Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Dr Chirag Patel at Perfect Smile in Putney for over 20 years, and he is an exceptional dentist. Over the years, along with general dentistry, he has fitted two full sets of porcelain veneers for me. Just this week, after I had an accident and cracked one of my front veneers, he went above and beyond to see me quickly and fit me with replacements. His skill and attention to detail are first class - I trust him implicitly. One of the things I’m most impressed by is how natural my veneers look. Over the years, not a single person has ever guessed they aren’t my real teeth, which is credit to Dr Patel’s expertise and artistry. Going to the dentist can be nerve-wracking, but Dr Patel has a calm, reassuring presence that instantly puts me at ease. The prices at Perfect Smile are incredibly reasonable, especially for a Central London practice. They never push unnecessary treatments, quite the opposite. It’s clear they genuinely care about what’s best for their patients. The reception team are always warm and friendly, and the practice itself is easy to get to, just a short walk from Putney train station or the tube. It’s a bit of a hidden gem and I can’t recommend it enough!

Fantastic experience: I am today attending my final appointment with Dr khan, following a course of Invisalign which has totalled around two years. I am extremely pleased to be able to report that I no longer suffer with the issue I arrived with two years ago. I have been cured! When I first found Dr khan, I had visited my GP at least five times and furthermore, had two appointments with NHS ENT doctors. Aside from the final ENT appointment where a doctor diagnosed TMJ (and advised I simply wear a moth guard at night) no one offered any help at all. I had suffered (and I mean suffered!!) with ear ache that was so bad at times the pain literally took my breath away. Agony (and I really don't say that lightly) which strangely, seemed to be brought on by water or cold air going into one of my ears (the ear ache was one ear and on one side of my face). I had taken to using a piece of cotton wool in the 'bad' ear and by the time I found Dr Khan, had been doing so for FOUR YEARS. It was no joke and I worried I would never get to the bottom of what was wrong. Provided I made sure to not let any cold air at all into my ear (really not easy) I could just about keep the pain at bay, but it would strike now and again nevertheless. I wouldn't be able to say how often, perhaps every month, sometimes more, sometimes less, but it was literally agony. Dr Khan confirmed I had severe TMJ, that my jaw was misaligned and as a consequence, this was affecting my eustachian tube. This was a revelation (I'd previously had it inferred by doctors that they couldn't see anything the matter...) and I started a course of Invisalign to fix the issues. The first week or two went absolutely fine, but then I developed a cough. Particularly when laying down and coughed enough to be choking. I feared I would need to stop the Invisalign, that perhaps they didn't agree with me for some reason. I had a chat with Dr Khan on the phone though and he explained that my cough was due to likely years of trapped mucus releasing, in line with my jaw adjusting and not pressing on the eustachian tube. The Invisalign was already working!! After about four months of using Invisalign I was able to finally be rid of the cotton wool I used to protect my ear from the cold and this was momentous! I have now completed my course of Invisalign and my ear pain has disappeared. I also used to suffer tinnitus, which was unpleasant and this has also stopped. I suffered agonising ear ache for years on end, but not any more! I really hope that by writing this review I can perhaps help others who might be in the same boat. If you have ear ache and have tried other treatments, go and see Dr Khan for an assessment, I can't recommend his expertise enough.

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient in fact I hadn’t been to the dentist for many years due to my fear but I went to see Eliza she is the most friendly dentist I have ever met I needed some work done of which some was cosmetic I never imagined I would ever be able to have it done due to my fear of dentists but she put my mind at ease and I bit the bullet and did it I can safely say I would defiantly recommend her to all my friends in fact I already have I can’t thank her enough for all she has done for me I feel like I can smile again without worrying what I look like

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Perfect Smile Putney for a year now. I have been seen by Dr. Sahar Nasir. I haven't been to a dentist for many years because of fear and previous treatments elsewhere over the years. My teeth were in an awful state, especially at the front. They were badly broken and worn as I grinded my teeth in my sleep. Dr. Nasir was so very welcoming she greeted me with a smile. I explained how anxious I was, and Dr. Nasir was so kind, patient, and understanding. I was told I had gum disease, my teeth were scaled, and I was given antibiotics and treatment to follow for 3 months. When I returned, we discussed a plan of treatment moving forward . Dr. Nasir explained everything thoroughly, and I was reassured all the way through. Composite bonding was done on the top and bottom teeth. Dr. Nasir has done an amazing job. Finally, I can smile, which has given me the confidence i had lost . Most of all, I have no fear of the dentist now that is because of the fantastic care and treatment given to me by Dr. Sahar Nasir. I would highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I have been with perfect smile for a while now and been going to see Dr Sahar, very professional and kind hearted person and will always greet you with a smile, support you through out the treatment and will give the best advice possible. My teeth have never been healthier and i honestly can’t recommend her enough.

