Fantastic experience: Only recently joining this practice I am absolutely very satisfied with all they have done really pleased

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined this practice as my wife and kids have been going there for years. I am not very good with dentists due to many past experiences but have decided that as I grow older I need to look after my teeth. I must say that the dentist who deals with me is excellent as she is always friendly but professional and advises me fully in respect of my dental health and any work that needs doing. Having had a fairly significant piece of work done on my teeth this morning I wanted to leave a review praising the dentist and her team as from the injections, through the rest of the procedure there was very little discomfort and everything was carried out in an efficient manner. If only past dentists had been anything like this good I probably would not have the fear of dentists which I do! The receptionist, Abby, is also very friendly and efficient so all in all I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Premier Dental Care for the past 3 years and can only praise them. I mainly come for regular check ups but on the odd occasion where I’ve had pain or an emergency they go out of their way to fit you in. I think Abby the receptionist is very efficient and that this may be confused with her being rude, but I can assure you she is far from it and always cheerful. My son & his family also come here and think the same. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice, keep up the good work

Fantastic experience: Really like this dentist, they make you feel welcome unlike previous dentists I have used, not sure what the dentist name is, a Portuguese guy, very friendly and helpful. When ever I call up everything dealt with efficiently no bother, not sure what all the hate is about the receptionist, I personally think she is friendly and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I had a really bad experience with my previous dentist and was left in pain for years, I struggled to get appointments less then 4 weeks between each procedure. Since I've changed to Premier Dental Care my teeth have really been taken care of swifly and efficiently and I'm pain free for the first time in years. Premier have done all they can before extracting any teeth unnecessarily. The staff are very friendly caring and efficient and unlike my last dentist I don't feel overlooked being an NHS patient. I've been treated really well and would highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: I read very good reviews about the premier dental care and have been taking my 9yrs old boy for his treatment under Dr Louro, who is indeed very polite and kind with childrens, today he was on leave so had to take him in emergency for his tooth ache, he was seen by Dr Mirsiaghi who was very rude , i wonder if she has any experience with children, did not build any rapport with my 9 yr old , she started asking me questions and was just saying head up, head down and hands down to him, she was not even bothered why he was holding hands up( cz of pain) it was hurting, which is a natural reaction to pain, did not even bothered to ask him if any pain? after couple of time she said hands down to him she then shouted at him and said" i said Hands Down" wow what a service they provide !!!!! he got scared and tolerated all the pain, he cried in the car all way back to school. I am very sorry to say she might be good clinically or in her skills but not with patient communication, she really needs to work on her empathy and approach towards minors.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Premier Dental Care for a number of years now and have always found them to be excellent. I don’t go for regular check ups, but every time I have an emergency they always do their best to fit me in. I had 3 teeth removed recently and all of this was done through their quick referral to Weybridge and it was all under the NHS! Very polite and welcoming. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been really fortunate to attend appointments with Dr. Farnaz Mirsiaghi at the Addlestone branch. I have received really great dental care over the past several months, I recently had a baby and my teeth are not as strong and healthy as they once were! Dr. Farnaz Mirsiaghi is very knowledgeable, talks through everything she is planning on doing and gives care options with explanations of both the pros and cons of the treatment. Making me feel at ease and aware of what is happening, rather than feeling as though I am in the dark with treatment. Abby - has been warm and welcoming each time I go for an appointment, even taking the time to chat with me about music at the end of my last appointment. I always feel very welcome and calm going into the appointments. Abby makes the practice feel very personalised and as though you are valued and not just another patient coming in. I have a longstanding fear of the dentist but this service has been so calming, with explanations of all procedures. Fantastic experience: This dentist is incredible I have really bad anxiety with dentist I also suffer with anxiety and bad teeth health due to my mental and physical health and they were amazing understanding always asking if I’m okay during procedures and always so understanding of why my teeth weren’t in the best condition no judgement . Unfortunately I did not get the same treatment from the dentist next to waitrose the men speak to their staff and women in such a downgrading manner and also try to make you pay for every single thing and also did not care about anxiety or anything or the sort they just wanted to make money off everyone . Negative experience: Very bad customer service, was told I could not be referred for NHS treatment even though it was a NHS appointment and I would have to pay £950, no other option. Went to another dentist and learnt I had been wrongly diagnosed and did not need that treatment done, also told the wrong tooth which was the problem!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been today for my first professional cleaning, due to having a bad experience in December in another dentist. I asked for specific areas to be cleaned and I’ve had the most wonderful experience and would highly recommend this dentist. The staff are amazing and friendly and made me feel comfortable and I’m over the moon with the results of my teeth they look amazing! Thank you so much and I’ll be back in 6 months

Fantastic experience: Myself and my daughter both go to Premier Dental Care. Recently both had some treatment by Dr. Joao Luis Louro. We was both nervous and he was calming and made us feel at ease and both appointments were done quick and pain (ish) free. Abby also made us feel very welcome. The practice is very clean and modern. Would highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: If you’re an NHS patient they’ll do little to help. Such a shame. I was in lots of pain when I went and they pretty much refused to treat me. Went to another dentist the next day who thankfully in 20 minutes got me out of pain straight away. Meaning it was a relatively easy procedure. Such a shame.

