Fantastic experience: I had some treatment recently, including a couple of fillings, and I always get nervous—especially with injections. I couldn’t believe how comfortable the whole experience was. Dr Samar was absolutely amazing—I didn’t feel a thing, and I genuinely don’t know how, as I was expecting at least some discomfort. I’ve never felt so relaxed in a dentist’s chair before. Of all the dentists I’ve seen in my 58 years, this is the first time I can honestly say it was the best experience I’ve ever had.

Fantastic experience: I went to TwentyOneDental in the hope of improving the appearance of a grey front tooth that has bothered me since my teens. All of the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, and my dentist Samar did a fantastic job. I felt in such safe hands with Samar; she gave her expert opinion but also took my thoughts into account at all stages in my treatment. I am so happy with the result and with my overall experience. I cannot recommend enough! I also should add that I had to bring my young baby with me on multiple occasions due to being unable to arrange childcare. Fantastic experience: I was nervous patient but this team has changed that Competent, caring, compassionate from dentists, hygienists, nurses, reception! They are all wonderful! I had an appointment with Samar today, who is just wonderful! Really took time to tell and show me what was needed and why, taking more time still to allow the numbing to kick in! I didn’t feel the injection as they use gel to numb you before that! How lovely! These guys are a breath of fresh air! Do not hesitate! Even if you are really nervous this team will take good care of you!

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say Dental work scares me but today under the care of Dr Samar Khamis I was amazed! She has a unique ability to put you at your ease immediately making you feel like a very valued client. I chipped my front tooth which was nerve racking as it’s very noticeable but to my delight Samar provided me with a filling that is totally invisible. I’m amazed and would definitely recommend 21 Dental in Hove.

Negative experience: Appalling customer service. Once you make an enquiry and provide your email address they start bombarding you with emails, like: " If you are not quite ready to come in for a consultation or don't have the time right now, I can try and give you some more specific information if you send me some photos of your smile". So I've sent some of my X rays. That was the last time I've heard of them. Despite my repeated request for a response they've been ignoring me ever since. Unfortunately I can't tell if their dentists are any good as I never had the chance to meet them but there ignorance is a big red flag and I wouldn't trust them.

Fantastic experience: Sweet and professional people who are very well spoken in a clean clinic. My micro needling session couldn’t have been better. I was talked through the entire procedure, as well as what not to do after the session. I can’t complain about a single thing, 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Debbie Smith is the best hygienist I've ever had. She actually takes the time to show you on your X-ray quirks with your teeth that need special attention and how to do it and any special product you can use to fix problems - which then can be easily fixed with small, repeated actions. So she really cares about you being able to care for your teeth to be in control and so you protect your teeth and save money. Priceless.

Fantastic experience: I received treatment today that required a fairly lengthy procedure. My dentist Samaar, ably assisted by her colleague Shannon made the whole experience painless and relaxing. In addition the results are a dramatic and visible improvement to both the appearance and the strength of the teeth they treated. Fantastic experience: I want to say a big thank you to everyone at Dental Twenty One. I have long term anxiety when it comes to dentists and have not been able to visit one for many years and have for the last couple of years suffered with pain but my fear prevented me from going to the dentist. After much research I visited the surgery and everyone from my first visit was reassuring and I now have a full plan on how to move forward with my dental care. My journey started this week with Bethan removing a loose and painful tooth and the care and consideration I received was first class. I highly recommend anyone who is nervous to visit as the patience and kindness and high level of care really is first class.

Negative experience: The worst experience ever. I agree with some of the negative review here that they are just after your money without show a real customer service experience. They charged me for a service booked 6 months ago automatically after the first treatment . During the same day my son was poorly and couldn’t make it, this was an emergency and actually tried to shows evidences of it after mentioned during a telephone call , however they were rude from the beginning to the point that they threatened me to report me to debt recovery if I didn’t paid , the operation manager never resolved this and I ended paying for it . After requested for my invoice for the service involved , it was denied . A dental concierge named Harried mistreat me by raising her voice and hanging up the telephone on me while I was requesting for my invoice. The worst of all is that in the beginning I recommended this dentist to my mother in law who is charged at the moment over £1000 just for hygienist ,she initially went for implants but they are pushing for more and more treatments . we currently checking with other dentist who provided a different diagnostic and we are putting all evidences together before to take this further . Please everyone be careful and if you are in a situation like mine and my family, remember that there are local authorities that will investigate further after you submit your complain.