Negative experience: This dental surgery used to be exceptional but recently the service has deteriorated. I’ve made numerous wasted journeys to be told the wrong person has been booked or that on my most recent appointment that I would need to see someone else and then return. I wouldn’t recommend booking online as the this seemed to cause confusion with the staff. There’s no real level of patient care here anymore.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Shahroze, the hygienist. He was very professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. He explained everything clearly and gave helpful advice for maintaining good oral hygiene. Highly recommend him!

Negative experience: Most unprofessional dentists, really rude. I ended up with a crooked sideways buck tooth bridge which the dentist Dr Nasir thought was acceptable! She also raised her voice at me and told me she was fasting hence her bad behaviour which is definitely not an acceptable excuse. I had to get the manager involved to diffuse the situation. However since it happened the manager is now disputing what happened. I have never been treated so appallingly anywhere. If you care about service and teeth looking good and healthy then definitely do not visit this dentist practice. You have been warned! I am actually amazed that this dentist was actually qualified. I am now in the process of getting the dentist association involved. A terrible traumatic experience which I will never forget.

Negative experience: I am very very disappointed with perfect smile at putney branch. 5 days ago I had infection in my mouth and was painful. 2 days I took painkillers and salty water rinsing but didn't go away, but got worse. My left side was swelled. I went to perfect smile where I am registered and asked if I could see a dentist. Receptionist told me there is nothing for 3 months Waited another day but pain was getting severe and swelling went down to under my chin and neck. Last Friday I went again and said can I please see someone who can give me antibiotics and showed my face to Receptionist but, again she was dismissive and said nothing is available. It was Saturday, she told me call them Monday morning if there is any cancellation. So weekend with more pain and sleepless night. Monday morning 9 am I called but again sorry nothing is available i was told. I said this is infection can someone just look for 2 minutes and give some antibiotics, but answer was sorry. I called 111 I did online form in 30 minutes I got call from a dental nurse and she found me emergency dentist appointment in Battersea. I went there felt valued and welcomed and helped with my infection. I have lost my faith in perfect smile I felt my health in the hands of Receptionists who have no clue about the risk of infection but has power to make decision and send people away even though infection was clearly seen externally It could have been dangerous I am writing this to make awareness because for another patient can be more serious even fatal. Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Perfect Smile. Due to their constant delays and lack of communication, I have been waiting for two years to complete an implant that remains unfinished. I called multiple times and sent dozens of emails, many ignored. At least four times, they promised to call back with updates but never did. I don’t understand how they can commit to a job they ultimately have no intention of completing. Their unprofessional attitude and inability to handle the process properly have forced me to seek treatment elsewhere. This has been a complete waste of time and energy. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable and efficient dental care.

Negative experience: Unhappy with tooth extraction which took two attempts by different people on successive days, insufficient information given on risks of complications which I later suffered (although in dentists' notes supplied later they wrote I had been informed of 12 - the fact is only two or three most common issues mentioned.) Lack of empathy from dental surgeon and reception staff and finally new dentist identified required work which had been missed at Perfect Smile. I will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: Wanted to take the time to leave a review for Dr. Sahar Nasir ~ I was having a lot of problems moving on from a failed root canal that resulted in a cavity in an already weak tooth. My faith in dentists was pretty low as I was now getting the most dental repair work I’d ever had in my life. I asked to see a new dentist and was given Dr. Sahar Nasir and she is hands down the best dentist at this practice. She is kind, warm and she listens. She always talks to me in a clear way, not covering up what’s actually happening, keeping me informed. She has brought my mouth back to health when I thought my weak tooth would honestly have to be removed it was so ‘done’. She should be very proud of the service she offers, she brings light to the NHS when it is so hard to keep light in this tiring, heavy public facing industry. The only thing I can say positively about this dentist, is the receptionist was helpful. She went out of her way to chase it up on 2 separate occasions but she hasn't had any luck.. as of yet.

