Negative experience: I was reading all the reviews and I felt left out, all the good experiences of patients attending this clinic was all contrary to mine, the dentist was late and I waited for over an hour for my appointment (no apologies) staff are miserable and un-welcoming and the cost of treatment surpassed Harley Street clinics, the dentist looks like from a different planet, he look at me like a cash machine, when he told me the cost of the treatment he didn't even bat an eye, price are shocking, so I told him I can't afford his charges and I'd rather go to Turkey for the treatment, so I booked a week holiday all inclusive for £249 and the treatment only cost £50.

Fantastic experience: Anna House have always been professional and friendly, I was looked after by Dr Many and Nurse Paula for some cosmetic dentistry I thought might take a couple of appointments but was sorted in less than an hour. I also appreciated the pressure-free environment when I was given a plan with really helpful advice. I’d highly recommend the surgery!

Fantastic experience: I have had a very positive experience at this dental practice. Dr Many is gentle, knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He takes his time to examine the teeth properly, explains what he is doing, and his diagnosis has always been accurate, followed by the right treatment. I never feel rushed during appointments, which I appreciate. Nurse Paula is also very professional and supportive, which makes the whole experience calmer and more comfortable. Overall, I am happy with this practice and feel confident in the care I receive.

Fantastic experience: This is the very best dental surgery I have ever experienced and I'm in my fifties so have been through several. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and very efficient. The practice is spotlessly clean and now they have made a proper waiting area very comfortable. My dentist, Dr Zohra is professional yet incredibly caring. The treatment is always gentle and properly explained. Any further treatment options are discussed in clear and simple language so I can make a confident informed choice. I cannot express sufficiently how kind and compassionate I have found Dr Zohra and the entire team. I could not make a higher recommendation for this practice.

Fantastic experience: This has undoubtedly been the best dentist appointment I have ever attended, thanks to Dr Jaffari. I have never been treated with so much care, expertise and compassion during a dentist visit. I had a really traumatic experience at my previous practice, which led me to feel anxious and expecting the worse when attending a consultation. My parents have been coming to this practice for many years, Dr Eduardo is my family doctor and who I am seeing for a plan of treatments. He has always been so helpful, patient and honest, and cares to explain things thoroughly. The admin team is always so warm, helpful and calm; they take time to listen and always smile upon arrival. My latest visit was with Dr Jaffari for an initial dental implant appointment; it was an excellent, and truly patient-centred experience from beginning to end. He took time to thoroughly check my oral health, give insight and advice I hadn’t come across before, listened to my concerns, gave me reassurance, and took time to answer all my questions. His colleague accompanying the session (sorry I forgot her name) was also really kind and made me feel at ease. What stood out to me the most was how tangibly he fosters positive communication, which isn’t always common in dentists. Despite of the treatments I have ahead and areas I need to work on, Dr Jaffari always maintained positive and reassuring language, and this makes a difference in how we feel after being seen. Fantastic experience: I first came here with a broken tooth, and in hindsight I’m actually grateful for that emergency, because it led me to this wonderful practice. Dr Many and Nurse Paula were incredibly kind and reassuring, and even though I’m quite anxious about dental procedures, they made me feel safe, listened to and at ease. Fantastic experience: I went for a dental clean for the first time in years, so I’ll admit I was a little nervous walking in. What I didn’t expect was for the whole experience to feel almost therapeutic. Charlotte, my therapist, was absolutely wonderful — her calming tone, gentle approach, and genuine care completely put me at ease. She has such a reassuring way about her that I quickly forgot my nerves. Every step was explained clearly, and she took the time to address all of my concerns while giving practical, easy-to-follow advice on how to maintain my dental hygiene. The little details made a big difference too — relaxing background music and the modern touch of TVs in the ceiling over the dental chairs helped create a welcoming atmosphere. The practice itself is spotless and beautifully modern. Even though I wasn’t their patient, every therapist who passed through the waiting area greeted me with a smile, and the receptionist was equally warm and friendly. Thanks to Charlotte’s kindness and professionalism, what I expected to be a stressful appointment turned into a genuinely pleasant and uplifting experience.