Fantastic experience: Needed an emergency visit that then diagnosed an extraction was required. Went the very next day and the tooth was extracted pain free! Very attentive and knowledgeable staff who followed up a few days later with a phone call to check all was OK, which it was. Impeccable service, unhesitatingly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have a massive dental phobia and turned up as an emergency having not been to the dentist in a decade and in need of an urgent wisdom tooth extraction. The whole team were amazing. It doesn't look feel or smell like a dentists (more like a posh hotel) and every member of staff was respectful, compassionate and eager to support. The actual dentistry was explained really well, done really camly and at a pace that was sympathetic to my anxiety. I felt so much more confident following this visit that I immediately booked in to finally get on top of all the dental issues I have as a result of avoiding the dentist. Would 100% recommend for nervous patients and with the help of the fab team I hope to become brave enough to become a regular patient myself.

Fantastic experience: This centre is incredible. I had a fairly complicated treatment resulting in 2 implants and a bridge. The work was outstanding with all possibilities explained at all times. The follow up and aftercare could not be better. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Beth to have a dental device created to treat my snoring. She was brilliant throughout and the snoring has gone away! I couldn't recommend her more - if you're nervous of the dentist like I am, she'll make you feel soooooo much better about going.

Negative experience: Although I've been a loyal customer for 5 years, my recent experience with the new dentist at this practice was my worst dental experience ever. Maybe they should consider assigning her the task of cutting the overgrown bush outside instead of cutting into her patients' gums.

Fantastic experience: First appointment with hygienist (Debbie) - again exceptional service from this practice. Very understanding of nervous patient, even given stress ball to help if needed - very thoughtful. Friendly and helpful discussions, calming approach and mindful of any sensitive areas in the gums. Front of house always friendly and again would highly recommended the practice.

Fantastic experience: Had my new patient registration appointment today and from the minute I stepped in the room I was made to feel at ease. Friendly staff and lovely welcoming atmosphere, would 100% recommend.

Negative experience: Cutting down their hedge which they have allowed to overgrow beyond site boundaries and become a nuisance to pedestrians. In the MD's own words: "Currently it is not maintained as well because I said I’m not going to spend £1,500 a year maintaining it, trimming it gently". This is disgraceful, given treatment charges. What a loss to local wildlife.

Negative experience: It seems every time I visit for either a check up or dental work I am seen by a different dentist. I have questioned this the last two visits, I’m told the previous dentist has now left. So no chance of building confidence. A quick turnover of staff is a worry especially when a 30 min check up is £100.

Fantastic experience: Had my second appointment and must say , my dentist Andrew is really amazing . 10 years ago I was told by a dentist in London they couldn’t save my tooth and that I needed a root canal treatment . Was told the same again this year by my usual dentist in Bognor Regis. However , Andrew did his magic and fixed the tooth that a long time ago was deemed to be beyond saving. Now the best bit - the appointment lasted 3 hours and I also saw the dental hygienist before the appointment with Andrew . So after spending so many hours with your mouth open , you would expect to feel quite uncomfortable . But not at this dentist . I actually fell asleep ! I woke up just in time to see Andrew and his amazing assistant Amy smiling at my snoring. It was embarrassing , but really funny too . Probably more funny, because the memory of it still makes me smile . So want to say a bit thank you to Andrew , Amy and my dental hygienist Debbie and also to everybody at the reception who always make you feel welcome and comfortable .

Fantastic experience: It’s rare for me to write reviews but this practice is exceptional. Dr Asani and the whole team are amazing. I urgently needed a root canal and he squeezed me in. Everything here is very professionally done, I’m not left questioning their standards ever. . Dr Asani has a lovely bedside manner and is extremely gentle. Dr Beth is also very professional and kind The concierge (especially Clarke and Harriet) staff is always calm and courteous even when clients like me are extremely stressed and not necessarily being my calmest. The atmosphere is lovely, all the assistants like Amy and Bianca and the lovely hygienist Debbie I’ve met have been amazing. Kayleigh is always extremely helpful; I often have to get many things completed in a short time frame and they are always accommodating. The practice is beautiful and clean. It’s lovely to go somewhere like this where you can have peace of mind that the highest standards are always maintained. I have been coming here for my dental care for about 4 or 5 years (i come here from NYC once or twice a year and now it’s the only place I have my teeth looked at- they are that good) and plan to continue forever. I really can’t say enough good things about 21Dental