Fantastic experience: We just seen Dr Pacha. And my daughter was very happy. He was very welcoming and polite. He made my daughter feel comfortable. He was very professional. You can see he loves his job. His assistant was nice too and helpful. It's the first time my daughter left the dentist with a big smile today. Definitely recommend him. Fantastic experience: I want to say a special thank you to Dr Fareed Khan who saw my daughter yesterday for a consultation about her tmj. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and explained everything so clearly and in a way that helped us fully understand. Fantastic experience: I was treated last week by Dr. Sahar Nasir, the cosmetics dentist, for a shattered molar filling and her work was outstanding. Dr. Sahar was smilingly welcoming and managed to put me at ease reassuring me about the procedure and what it entails. She painstakingly rebuilt the tooth and frankly it looks as good as new. She also scaled and polished my teeth and I have to say I didn’t feel a thing. I cannot recommend her enough!

Negative experience: Big waste of time! Waited 20 minutes over my appointment time with no one saying anything to me, just walking past me in the waiting room only to walk out as I would be late to get back to work if the dentist ever showed up! I have so much pain and came from far away for this appointment and it was such a waste of my time. Terrible service!

Negative experience: Unfortunately this is not going to be a positive review. I went to this clinic for a check-up and they found two / three cavities that needed taken care of. After the first two fillings were done, I could immediately tell something was wrong. The space between two of my back teeth has been filled with something (I assume composite from the filling) and I was unable to floss between them like I used to. On top of that, a few days after the procedure, part of the filling came off. So I booked a follow up appointment to discuss these issues with my dentist and she just dismissed them, saying that what came off was just extra material from the filling and that if I couldn't floss between those two teeth anymore I should just use the interdental brush - which sounded very odd to me. Long story short, I was a bit taken aback by the response so I went to a different dentist for a second opinion and they confirmed that the filling I just did had indeed come off and on top of that, that there was a very deep cavity beneath it which hadn't been cleaned properly (how they didn't see it at Perfect Smile? I don't know). They managed to clear it up but got super close to the nerve and said that I would have needed a tooth devitalization if I had waited a few more weeks. They were also able to re-open the gap between my two teeth (free of charge, just saying...) and now I can floss again. To add a little bit of context - this new dentist is not a random clinic I picked online, but a clinic that my husband and a lot of our family friends have visited for several years, but I decided to try Perfect Smile Putney first because it's in my neighbourhood and it looked like a very convenient option - my mistake. Now, I don't usually write long negative reviews, I don't have time and I can't be bothered - but we are talking about people's teeth and health here and I just want to warn people to be careful when choosing this clinic. Maybe I was unlucky with my dentist, I don't know. Maybe I just have very high standards when it comes to dentists (if you are Italian, this is probably not the place for you). But this was my experience. Shout out to the customer care and the ladies at the front desk who are very nice and helpful. However, this is a goodbye from me and a -5 stars review.

I had problems with my gums. Now they look amazing after the oral hygiene. All in all I’m happy with a hygiene services received at this clinic and would highly recommend Dr. Nikita Nathan.

Negative experience: Had called the clinic yesterday - 21 June, with an intention to book an appointment for my wife. Was informed that we need to come to the clinic to fill in the form and the appointment would be made straight after. Came to the clinic this morning - 22 June (Saturday), picked up the form and said that I could return the signed form in 5m and asked if they would be able to book an appointment straight after. Apparently, the clinic needs a full day to process the form and an appointment can only be book on the next workday. Felt as if I was teleported to 1986. Called another clinic in Richmond and have managed to book an appointment over the phone in 5m.

Fantastic experience: Lovely hygienist, thoroughly cleaned my son’s teeth and made him feel super comfortable. Also given advice on how to clean with our specific toothbrush, which other hygienists have failed to mention. Alice the manager who is ever so helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr Vinal Patel I had the most exquisite time with Dr Patel he made me feel so at ease as an extremely nervous patient my entire life. Fantastic experience: An unexpectedly and refreshingly positive experience the other day at this super dental practice, in the safe and professional hands of Dr Vinal Patel and Dhruv. They are a dynamic team with a well-informed and friendly approach to all aspects dentistry. Dr Patel had plenty of time to answer all my questions, providing pragmatic, cost-conscious and 'out-of-the-box' solutions which has really enhanced my perception of the dental healthcare profession. A consummate perfectionist with a light touch of humour to take the edge off any pre-existing anxiety, I would highly recommend these guys for their person-centred modus operandi and high quality of care.

