Fantastic experience: I am Garden Dental & Implant customer for a couple of years. I have regular dental check up, had tooth pulled out, had restorative treatment and also had private denture made for me. I am particularly grateful to Kishan Patel for all the good work on me. The team including the receptionists are all polite and treat everyone with respect.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been attending Garden Dental for over 16 years! The service has been consistently excellent and the Dentists and Staff, warm welcoming and extremely caring. The Practice Manager is a shining star and a credit to the Practice. She is and has been consistently outstanding, always warm and caring. My 76 years old Mum had some treatment there and she was treated respectfully and kindly - she loves going to the dentists now. Thank you for the excellent care you always provide.

Fantastic experience: Lovely practice very well managed

Negative experience: This was by far the worst experience I had with a dentist. The first appointment was for a checkup, my kids. Dentist said I have good teeth, kids were good as well. But the vibe in this dentistry is bad. Zero friendly effort, bare minimum social interaction. Second time I came for hygiene appointment. Oh boy, again all staff members are borderline unfriendly. Hygienist took 15 minutes to scrape/ clean my teeth, I was in pain the way she did it. Then she polish for about 2 seconds, said flush your mouth and ushered me out. Again, they did the job. All of them. BUT if you are anyways not keen on dentist because you are scared. Don’t go there!! My teeth are good, I have zero cavities , I only have plague. Mostly because I am too scared to have my teeth cleaned as regularly as I should.

Fantastic experience: Our whole family has been coming to this dental practice for so many years, I’ve lost count! The doctors are absolutely amazing, and the level of service is always so high — everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They use the latest technology, and I’ve been so impressed with how some of our dental problems have been solved so quickly and professionally. It really feels like being part of a family here. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Truly amazed at the expertise and care I received when having a specialist root canal treatment recently. From my friends’ experiences elsewhere I had expected a painful and really unpleasant experience, during and after, but I was made to feel so comfortable with not even the slightest discomfort, let alone pain, throughout. I even fell asleep during the procedure! Thank you to the dental team as well as the reception team and practice manager, who were so helpful and kind.

I had a procedure done today and just wanted to say a big thank you to Dr. Patel and Safa (I hope I got her name right!). Dr. Patel walked me through the entire process with care and clarity, explaining each step we’ll be taking to achieve the results we want. Safa was incredibly welcoming and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this practice for the last five years. Whereas I would have rated the practice as adequate a few years ago, in my opinion the practice has improved very significantly since being acquired around 2 years ago. Layla and Ellie now staff reception and are both extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Bobi, the practice manager, continues from pre-acquisition which is very good news as she has always been extremely professional, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with if needed ( referrals, explaining more complex treatment etc). Most importantly the standard of dental care is now excellent and is not rushed with advice on dental care always provided as required.

Negative experience: If you don't have a dentist yet, I strongly suggest that you avoid Garden Dental!. Dentist here are very rude and liars!.. I made a formal complain to this clinic as my experience here was horrible. after going back and forth with this unprofessional clinic. I have decided to complain directly to the General Dental Council! and will be contacting the The parliamentary and health service ombudsman.

Negative experience: Would not go back here, had an appointment at 9.15 am they saw me at 10 am. Patients time did not matter to them. ( I had taken time off work for this appointment) Also when I called to book the appointment ( I was already a patient there) they told me we have to book you privately and it will be 49£ for only the checkup and they took the payment over the phone when I asked the difference between nhs and private they said if you are not claiming benefits it will be £49 so I said okay and paid when I went into the clinic I asked again and was told no nhs is cheaper and next time she will make a note to charge me as a nhs patient. Just a money ripping clinic they could have charged me less but did they did not disclose this information to me on the phone.

I haven’t eat from few days ago because my toothache and after few days they given to me appointment but the doctor here just looks at my tooth and didn’t do nothing for me and said that you have to make another appointment again for treatment and she kicked me out with a lot of pain because she wanted to go for lunch and patients isn’t important to them the patient is in pain and asked to give me a money again, and the clerk there is really rude and speaks in a very bad tone and rudely and without considering the pain and condition of the patient, they are just looking for money, and when you ask them any questions they say very rudely, go out and she said if you are upset Change your dentist, I am really sorry for the doctor and secretary and this Dentistry here only care about money and not treating patients and speaking to patients very rudely.

After moving from a really bad dentist to this one, I very much appreciate the way one is treated by the warm staff, and the dentists themselves are highly professional, and clearly love what they do. Negative experience: Very unorganised. Had a hygienist appointment at 2:30 and a check up 3. This place was so unorganised I was seen at 4.15 staff were not apologetic at all. Very disappointing!!

Negative experience: TERRIBLE INDIAN YOUNG ( DENTIST ) AND A VERY RUDE MANAGER. She put my crown in a wrong position I tried several times to explain that was the other way and EVEN her helper was rude to me. I was in terrible pain in my gums because of the wrong position . I had to go to another dentist whom could not believe what this young UNPROFESSIONAL RUBBISH GIRL DID .

Negative experience: Where do I start. They hardly ever pickup the phone when you call so I went in person. I spoke to the blonde lady seating on the right. She has been very unhelpful and dismissive and gave very questionable answers to some of my queries. She said I will be called back if they are able to register me as NHS patient. For the record I'm local, I've been living in Golders Green for many years. Why can't one just register in person ? I wasn't explained at all. Doctors may be good at this practice but sadly it will be very difficult to reach them judging by the way they manage the reception. UPDATE: thank you for your response. My GP listed your practice as accepting NHS patients. It looks like you simply don't want to accept them. For the record I’ve never declined treatment from your practice. I was only told I’ll get a call back to confirm whether you can still register NHS patients . Apart from this, whatever you say doesn't excuse the behaviour of your receptionist. You never apologised for the way I was treated . Based on the treatment I've received and the response I can't really recommend anyone to visit this practice.

