Negative experience: This dentist is a NHS dentist however if for whatever you claim state benefits and your appointment is longer than 30 min you will need to pay a deposit if £25, which will be refunded to you according to receptionist. This information is NOT available on the website, and if you for whatever reason can not afford to pay said deposit, it is suggested you find dental treatment elsewhere. For those of you who claim state benefit you are NOT welcomed at this surgery.

Fantastic experience: It took me a while to find the right Dentist as Ive had bad experiences before and this fear stopped me from seeing one for a while! I felt very anxious and embarrassed but I am so glad I gave it a shot. I couldn't be more grateful and happy! I've had the pleasure to be looked after Dr Nassar and Nurse Rajni. Fantastic experience: Dr Patel is the best dentist I’ve ever had in my life only wish I’d had him as my dentist from years ago,I’ve had a phobia of dentists for 50 years and the dentists that I have seen over the years just made this worse on top of poor almost back street quality in their work,but Dr Patel is the most considerate and understanding dentist I’ve ever had and I was petrified of dentists,pain free procedure no white knuckle gripping the chair anymore and will make sure your totally numb always,even the injections are nothing to worry about and I hate needles. I’ve been able to start to over come my anxiety and fear because of doctor Patel If you’re scared of the dentist or need excellent first class work done I’d 100% recommend you seeing this dentist you don’t have to have bad teeth or be in pain or be frightened again.

Negative experience: Honestly so disappointed with this place . Firstly i had you wait an hour , then the dentist done one filling for me …. The filling is so rough and feels like a big blob and it’s too high so I can’t even close my mouth properly. I paid privately and the service I got was quite bad, the dentist was annoyed I asked her to smoothen out my tooth. I got an injection to numb the pain which didn’t work so while mid way though drilling , had to do the injection again. Dentist told me I had a chipped tooth so she just filed it down without even consulting with me first, now my back tooth is short . Now I’m going to go to another dentist to fix this . So upset with everything! Honestly,

Fantastic experience: First time coming here after experiencing extreme pain over the weekend with my UR8. I’m aware I need an extraction however the hospital waits are far too long. Dr Ya-Bo was amazing. I booked for an emergency today (Monday) and my extraction is on Friday!

Fantastic experience: I recently took my mother to see Dr Shahnil Patel, as she required sedation. Dr Shahnil was incredible with my mother, who has dementia, and got everything done that needed to be. Even when mum got a bit agitated, as she was coming out of sedation, he handled her professionally and completed treatment.

Fantastic experience: I newly registered at MaxiDent Clinic and today was my first visit to their hygienist, Vaanathi. I was very impressed with hygienist Vaanathi. She is the best hygienist I've had to date. Not only was she friendly, polite & informative - she did an excellent job with my teeth leaving them to feel super smooth, deep cleaned and fresh. She was gentle & completed my whole mouth in one session with excellent results. For someone with sensitive teeth, I didn't feel discomfort. Her advice & recommendations for heathier dental care was useful. I'd definitely continue my journey to healthier dental care with hygienist Vaanathi & MaxiDent. Shelly, the Head receptionist, was very friendly, acomodating, welcoming & professional. My first experience so far has been impressive. I'm glad I joined the clinic and will continue using MaxiDent.

Fantastic experience: I had my bridge put in by Martin in 2010 and Nadia his trusty assistant is so friendly and puts you at ease, she even remembered that it was about 15 years ago I had my bridge done and I have not had any problems with them. so it was a no brainier when my wife said she wanted implants, but didn’t want to go to Turkey, I told her that she should get Martin to do it for her and I can’t recommend him enough to everyone as his work is that good.

Fantastic experience: As a nervous patient, it’s been tough to build a connection with the dentist but Dr. Shahnil and his assistant Anna have been incredibly supportive and helpful in making me feel at ease. I can now enter the room without my anxiety getting the best of me, and I’m even able to sit in that dreaded chair! Fantastic experience: Mayyar is the kindest and mist knowledgeable dentist I have ever encountered in my lifetime. I mean this as I am over 50 and have kept dentist apot every 6 months religiously all my life. I'd you have a phobia for seeing a dentist Mahyar will take it away instantly. Shelly the receptionist is the Best there could be at her job so welcoming and attentive to anyone who walks in , Shelly is also very reassuring and comforting if or when stressed. Nassar the dentist went above and beyond in solving my issues today , took he's time , explained every step to me while being so gentle and reassuring ( fear of needles ) he fixed another dentists work and you would never know that my tooth has ever been worked on he is literally like magic and did not stop correcting or perfecting until he said that was perfect and he was right it is perfect ! To have a dentist who is proud of he’s work makes such a huge difference. I did not get the nurses name however she was equally amazing at what she does, together they make a wonderful team , they checked on me every-time I moved , showed me everything, explained everything step by step , involved me in decisions of my care every step of the way we even had a couple jokes and some laughing ! not one fault or flaw within the team work and dental work I experienced today ! I have recommended Maxident to all my family and friends and those who have attended have all said it’s the best dentist they have ever been too. She also provided clear and helpful advice on maintaining oral health, including using a soft toothbrush for receding and sensitive gums. At the end of the visit, she even offered me sample toothpaste. I highly recommend this dental practice!

Fantastic experience: We have been using MaxiDent For a number of years now. When we check in we always get a welcoming smile from Shelly and the rest of the receptions. We head upstairs and wait to be called to see Shahnil. Shahnil is a very caring person towards his patients, he makes you feel completely comfortable on entering. My friend is very nervous about going to the dentist, I have to book all the appointments without her knowing. Shahnil is able to keep her calm, just by chatting about different things, his assistant along side him most of the time is Anna she is fantastic. The last 2 visits has been with a new young lady, not sure of her name. She is helpful too. I wouldn’t choose another dentist practice other than MaxiDent. A lot of practices have closed down, maybe because they were rubbish, people rush to MaxiDent because I tell them how brilliant the Clinic is. MaxiDent you are a fantastic Clinic with a fantastic team. Keep doing what you’re doing, it’s working.

Fantastic experience: Prashamaha is an excellent hygienist, making me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Muna, the receptionist is also very friendly and helpful. Maxident has been consistently excellent with my care for the past three years. I'm also currently having invisilign treatment with Hemash and I'll review that separately, but he's brilliant too!

I have a fear of needles, alongside past traumas at the dentist and so I get anxious when I need anaesthetic. Fantastic experience: MaxiDent Clinic offers everything from basic fillings to implants and orthodontics. I've just completed a long treatment plan with Dr Wala Belhaj. At every stage I was given all the information I needed, with collegues bought in to consult on the more complex aspects for additional input. Dr Wala is very gentle and calm during procedures. Shout out to Shelley and the rest of the reception staff who were always helpful in scheduling around my work commitments.