Fantastic experience: As it has been over a few years that I have attended the dentist, I registered with Perfect Smile Dental and have been met with a great experience each time, down to the reception team and the dental professionals. Fantastic experience: On Mar 14, 2024, Dr Shiv Patel conducted a root canal therapy for one of my teeth. This was not first time I did it. I did my last one in Hong Kong, another one a while ago in Singapore. This is the best experience, thanks to Dr Shiv Patel’s craftsmanship, care and attention to details. No pain. She showed me the X-ray afterwards. More importantly, she shared some practical advice how I should protect my teeth. She did 5-star on both of cure and prevention. Bravo!

Negative experience: Appointment cancelled 2 times on me on the day. On the 3rd time they got a stand in dentist to cover the one that hadn’t turned up again, but was still running 30 minutes late. I was paying private patient too so not impressed with the management. Will have to find a new dentist

Negative experience: I had a hygienist appointment about three weeks ago with a locum. The treatment took about 15 minutes and was the most uncomfortable experience. It was rushed, and quite aggressive and my lower teeth and a couple of infill fillings felt really rough after. I had a dental check up the next day and it was noticed an infill filling was missing and the dentist replaced it. Apart from the continued sensitivity I was still experiencing since my hygiene treatment, I was then left with a filling that was a ‘lump’ in my upper tooth. The overall sensitivity in my gums has now subsided in my mouth, but the sensitivity where the ‘lump’ of a filling has been done is very painful. I have sought a second opinion elsewhere and have requested a copy of my X-Rays from Perfect Smile, three times as I’ve already paid for them and don’t want to have to repay. I have still not received the X-Rays but I went ahead with my new appointment anyway. She said plaque was still visible on some teeth and she kindly poIished the ‘lump’ of an infill, which now feels so much better. I am not happy and will be very glad to move on elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: My daughter saw Dr Pacha who we felt was incredibly knowledgeable ethical honest and fair. He did not pressure us at all to pursue orthodontics with Perfect Smile when he easily could have. In fact we have decided to wait and revisit. If you want to have an honest practitioner I could not recommend him more highly. He is great.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Vinal Patel and Rumbi. I had my second molar cavity filled effortlessly. Dr. Vinal Patel used the stamp technique to refine the molar's shape, significantly improving my bite. The fortunate inclusion of the stamp technique, not commonly practiced by other dentists for cavity fillings, made a notable difference. The communication between Dr. Vinal and Rumbi was excellent, providing clear insights into the entire procedure.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Fareed at Perfect smile for just under 2 years now. Having Invisilign has completely changed my life for the better, after suffering with sever TMJ disorders plus trigeminal nneuralgia I am finally pain free and have much straighter teeth. Negative experience: When I was first speaking to Dr Fareed Khan he said that I can come in for a free of charge consultation/assessment. When I wanted to book the appointment, Dr Fareed Khan asked me to pay a fee for the initial free consultation/assessment.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous NHS dentist - dr Patel is so empathetic, professional and friendly. All the receptionist staff are always incredibly friendly and very easy to get an appointment!

Fantastic experience: I’ve finished an approx. 12 month Invisalign programme with Dr Shiv Patel at Perfect Smile Putney. Dr Patel was really excellent throughout. Regularly going above and beyond to answer questions out of appointment time and to make me feel at ease with the process.Thoroughly recommend Dr Patel to anyone looking at the invsalign or a dentistry procedure in general.

Fantastic experience: I’ve not long completed invisalign treatment with Dr Liz Crake. I am amazed but the transformation of both my smile and confidence. I’ve gone from never smiling in photos to doing so without thinking. She is friendly, professional and assuring. I used to hate my crooked teeth, but now I feel like a new person. I can’t recommend her enough. If you’re thinking about going for this treatment, book in with Liz, you won’t regret it.

Negative experience: Dentist Patel is not professional she has made such a mess of my teeth put in wrong colour had a filling done and need to have it done again has made my crown fall out and just kept filling it up basically with putty and kept falling out so left with wrong colour teeth broken crown fillings that need to be done all because she doesn’t take care of her patients correctly and now I’m left having to pay for a new bridge in front teeth due to he being careless went it normal teeth and and she has messed my teeth up so much didn’t turn up for one appointment due to my son in hospital and now she wishes not to see me again AFTER HER MESSING WITH MY TEETH totally disgusting and I have went somewhere else never go back keep clear And also not honest with prices dodgy ??

Positive experience: Not happy with my experiences over a period of time. Quick to reply to online reviews questioning clients genuineness yet fail to provide a good service in person. Of course am it of people use different names online. That's not the point. Asked to fill in registration far more times than I care to count as they could never find my file. Had an inlay with Dr Zacharia which was faulty as gum kept getting stuck on it. Response was to say, 'well it's never happened before'...... Finally agreed to correct it but couldn't get an appoint for ages. You'd think a correction would be done fairly quickly. Safe to say won't be going back. A shame as it used to be a good practice.