Negative experience: I am never going to this “dentist” again. This dentist has caused me nothing but strife. I recently went in for a simple filling done on my tooth and this dentist has completely butchered my gums. I have never felt such pain and discomfort such as this FIVE DAYS after a filling. During the procedure my mouth was numbed so I could not feel the damage he was causing in mouth. The entire right side of my face was pulsating with pain on the very first day and I just accepted it to be normal. The next day I wake up to excruciating pain as I’m struggling to open my mouth. I check the mirror and I see that I have been left with bloody cuts, scars and bruises on my gums and the inside of my cheek. Not only is eating a pain. Talking is a pain. Opening my mouth in any sort of way is a pain. But even having my mouth simply closed is a pain and this, is because of something I discovered upon further inspection of the injury caused to my gums by this “dentist”. I’ve even noticed a LITERAL flap of gum that this “dentist” has serrated from the rest my gum and is now lodged and rests on top of my tooth! So that Every. Time. I close my mouth I’m involuntary biting on this flap of gum that’s been partially torn of from the rest of my gum line. Why? Why is incompetence like this allowed in what is meant to be a trusted practitioner? I’ve always been respectful and kind to all the staff who have been great to me. This is just an utter disregard for me as a patient. There’s no other explanation. If this “dentist” didn’t want me as a patient he could’ve politely referred me to his colleague. This just wrong. I wonder how many other patients have suffered under this “dentist” but have not spoken up because they think this kind of service is normal. I cannot believe I have paid to have my mouth mutilated in this manner. I have been to other actual dentists. For even more complicated procedures yet this is the only “dentist” that succeeds in leaving me in agony for days on end without fail. Atrocious. I will be pursuing this further.

Fantastic experience: I received great treatment here from Dr. Jaffari. He got me a new crown for my implant, extracted a wisdom tooth with minimal pain, and gave me great advice on maintaining the health of my teeth. I will definitely come back if I need any further treatment. The hygienist is also very good and the reception staff are very helpful with insurance matters.

Negative experience: UNSAFE & DANGEROUS. On Feb 26th I went to this dentist as I had a wisdom tooth infection. After barely looking at my tooth Dr Jaffari said he needs to remove all of my wisdom teeth (one for today), pushing me to sign documents and pay £410 with no clear explanation. Nothing felt right so I left and called for an emergency NHS appointment. At Alexander Palace dental surgery they were horrified when I told them what Jaffari told me as I did not need the tooth removing. All I needed was for the tooth to be shaved down. Most importantly, they prescribed antibiotics for the infection. The infection wasn’t even acknowledged by Dr Jaffari which could have led to a dangerous procedure.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jaffari and Julia were very pleasant. I found Dr Jaffari was very professional, detailed and precise. I had to visit the Dental Clinic on two occasions within a space of two weeks for Dr Jaffari to carry out a lot of work on my teeth including a filling. He took before and after pictures of my teeth and outlined the work he carried out. In addition he explained thoroughly what I need to do to maintain my teeth moving forward and gave a lot of advice. Julia was also very warm and pleasant and made me feel comfortable. I have used this Dental Clinic for many years now. Highly recommend - thank you once again!

Negative experience: I recently made a complaint about how rude and unprofessional the reception staff are, and after reading other reviews I'm glad that I'm not the only one that has experienced this. They are miserable, unhelpful, unsympathetic and just don't seem to care. But unfortunately for us service users they seem to be protected by management staff so I guess patients will just have to put it with it. Its a Shame really because the dentists & nurses are quite good at this practice. Oh well....let's just hope that the receptionist can learn to be a bit more professional & overcome basic language barriers. Good luck everyone

Fantastic experience: I have only got so much to say about this practice. First, the receptionists are absolutely amazing. They are very kind and understanding and always welcoming with a big smile on their face, which in return makes you feel very welcome as a patient. They are such lovely women. Secondly, Dr. Mani is the most selfless and caring dentist I have ever met. He has got the biggest heart and always makes sure his patients are alright and happy before leaving their appointments. He took amazing care of my dad, throughout his treatment to get dentures. He made sure my dad was fine with everything that he had to get done, looked after him if he didn't feel too well after the procedure and always made sure my dad was 100% fine before leaving the room. Thank you so much Dr. Mani and the girls! You are all the best. I really recommend attending this practice for dental procedures. ♾️/10!

Negative experience: RUDEST AND RACIST RECEPTIONIST. I misunderstood the instructions for my prescription and asked the receptionist for help. She was middle-aged with curly hair. She kept repeating “as I said before” in a very aggressive tone and even started enunciating every word one by one, as if I could not understand any of them. This was by far the most humiliating and racist experience I had in London. If you truly care about your clients, please make sure that the receptionists treat the clients with at least some respect. I’m afraid I’ll never come to this clinic again.
