t seem to care by this point. Overall, the Invisalign treatment was fine and I am happy with the end result. Personally, I think she could have provided a stronger whitening gel, other than the 3.6% hydrogen peroxide which does very little for whitening teeth. The other thing to note is Sam ALWAYS run’s late for her appointments, so be prepared to wait.

Negative experience: My second visit on 06.02.2023 hoping this time the things will be right, same problem with the pricing, most of the prices different from the website on the reception. No one informs about any changes . This time also i got a treatment plan that looks incomplete compared with a second treatment plan done from another Clinique. I've been also charged for a OPG Panoral 90£ without telling me before if i need it or not and also the cost of it . Check prices before and confirm. Good day.

Negative experience: On my 17/10/2022 visit i had a bad experience with this Clinique. I booked an appointment for a routine examination guided by their website prices. After the exam I've been charged much more than what their website shows. They just told me the website is not updated and they have another website with the right prices, i ask them to show but the prices again not updated. After arguing with them they offer a refund credit for my next visit , fair enough but horrible experience with the stuff. If choosing this Clinique just be careful at what you pay, check before with them even if this is again their job to do, just inform before. Good day.

Fantastic experience: Sam works magic! A friend had been seeing Sam for a while and looked fantastic, which prompted me to book. I’m amazingly happy, she’s taken years off me and what a truly lovely lady too. Fantastic experience: I grew up going to dental offices a lot, as my mother was a dental hygienist. The experience always felt begrudgingly mandatory, however, Ecladent is by far the best experience I’ve ever had! It is such a beautiful environment and so much more than just another dental office. The downstairs office has a serene view of the garden out back. Dr. Sam is so kind, caring, and extremely knowledgeable about dental care and cosmetic care. This it truly an amazing experience that I would recommend to anyone (including my own mother). I will absolutely be coming back!

Corinne was great, super friendly, put me at ease and explained what was being done. It was painless and I have a set of sparkly clean teeth as a result. Overall a very good experience and have overcome my built-in hesitation to visit the hygienist. Thank you very much - I will be back and am looking forward to it! Words I never thought I would say...!