Fantastic experience: I needed a molar root canal, so saw the root canal specialist. Both treatments was explained as she was doing them andit was pain free.

Fantastic experience: Had a broken wisdom tooth and had to wait for weeks to see my previous dentist. Called Garden Dental out of desperation and got an appointment for the following Monday. On the day of appointment, the dentist did a checkup and discussed options with me. We decided to attempt an extraction on the spot. It wasn't a straightforward extraction, but the dentist got the job done with minimum fuss, whereas my previous dentist at another clinic only gave me a "treatment plan", and tried to get me to return multiple times when it was clear the tooth needs taking out. Thank you Dr Kishan and the team at Garden Dental.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dental practice for more than 20 years. They have upgraded the surgery and the staff are always cheerful and easy to deal with. The prices are reasonable.

Positive experience: I’m actually surprised this place isn’t rated at least a bit higher. I switched from my previous dentist Kind (ha!) & Dental in Highbury to this one in 2019 after being too reluctant to go to the dentist for five years. This was mainly because the check-ups were painful, and the chief practitioner Mrs Ward and her team were largely cold (if not a little patronising) and lacked patience, kindness and understanding - no surprise it’s rated only 2.9 even ten years on. Thankfully, my appointments here have all shown things certainly needn’t be this way. Despite not having had my teeth checked for five years, in 2019 I just had a routine and completely painless check-up of the kind I used to have regularly before Mrs Ward with no painful cleaning, hacking or pushing things about in my mouth that make me gag, and my teeth were found to be fine. I didn’t have another check-up for another five years because on the basis of this and the fact I hadn’t had a check-up for so long, I felt I could just look after my teeth myself. However, after a fainting-induced accident which caused me to hit my face where my front teeth are resulting in a dull ache, I felt I had to see this place again. After a check-up I ended up having a hygiene test (which was actually a protracted and only slightly more painful version of what I was subjected to EVERY check-up with Mrs Ward and her minions, which should tell you something) and a filling. The two people who treated me for these were very patient, kind and encouraging, this time actually giving me advice on how to make the treatment less painful/uncomfortable and keep my mouth wide open and still (breathing through my nose, relaxing/lowering my tongue). I feel this kind of feedback is very important because it stresses how vital it is to put at ease patients who are naturally nervous and in pain/discomfort, no matter how many people the dentists have treated before and how stressful at times it can be for them. One minor fault which prevented me from giving this practice the full five was the playing of annoying pop music while I was waiting for my 2024 check-up. Fortunately it was on the radio so it wasn’t going on all the time, but all the same, this isn’t necessary or indeed beneficial for those like myself concerned about their teeth and anxiously waiting to be seen. Perhaps it’s best to assume the majority of customers don’t like it and play easy-listening jazz, classical or nothing at all. Otherwise, keep up the great work!

Negative experience: Advertising that clinic is open for a new NHS patients - called, as currently 4 months pregnant and need dental check up - was advised to email with the app request no reply or acknowledgement of my emial until now (almost 2 weeks later) same day appointments available for private patients/ no appointments available for NHS clients. Avoid.

Fantastic experience: I was planning to go abroad as I needed 6 implants and quite complicated treatment. But I was lucky enough to meet Sanaz, and she advised me to visit The Garden Dental Practice have Pedram's opinion on my treatment plan. Well, it was the best advice ever, the life changing for me. Pedram is the most professional, highly skilled, gentle, charming, and just fantastic dental surgeon. I had 5 implants and other treatments during almost 1 year. Pedram has changed my life because I have my beautiful smile now, which I have always been hiding for many years. I am considering myself to be very lucky to find and have a treatment with Pedram and all Dental Gardens clinics staff, from lovely ladies Bobbi and Kristina at reception to the knowledgeable nurses and to everyone who makes Garden dental clinic such friendly special place. Fantastic experience: Dr Hanni and Dr Pedram are both great Dentist, highly skilled and approachable which are both important attributes. The front desk/ reception are friendly and Bobi the practise manager is knowledgeable about procedures and runs a tight ship. They are always happy to fit you in for an emergency as I recently found out myself, Dr Hanni dealt with e problem with skill and speed . Dr Pedram is an accomplished dental surgeon and has also dealt with difficult dental issues for me . I would recommend this surgery .

Fantastic experience: I accompanied my elderly friend of 95years whom is 99.5% completely deaf to the Garden Dental Practice today, this I think was our 3rd or 4th. visit to the practice and our experience was the same today as on our previous visits.The practice staff are friendly, efficient and very welcoming. My friend, whom is the patient commented again today on how lovely kind and patient the dentist (Hani) is with her, with reference to her hearing problems which she is very aware of how challenging and frustrating this can be for the dentist/doctor's when trying to explain a care or procedure plan to her, this has never happened at the Garden Dental Practice, the practice deserves 5 stars for all of the above and more. Fantastic experience: Our family have been going here for over 20 years and we have never been disappointed: the receptionist Bobby is amazing always helpful and smiling, she spent ages filling in my dental insurance firm and slotted in an emergency appointment within an hour for my daughter when needed very happy with it lovely and friendly dentist highly recommend it.

Negative experience: 2 days before Christmas as Nd they can't fit me in to give antibiotics been going there for 10 years told to phone 111,when asked if they could just ask the denticle a firm no even for 30 seconds so they can see the swelling and give me pills a firm no. Nice way to treat loyalty .
