Negative experience: After being this place for a few years the service was out standing but since the change in dentist its been appalling After having half my teeth removed due to an accident, I've been left in the dark I was told they be in touch in 9 months almost a year later nothing when I call i found out they've removed me from there list and left me with unfinished work you would be better off avoiding them at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Had to see Emergency Dentist as had really bad tooth ache , I'm quite a nervous person when it comes to Dentists . I was looked after really well , reassured And informed of what was happening all the time, unless I'm going through depression at the moment, they really took care of me, I would like to thank them for what they've done now. Just waiting for my tooth to be taken out.But I recommend the dentist too all as for the receptionist, she was absolutely lovely. She understood my situation, and she spoke to me in a nice convoys, and was very supportive. ID like to thank her as well. Always recommend go to the hygienist. A few days later, we can lovely.Hygiene is there as well

Fantastic experience: My dentist Sina Mosharraf is always very efficient and kind. He explains things very well and has always helped me, whether it be a filling or tooth extraction.

Fantastic experience: I have very sensitive teeth and also a phobia of the dentist. I see the hygienist every 3 months and cannot express enough how brilliant my treatment is each time. As always Ieva provided a excellent hygiene treatment. She is so caring and puts nervous patients at ease.

I have had to have several teeth removed and dentures fitted. at each stage he has explained in debt and has helped me with my fear of the dentist. The whole surgery are great and very friendly. Negative experience: Edit: absoulte shambles of a place. They book so many people in they cant handle it and are always late. If i am late by 10 miniutes they cant see me, but they can be over an hour late? And it's not just me this has happened to either. Since the good dentists left this has happened it never used to be like this. They give you rubbish excuses, I dont recommend. They waste your time. I highly recommend Dr Sabarinathan! I recently had clear correct aligners, and I am so happy with the results! I used to be very self conscious of my teeth and now I feel so much better. I'm a very anxious person and have had bad experiences at other practices, but Dr Sabarinathan makes me feel comfortable and explains what she's doing. If you are thinking of going for clear correct aligners DO IT, thay have honestly changed my life and made me feel so much more confident. Thank you so much Dr Sabarinathan! Best dentist I've ever.

Fantastic experience: I'm really anxious with dental care so I made an emergency appointment after the pain got too much and I knew I needed help, after ages of trying to pretend my issues weren't that bad. The dentists I had were very kind and made me feel more at ease. Although I have been referred to a specialist to get my tooth removed, the pain is no longer there and they made me feel so much better about myself and helped me feel as comfortable as I could, thank you for your care and advice.

Fantastic experience: My dentist is always very respectful and offers good, sound advice regarding my teeth. He only carries out dental work, when necessary and is aware of the costs involved. I have been at this practise for nearly 40 years and he is the best dentist I have EVER had

Negative experience: Worst dentist I've ever attended. The man is rude, disgusting doesn't know what he is doing and doesn't help. This dentist needs reporting! Went in for a wisdom tooth extraction went in he was rude to me about it, told me to not demand a emergency appointment even though I'm in pain and the wisdom tooth is in my cheek! He then numbed me up but because the mini x Ray didn't fit in my mouth and I was gagging, he decided to rip it out my mouth tell me he's not doing it because My gag reflexes and he can't help me he said he might refer me to hospital but that can take a year all because me gagging. I then asked if there is another way for a xray he said there is but he doesn't have time for that now ( I was in there 5 minutes) I walked out completely numbed for no reason and absolutely shocked how I've just been treated. This hasnt been the first misconduct with this man dentist however I gave him another chance.Last time he was rude to my 5 year old son with special needs. I won't be going back to this surgery again I'm disgusted. REPORT THIS DENTIST (NHS) I can not reply to the comment underneath made by this dentist so will reply on here. This reply is lies. I am not happy at all the management has told me to go back to the same dentist I've had issues with. I have said I can't and now without a dentist. No one else will take me on at this dentist as apparently they are all fully booked with nhs. Me and my 5 year old are now left without a dentist and I've been told to wait for a phone call by management. PLEASE DO NOT COMMENT BACK SOMETHING THAT IS UNTRUE. I AM VERY UNHAPPY HOW IVE BEEN TREATED IT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED AND IM NOW WITHOUT A DENTIST.

My dentist was great, patient, thorough, explained everything to me in a way that I understood, and anything I questioned she responded honestly. Extremely grateful for the care I received yesterday and have already recommended to some friends and my partner! Hoping to get my daughter moved over to this practice when an opening is available. Negative experience: Do Not send your children here. My son has a genetic condition and I have come from the orthodontist who has said he should have been referred when he was 8 and he wasn't. We left this dentist a long time ago because of his incompetence and rudeness of a male dentist and that is what has got us where we are now, which is actually being seen by specialists. My son is going to have to have more teeth out now than he would have done. The orthodontist said that all dentists know this. This is negligence on a massive scale and I will be taking action about this.

He was really patient with him (normally my son doesn’t even let the dentist touch his teeth) I would also like to say thank you to the receptionist Tali who made sure we filled in the right paperwork and arrange my son to see David again
