Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Love Teeth ever since they took over my dental practice. Everyone I’ve encountered has been really friendly and helpful. My dentist, Megna, explains everything as she goes, as does the hygienist. I’ve had 2 crowns fitted this year and everything was explained and options given. I’m very satisfied with the service and care I receive.

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous visitor to the dentist, I actually hate going. I am treated with an understanding and calm manner, which helps me enormously, making my 6 monthly check ups much less of an ordeal for me.

Fantastic experience: As usual my visit to Love Teeth new Malden was met with two very courteous receptionists, who insured there was no change to my medical circumstances. I was then directed to clean pleasant and very high end waiting area in just as high end, clean and comfortable practice. Love Teeth sets the bar very high when designing their practices. My hygiene procedure I was put at ease by a very kind hygienist and her nurse and the procedure effortless feeling I've come away feeling very much looked after, I would recommend Love Teeth without a doubt. Well done Love Teeth, the leaders in dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient with Dentist I cannot fault the staff at Love Teeth.. from bonding treatment with Michael (Stonecot) hygienist with Flavia (stonecot) to then having a tooth extraction with Taryn at NewMalden he was very patient with me and guided me through the process and took his time to then having a panic attack once completed and the aftercare of the staff especially Nicola (New Malden) who took the time away from her work to sit with me.. couldn’t have asked for a better team. Fantastic experience: Really happy with my teeth transformation. Dr Sam in Sutton did my Invisalign, which worked wonders and quicker than estimated. All appointments afterwards for cosmetic work on my teeth were informative and for someone who gets nervous with injections- I didn’t feel a thing! Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dr Megna at Love Teeth Dental for my dental check-up. This was my second visit with Dr Megna and I have to say that she has provided one of the best dental services I've ever experienced. My experience was a mix between a thorough and extensive, yet calm and comforting experience. I value great communication, and at each step Dr Megna clearly communicated what she was doing and the benefits of why she has decided to go with that specific procedure. The clinic was one of the cleanest and well kept that i've been to. She even asked me what sort of music I'd like being played in the background during my check-up, which was a very nice personal touch. I can't believe I'm saying this but I'm not afraid of my next dental check-up for once. Thank you to Dr Megna for an exceptional service.

Fantastic experience: I had my first hygienist appointment recently and both of the ladies i saw were lovely and made me feel very at ease they made me feel very welcome and cared for.

Negative experience: Pathetic service,Cancelled my kids appointments twice at last minute.Its been more than a year their dental check up has been done. I chose them when I moved to this area last year but I think I won’t mind travelling to our previous dentist after this experience.Don’t commit to see NHS patients if you can’t manage them.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I both had appointments one after the other. It was kind of the dentist to let my daughter remain in the room during my appointment (apart from during the x-ray) as my daughter has mild autism and has previously been quite nervous about attending her own appointments, so being able to observe others has helped reassure her about attending appointments herself. She was also very grateful for the goody bag that the receptionist gave her at the end. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Have only recently visited Love Teeth in Chessington following the loss of a filling. I was seen by Syed (I hope that's the right spelling). Like most people, I'm not a fan of visiting the dentist unless I have to but I found Syed to be very patient and friendly. He did a great job on the filling and although he recommended some further treatment, he wasn't pushy. The rest of the staff I spoke to were very friendly and polite too so overall, so far, I'm very impressed.

I used to be petrified going to the dentist but since I've joined this practice I go happily for my quarterly hygienist and bi-annual dentist checkups. I used to go to an NHS dentist and after 18 years of them doing absolutely nothing, and my teeth getting worse, I made the decision to go privately. Best decision Ive ever made!

I had one issue with the manager who was rude and unapologetic on a mistake that was not my own, when finally seeing that she did not apologise once and tried to blame it on me choosing to opt out of calls. Apart from that encounter, everyone else has been so lovely and approachable!

Fantastic experience: I had never been to a Love Teeth practice before and had just moved to the area so decided to give it a try. I have never been to such an amazing dentist. Hardly any delay, lovely staff at reception and the dentist Nada was amazing too. She explained clearly what I needed and what options I had and made me feel at ease. The interior was also amazing and didn’t feel like a dentist. I would highly reccomend this practice.

Negative experience: Terrible, my root canal was done in such a rush, the filling wasn’t even filed down nor was a space created so that I could floss and had to come back to have corrected then it turns out the filling was placed too far deep into my gum tissue and now I’m having to wait for it to be done in the hospital and referral could take months. This has caused me pain, can’t eat or brush my teeth near that tooth. Most likely will have to go private to rectify which is money I don’t have as I just had a baby 4 months ago

Fantastic experience: The receptionist was welcoming but relaxed which was nice. They were very chatty and helpful to anyone coming in. I got in touch because needed to get in quite quickly before going away and they were really helpful. I’d had my crown put back in before which was NHS and was a totally different way of putting it back in which required me bitting down on the teeth for a while and not much preparation , this time was different as was paid for and used a different glue technique using UV light and was far more comfortable and the way the tooth etc was prepared was very different. I would definitely like to be given a choice of both options in the future as is quite helpful.

Fantastic experience: I went to Love Teeth Chessington and had a great experience. They have a lovely staff and Wasan Dheyab is an amazing professional. She explained clearly what I was going to do, somehow she did the treatment in a way that I didn’t feel any pain. She is a really kind and caring person , I will definitely be back when I need .

Fantastic experience: I would give 10/5 stars, if I could. Utterly immaculate inside the facilities, all waiting rooms and walkways to the dentistry offices are clean and smart. Dentists are very well spoken with excellent "bedside manner", there was no rush to get through the visit by the dentist, I felt like I had time to communicate any issues and questions I had and get detailed professional feedback. Very much a dentistry who actually cares about the patient, not how many patients they can get in through the day. Very happy with the service and glad I don't have to hunt for a good dentist any longer.
