They take such good care of me and my husband when we visit. I can honestly say that Shakila Pathman is the most gentle dentist in the word, I've had injections, fillings all sorts and have not felt a thing. My husband and I will be moving out of London shortly but rest assured I will not be moving Dentists. I plan to arrange future appointments around visiting friends. Dr. Zaranko is incredibly polite, attentive, and takes the time to listen to all my questions and concerns, always responding with clear and reassuring answers. She’s exceptionally gentle during treatments, consistently checking in to make sure I’m comfortable and giving me breaks when needed to relax. She also takes my health conditions into account and always goes the extra mile to ensure I feel safe and well cared for. It’s rare to find a dentist who combines such professionalism with genuine compassion — I feel very lucky to be her patient!

I was in a good bit of pain due to Osteo Arthritis in my neck (excuse my spelling), and they couldn't have done more. They helped me by creating a support for my neck, with my cardigan and set about thd task with such friendly professionalism. Dr Pathan ( so sorry this is not her full surname I know, not sure of spelling at present), was so nice, constantly checkjnv ig I was in pain. Negative experience: my 15 month old had sore and swollen gums for 3 days, i took her to 130 dentist and she was seen by doctor Ahmad. she saw us for 10 seconds and assumed the swollen gums were just lack of brushing and teething. later that evening i tried brushing her teeth and she was bleeding alot. we were referred to hounslow dental clinic. upon seeing her the doctor had confirmed she had gum infection, and prescribed antibiotics. we will not be coming back here to risk ourselves from so called "doctors" who dont plan on doing their job properly

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible patient care. Called as composite filling previously done in late 2019 has cracked and in pain, was told as it’s been 5 years this year I will need to rejoin the waiting the list, I asked how does the 5 year rule apply if we lost a year to lock down making it 4 years, I’ve called you in pain and need a emergency treatment to be told this was not her problem policy is policy! As she was the only person to spot something serious with me that even my GP failed to spot and her referral to the hospital saved my life. What she has done for me is beyond words. Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Dr Pathmanayagam and nurse Donna for many years and they know how nervous I am of the dentist. Due to my nerves, I have avoided going to the dentist and as a result I ended up with a fairly complex broken tooth that needed removing. Due to the pain I was in, and the time it would take to be seen by a referral centre for the extraction, Dr Pathmanayagam went ahead with the extraction herself. Not only are she and Donna extremely skilled , they are gentle, thoroughly explain the whole process, continually talking to me and reassuring me throughout and very patient! These 2 ladies had me at ease from the moment I walked in and completed the treatment quickly with no pain at all, removing the fractured tooth without any further breakage. Can’t thank these ladies enough and I’ll be a little less nervous for my next visit. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I attended this practice for the first time today as I was referred by my dentist. Reception staff were helpful and polite. The dentist I saw was Teja Patel who was very friendly and listened to what I had to say. She made the expereince easy and checked to see if I was OK. She also had a friendly colleague who was with her, unfortunately I did not get her name. Whilst on the top floor waiting to be seen, there was a child crying as I imagine she was nervous, the dentist who dealt with her was so lovely and eventally calmed the little girl. There is free parking but you must get a permit from reception or else you risk getting a ticket. Thank you to all staff I interacted with.