Fantastic experience: We cannot recommend Premier Dental highly enough. The welcome we always get from Abby and the high standard of dental care we receive is second to none. Dr Farnaz is so pleasant, and takes time to explain what will be done in a very clear way and carries out any procedures with great expertise and care for our wellbeing. We wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

Negative experience: One of the rudest receptionists. The only two times I called about the appointment (no special requirements at all, just a general call to register and arrange check-up), she gave zero patience and sounded like her KPI is to end every call in 2 mins. Her attitude reminds me to take good care of my teeth so I don't need to talk to her more than I need to. Her rude attitude made me wonder how they get so many good reviews?! Do they offer discounts for every 5 stars reviews?!! The dentist was friendly but I only needed a check up and they referred me to somewhere else for x-ray before giving any advice so I can't really rate on the service.

Fantastic experience: I recently registered at Premier Dental Care and had my first appointments. I found all of the staff to be very friendly and the service was very good.

Negative experience: Having complained about being kept waiting even longer whilst the dentist and patient had a social chat about some holiday, even though I had already been kept 15mins past my booked appointment, and again complained that after paying £300 I only received poorly made dentures and no other treatment which WAS needed (within the band cost of £300) I have recently been asked not to go there anymore because 'I was rude' however this happened just the other day when 4wks ago I booked appointment, two weeks when the appointment day came I had message it was cancelled and to call the dentist for reschedule appointment which I did and was for a further two weeks 20/5/24. When I got there the receptionist took my money (by Google pay) The dentist called me in and said so your here for a check up, but I told you last time you was here to find somewhere else...which actually he did not, he sent me to staines for a full mouth x-ray and said would follow up from there but I never heard from the dentist. Is only recently that I have needed to an appointment and this is the result.... I feel they had set out to humiliate me and had the nerve to take my money first!!! I have to wait up to 5 days for the refund. The dentist even had me in the room sat in the dental chair and then told me I was not welcome for having been 'rude' about a year previously. (actually I was just honest and not happy with my previous treatment at that time and said so) I am in process of discussions with citizen advice bureau, I have been treated very badly by this dentist, and the way they gave me this last appointment, took payment and sat me in the dental chair to tell me I was not welcome was a very unprofessional and nasty way of humiliation to a patient

Negative experience: What do you have to do to get a Dentist these days. Called as my daughter is in quite a lot of pain. Receptionist wasn’t really interested in letting me register her, she finally took my email address to let me register and said she would sent an email. Email didn’t appear, so called back, she rushed me off the phone saying she’d sent it. Still no email. WTH..

Fantastic experience: In the past couple of years since joining Premier Dental I've been very happy with their services. I've always been seen on time (often early) and the staff are always friendly. I recently had the Airflow treatment with Dr. Farnaz and was extremely happy with the results.

Positive experience: Premier dental is the best dentist around, I use to travel to Northolt to get my teeth checked out. The receptionist is beyond lovely and so is the dentist herself, couldn’t e more grateful to have such lovely people look after my teeth. I couldn’t recommend promise dental care enough!!

Fantastic experience: I'm very anxious with the dentist but this practice is really lovely and helps with this. My particular dentist explains what will happen/ answers any questions I have before proceeding with any work. I had to have a root canal done and she regularly checked I was ok throughout, and gave me options to help reduce my anxiety such as listening to music. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to go into my appointment too, sometimes even being ready early before my appointment time, which really helps with not waiting around with my nerves. Really good service and quality care!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to premier dental since it opened. All 3 of my children went too. From the practice manager who has always made me smile and made sure I was distracted before my appointment as I'm a coward with dental work. My dentist Johnny also has been very aware and considerate about my profound fear for his profession. It feels like they actually care instead of just another payday. Negative experience: The receptionsit is just rude and aggressive. Dentist is good but she acts like a used car salesman pushing for additional extras and you end up with a large bill

Fantastic experience: I went for my sixth month check up today. My appointment was at 10.40 and I did not have to wait at all (which was perfect as I had a little one waiting). I was greeted as usual with smiley friendly faces which made me feel at ease (I’m a nervous patient) I had a thorough check and was told nothing needed to be done. Great service, great team. Fantastic experience: I have been to many different dentists and this one has been by far the best I have been going to. I have been seeing dr Louro and it was always a pleasure. He explains everything very well, is very calm and super nice. He never proposes a treatment if not necessary and he performs his treatments exceptionally well with a lot of accuracy and care for detail!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Farnaz for second opinion before the decision to go abroad to do my venear.. I'm very anxious patient but from the start Abby the receptionist she put me at ease. Fantastic experience: 24th March 2023 Pleasant experience I took my teenage son in this morning. Was a pleasant experience. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, the dentist was thorough and my son left happy. All in all I’d recommend this practise. They have made some noticeable improvements since the covid times. Keep it up guys.

Fantastic experience: I have been only attending the practise for about 4 months but they are by far the best dentist's I have ever been too. In regards to both the actual work itself and in explaining the process thoroughly. I have been seeing Dr. Farnaz and she is the first dentist I've had who genuinely feels like they want the best for me as opposed to just doing the bare minimum. My teeth were in pretty bad shape when I first arrived but I've never felt any sense of judgment or shame here. Making and altering appointments is super easy and in short I can't recommend Premier Dental Care enough.

Fantastic experience: Premier Dental Care was the best choice I have ever made for myself !! The staff is incredibly friendly greeting you as you come in the door. The dentists are knowledgeable and they walk you through everything in understandable terms. This was my second meeting and both appointments went smoothly. Fantastic experience: First time leaving a review for a service and I have to say Premiere Dental Care deserves it. The staff are so lovey and professional. They made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I was very nervous to get treatment done and the dentist made me feel so calm and relaxed. She kept checking in with me if I was okay and I felt very heard and listened to. She explained every step of the process before hand and gave me a variety of options to choose from. All I can say is exceptional service and a very wonderful and caring team.