Fantastic experience: I have just had my teeth done by Dr Eliza Zacharia at Perfect Smile in Putney. Dr Zacharia has given me the “perfect smile” I have always dreamed of having. She is absolutely amazing. Her care and dedication towards me was something I have never experienced before. She aimed for perfection and that is exactly what she achieved. I am a very nervous dental patient, but she made me feel so comfortable was so kind, empathetic and gentle, and incredibly friendly. Fantastic experience: Having had a very traumatic experience with a different dentist last year, I was very hesitant to try a new dentist. I hadn't been for a check for a long time due to no NHS appts and I was extremely nervous. I cannot recommend Dr Patel enough, throughout the whole appointment she explained what she would be doing, what would hurt and what to expect. She took her time, allowed me to have my moments and comforted me when I needed it. When I came back for my second appointment, the level of care she took was second to none. She knew I was nervous as soon as I started walking to the room and when we went in she asked what music a find relaxing and played some Adele to ensure it was a relaxing space for me. Although I had a little bit of a panic, Dr Patel made sure that I was comfortable, checked in with me all the time and once again explained exactly what was going to happen. Thank you Dr Patel for restoring my faith in the dentist!

Fantastic experience: After looking at other peoples reviews and initial consultations from other practices I’m so glad I chose Perfect Smile in Putney. I opted for a composite bonding treatment plan, however, it’s been a smile makeover for sure. I’ll be going to this practice for any dental treatment I need in the future. Dr Zacharia is amazing, really knows what’s she’s doing and is very considerate with how she works and recommending treatments. Can’t thank her enough!

Fantastic experience: Hadn't been to a dentist in a long time but the team here made a series of visits really pleasant. The reception team are all lovely with great professionalism and sense of humour. The clinicians Miss Diaz, Dr. Patel and Dr. Jordao were all fantastic in their level of care and always made me feel comfortable and at ease. I really must commend Dr. Jordao in particular for a completely painless extraction of an impacted wisdom tooth. Everyone was brilliant all around, thank you so much!

Positive experience: After writing a bad review a couple of weeks ago I can now say that I was contacted today and am pleased to say that my complaint was taken very seriously indeed, I was very unhappy and disappointed with the service I received a few weeks ago and felt that my son was being treated unfairly, however after the phone call I received today I am feeling that everything I said has been taken with the upmost importance and a resolution reached, I am so happy and impressed with the high level of importance my complaint was taken, we have booked a new appointment and I will update the review as soon as possible

Negative experience: The white blonde receptionist is absolutely awful and rude. After my appointment I enquired about whether I should pay for my appointment or not (due to uc) and she retorted “that’s something you should check BEFORE coming here”. I had checked and wanted clarification. Weird given that right in front of me they had a sign up saying if you’re unsure, just ask. The other receptionist clearly noticed that she was rude as she looked uncomfortable. Why the manager thinks it’s okay for staff to speak to patients like this is beyond me. Go elsewhere, unless you want to be spoken to like a dog. Edited to add that I’ve used a pseudonym to protect my safety. The fact that this practice can’t even acknowledge their mistake and instead mask it with gaslighting by making out like I’m not a patient is even more abhorrent. Avoid at all costs.

Negative experience: I am soooo angry about this awful clinic with a bad attitude receptionist when yesterday afternoon the 15th of February they canceled my daughter's appointment at the last minute which she booked almost two ago with a sillystupid reason that we don’t believe is true now we sent-complaint letter to quality care commission and the General Dental Council to investigate directly with the Dr she was supposed to see. “ People's precious time is not for lying or play “

Negative experience: Right now I am very disappointed with Putney Perfect Smile. I contacted them and told them my filling had come out and was given an appointment to take care of the issue. Then I'm told that I cannot get the filling replaced during that appointment because I have to have an examination. I've been told two different things by different people. I think they might just be trying to book as many appointments as possible. After I get things taken care of, I am ditching them. After this and other experiences with them and reading other reviews, I don't know if I can trust them.

Fantastic experience: Dr Liz Crake has transformed my smile! I used to have such crowded teeth, but after getting Invisalign with Liz, my confidence has grown so much. She's so friendly and accommodating, and explains everything thoroughly. I highly recommend. The staff on reception are lovely as well.