Fantastic experience: TwentyOneDental in Hove is like a well oiled machine that first and foremost make the patient feel immediately at ease and confortable. The practice is in a nice and immaculately kept property. The inside is spotlessly clean. The concierges are always ready to help all with discretion, a nice smile and charming demeanour. The nurses are very competent and let you know that you are in good hands. The Treatment Patient Advisor immediately takes charge from the very first minute, you know you are dealing with someone that is knowledgeable, well versed in all applicable procedures and will follow you through the various stages. Finally Adyl, the practitioner, is the absolute master of his trade. Adyl will take all the time that is necessary to explain the various stages and will demonstrate the procedures by using real samples. Adyl exudes confidence, deep experience, eloquent and amiable. This practice treated me like I was the most important person around till I was entirely satisfied. Adyl and his practice have raised the bar for all others.

Fantastic experience: I have been having treatment now for six months and have been transformed into a new person. From having a few broken rotting teeth and not being able to smile I now have a mouthful of wonderful teeth and am so happy. Fantastic experience: Wonderful treatment as always from 21 Dental. Specialised root canal work done today. Was dreading it as I hadn't seen this specialist before. He was just lovely. No pain (apart from momentarily, with an injection that had to be done on my roof pallet) But he managed to save my tooth, which was all I cared about. So I didn't have to have an implant. Totally relieved (and possibly joyful) tonight!

Fantastic experience: My eleven year old ASC son had always struggled with dental appointments elsewhere, but at this practice the staff were reassuring and professional. The dentist and dental nurse made sure he understood exactly what was going on in his mouth and went out of their way to make sure both he and I were comfortable with everything. His teeth are in better shape than ever. Highly recommended. Edit: two years later I just took my now-eleven year old daughter to the hygienist for the first time. She was nervous but the hygienist and nurse were patient and friendly, really making her feel at ease. They explained everything in simple-to-understand terms, making it an overall very positive first experience.

Fantastic experience: Initial visit to TwentyOneDental, not great at the dentists, but Dr Adyl Asani and his team had no problem in making me feel relaxed and comfortable, explained everything he did in this consultation. Got some very modern equipment in the surgery.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely 5 star service. I needed to be seen quickly and the entire team at Twenty One Dental saw to it that I received the best care when I needed it. Since then, I’ve been back numerous times for treatment and preventative dental hygiene treatments. The concierge staff are super helpful and friendly and the quality of treatment I received from dentists and hygienists is second to none. I will not put off going to the dentist ever again after finding this place! I was even close to falling asleep in my last appointment. Dr Andrew Logeswaran is a star! Makes you feel very safe and calm. I’d highly recommend Twenty One Dental to anyone looking for excellent dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: I think I should have been given antibiotics when my tooth was extracted as I had a further week of pain and infection and another £137 bill! But the dentist was very gentle and reassuring

Fantastic experience: I needed to have an old filling redone, and Andrew and Bianca did such a great job! The new filling looks better and more real than my actual teeth! They were great during the whole procedure making sure that it went super smoothly. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Harriet (front of house) is kind, efficient and reassuring. Andrew (dentist) and Bianca (nurse) are both gentle, empathetic, and skilful. Jassar (specialist) is reflective, insightful and a very safe pair of hands. 21 is not the cheapest option but I feel that it’s well worth it.

Fantastic experience: I had two wisdom teeth extracted with Dr Mo at 21Dental and was very happy with the service. Dr Mo was nothing short of awesome, as one of my teeth was a particularly complicated one and he looked after me very well whilst carefully extracting the tooth, checking in with me that I was OK to continue. I subsequently had a dry socket/infection which the practice happily fitted me in an appointment for and treated. The whole team are lovely and I will be using this practice from now on rather than the grubby and rude NHS practice I have been visiting prior! Thank you for a positive experience of what was quite a scary thing.

