Fantastic experience: Very friendly & professional hygienist and dentist. Everything fully explained clearly as they proceed with the services they are providing. Although no treatment required on this occasion previously the quality of treatment has been first class.

Receptionist exceptionally helpful today, booked my appointments for next time with Dentist and Hygenist all organised at times and date convenient to myself and together on same day and sent straight to my phone and added to my calendar whilst I was in the surgery. Claire polite and calm and so patient always completes a very thorough cleanse. I travel miles for this practice but it is well worth my journey. All staff are very friendly, professional and outstanding. Many thanks to all.

Fantastic experience: Shivani kumar is such a lovely dentist. She's so friendly, positive and remembers you. She made me feel so relaxed and completely calmed my son when he was so scared of the drill... when you have a dentist like this, you dont dread the visit!

Fantastic experience: Our dentist, Theresa, and her dental assistant, Tia, were both very kind and friendly. They greeted us with smiles and listened to us patiently. They gave us excellent advice and suggested we go to a hygienist, but their tone was kind and nothing felt forced or pressured onto us. During the checkup process, they were very detailed but not intimidating at all!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here since they first opened, and at this point, I think my teeth owe them an apology. The receptionists? Absolutely lovely—so helpful that they deserve medals for dealing with my last-minute scheduling chaos. They somehow make booking a dental appointment feel like less of a chore, which is an achievement in itself. My dentist, on the other hand, is on a personal mission to remind me that my dental care is, shall we say, *questionable at best*. Every appointment comes with a signature tut and a look that says, “Really? *Again*?” But honestly, I probably deserve it. If anything, their judgment keeps me accountable—because nothing makes you rethink your life choices quite like your dentist sighing in disappointment. Despite my complete inability to floss consistently, they somehow still manage to keep my teeth in top shape. If you're looking for a dental team that combines top-tier care with just the right amount of gentle shaming, this is the place for you. Five stars, even if I don’t always deserve them.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. Over the past year I have had a lot of dental treatment. I turned up at the first appointment and explained I’d had an awful experience with my previous dentist and now had a real anxiety/fear over getting any treatment. Ilyass was so understanding and talked me through it all. I must have had about 8 appointments total and now I have all my teeth looking great. All the staff from receptionists, nurses and Iliyass have been extremely kind and professional.

Fantastic experience: My check up was very professional and I felt, that it was done with great care. The condition of every tooth and gums was checked. I was given specific, do and don’ts, advice on how to look after all my teeth. I very much appreciated the care given by all, at Winnersh Dental Practice.

Negative experience: That’s very bad experience with me … I didn’t get proper treatment. Even I went there again for normal for that same tooth they have changed to me for whole check up again .. I didn’t want to check up on other teeth which I don’t feel any pain and problem but they did not do anything .. now I need to for private because they charge 73 pounds without solving my previous problem + 26 pounds again ..

Positive experience: My visit to the hygienist was on time and managed efficiently however, it lasted just under half an hour and I cannot see how the huge increase in price is justified. Looking after one’s oral health is becoming prohibitively expensive.

Fantastic experience: What can I say about this practice from the moment you walk in the door you get a warm hello from the reception staff. It's very clean and the dental staff make you feel at ease. From someone who hasn't been able to see a dentist for a long time they go through every step with you so it puts your own mind at rest.