Negative experience: I am still in pain after 12months due to a failed root canal that was done twice which resulted in an extraction and a bottom molar taken out as well, I was in pain after the above treatment and told to go and see an ENT consultant. I paid a bill of £2,450 to his dental practice. I have now paid over £1,000 for consultant fees and will now be seeing an Oral surgeon this week. Nobody in the practice has ever phoned to see how I am doing. I only went for a slight toothache and was told by a dentist that I was grinding my teeth and needed a mouthguard. I went back for the mouthguard and was told that the original dentist had left and another dentist then took over treatment described above. I have read your response to my review. I was not contacted after my teeth were removed - I was just told to see an ENT Specialist and I did not asked for my records to be made inactive, I just asked for them to be sent to my new dentist. I feel that you just abandoned me after my teeth were removed, as you NEVER contacted me. I had to have my dental records sent to a new dentist as I needed a referral to see a ENT specialist.

Fantastic experience: I went today as i needed an emergency dental app. Both receptionists I dealt with were absolutely lovely and the dentist plus his assistant were a dream. Will be recommending them highly!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful, professional, excellent service. I have been a few times over the last few months for various treatments including replacing cavities, composite bonding and general cleanings. Dr. Andrew always takes the time to explain each step before and as he goes along which is very comforting. My father is a retired dentist of 40 years in Canada. Negative experience: I gave notice Thursday afternoon to cancel a hygiene appointment on Monday morning. They said it wasn’t 48hrs notice and threatened legal action to recover £108 for doing nothing. Over priced, pretentious dentist intent on profit rather than customers satisfaction.

Negative experience: My 6 year old daughter was seeing a dentist there. We had a check up in June. Upon arrival we were told we didn’t have an appointment because the dentist had left! They didn’t deem it necessary to let us know about this. I decided to give it another shot. Booked an appointment. We were stuck in traffic. I called to let them know, we arrived 10 min after our appointment and they we so ridiculously difficult about it. Terrible customer service. Do not waste your time and money there. Oh and they had made me prepay! I guess that’s how they make their money.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I have loved coming here over the years. The staff are always lovely and the location is so smart and clean, like a boutique hotel! My daughter, aged 5, has been made totally relaxed and looks forward to going for each check up. She says Adyll is very gentle and nice. I agree!

I am also made to feel very welcome by the concierge team which makes a huge difference when going to the dentist and any questions i have are answered . Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Twenty One Dental! Very caring and professional service. A few months ago I did a self referral, within ten minutes Kayleigh called me back to make an appointment. I had lower impacted wisdom teeth close to the nerve in my jaw, and wanted to reduce the risk of it being damaged as much as possible. Dr Alaa Aldaadaa was brilliant and explained to me everything I needed to know about my wisdom teeth and the removal. I had all four wisdom teeth removed under sedation. Really pleased with the results as the nerve hasn’t been damaged at all, and I no longer have wisdom teeth pain causing headaches all the time!! I highly recommend, especially if you need complex extractions. Thank you Dr Alaa and Twenty One Dental :)

Negative experience: I very quickly gained full confidence in the clinical professionals at this practice as a new patient. Further, the clinicians are notably well supported by their nursing and administrative colleagues. People are pleasant (as are the premises). Several months later I am now devastated to leave this practice. It has started to demand payment for future treatment in full at the time of making an appointment (in my case today this would have been in 6 months time). This is obviously wrong and unacceptable, and wholly inconsistent with best practice in any notable profession. No doubt it will be said that this is to counter ‘no shows’. The way to deal with that is to take card details at the time if booking though for a leading dentist to conduct itself like a restaurant would also be unattractive.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic front of house service, very accommodating. And the dentist and dental nurse made my four year old feel relaxed about being at the dentist for the first time.

Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient, I have been so impressed by the team at TwentyOne Dental. I’ve been there for a couple of years now and every time have found the team to be so reassuring, they take the time to explain what is happening and are so very gentle that I don’t feel a thing during any treatment. I also am not made to feel silly due my phobia of the dentist, compounded by genuinely very sensitive teeth. My latest visit with dentist Andrew and nurse Bianca was just the same - I highly recommend this practice to anyone who has anxiety about dental treatment and needs a little extra care. I was extremely nervous, which had been my emotion always on visiting other dentists. My whole experience with 21 Dental has helped me completely rebuild my confidence and all my treatments went brillantly. The dentist and his staff are always very welcoming, kind, patient, professional & friendly. I can't thank them enough !!
