Fantastic experience: An unfortunate incident at breakfast ( I bit into a very hard nut ) resulted in a broken tooth. By 8.45 the same morning I was in the dentists chair. After a quick x ray and diagnosis I was treated by an extraction of what remained of my tooth. I then booked a follow up treatment for an implant the following week. I am yet to have that treatment. So far brilliant. Thank you for the excellent dental work today 22 May 24. Ian really pleased with the result. I could not have asked for a better outcome. From day one when you extracted a Broken tooth through the consultation process I have been very impressed with your high standards of professionalism and competence on your work. I have been so impressed that I have immediately booked into your practice to have further work done.

Fantastic experience: I attended an emergency appointment with Dr Alzin Pradhan as I was in a lot of pain, I needed my wisdom tooth extracted. Dr Pradhan explained the whole procedure to me and made me feel very comfortable and calm. After my procedure he followed up to check in, gave me advice, and I had minimal pain and it has healed beautifully! Thank you so much Alzin :-)

She was kind, calm, knowledgeable and empathetic, a quality that I can only appreciate. She explained everything very clearly and was very reassuring. In fact, she was not the only one who was very kind: the nurse who assisted her was equally empathetic, caring and very helpful. I can only recommend this office.

Positive experience: Long time practice patient,, emergency appointment today ( but four days after my 8 am call on Monday). Problem discussed and resolved but VERY expensive. Plus point.....dental nurse came out to chat as dentist was running very late, she listened and expressed how much she enjoys getting chance to speak with patients. Thank you Patricia ? Portuguese nurse. As a healthcare professional I recognise and understand how much this helps. Downside....waiting area upstairs is drab, no soundproofing so the anxious patients can hear all noise ( and conversations). Pre COVID there was always a paper and magazines to distract, please reinstate these, there is no infection risk and it smacks of penny pinching

Fantastic experience: I recently changed to The Gallery Centre of Excellence after not being particularly happy with the dental practice that I was using. I have to say, being a patient here has been a breath of fresh air! Absolutley eveyone I have interacted with, from the wonderful reception team to the hygienist and two different dentists, have been absolutely amazing. A week ago, just before I was due to fly off on holiday, an old re-occuring root problem flared up. I was seen that day and had the tooth extracted within a couple of hours. The aftercare experience was incredible. I've never had a dentist so invested in my wellbeing. He gave me a contact number in case of any problems and even phoned me the next day, a Saturday, to ask how I was getting on! I would honestly recommend the Gallery as the best dental practice I've ever experienced.

Fantastic experience: Composite treatment with Dr Rebecca Milligan now complete and I couldn't be happier with the result! Had to attend a 2nd visit just to "fine tune" the already much improved work. Rebecca meticulously refined the alignment, shape and appearance of my upper row of teeth until both she and I were happy. I was consulted during every step of the process, and this made me feel happy and able to give my full trust to Rebecca during the treatment. I am so pleased with the result and now can smile with confidence. The results are very natural. I can not give a bigger "thumbs up" to Rebecca's skill and expertise (all executed with such care, gentleness, and kindness), and to all the practice staff who made this experience run smoothly. Overjoyed and overwhelmed!

Fantastic experience: As always a very warm welcome from the reception staff. Hygienist Dianne is an absolute magician on my teeth and a consummate professional in everything she does. Ian (Dentist), likewise - I have been treated for at least 30 years by the team which has included root canal, fillings, check ups, x-rays and oral hygiene advice. In the words of an original song by Bonnie Tyler (then made famous by Tina Turner) "Simply The Best".

Fantastic experience: I had my hygienist appointment with Harsh today and he was so kind and helpful. He spent so much time with me and made sure I was okay the whole appointment and even showed me how to use different tools on my teeth at the end. He also made sure my outfit and face didn’t get to messy during the appointment which I always appreciate! I would also really recommend Rebecca, she’s always amazing and lovely and probably looks after my whole family now! I also always see Helen at reception and she’s always lovely and chatty and fits me in when I’m back in the area.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this surgery for over 20 years. Stayed with them despite moving out of the area. Always had good service from both the dentists and the reception staff. More recently I saw Dr Alzin Pradhan who helped me save a tooth and did a crown. Went that extra mile in adding some flesh colouring to the top of the crown so it blended in more with my gums. Looks fab. Having dental work is never cheap, so it is good to go to a practice where you can trust they have your best interests at heart. Would 100% recommended.

Fantastic experience: Really good experience. I am Type 1 diabetic and had a low sugar whilst in the surgery. They dealt with this swiftly and brought me cake and a cup of tea whilst I recovered. Excellent!!

Fantastic experience: This is indeed an excellent practice. They have a friendly and efficient reception team who make booking and payment straightforward. They provide timely reminders of booked appointments and ensure my medical history is kept up to date so that any risks can be managed safely. My regular hygienist and dentist are friendly, reassuring, and very professional. I have been with the practice for many years and have always been delighted with how they looked after me. If you need a private dentist, I would recommend them highly.

Fantastic experience: Lovely welcome as always. Just a simple extraction today of a tooth that’s lived on borrowed time for 35 years. Well done to Ian (and Julie before him) for keeping it going so long.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service! Timeline of events: I had a nasty wisdom tooth poking through. Had it for years but never gave me any trouble until last year. I got it checked and was given stuff to combat any possible infection and to decide on whether to do a full on extraction, or (because of the possible risk of nerve damage) a coronectomy, where they take the crown off but leave in the roots. I went for the latter and had my crown removed. The operation went well and had no issues but noticed the socket wasn't closing. I went back and found out that the roots had moved further up as there was room to migrate, causing the socket to not fully close. Luckily this meant there was significantly less risk of nerve damage and and before long, I got them roots out. The whole procedure, whilst yes took approximately 9 months to sort out, was quick, painless (well as painless as it could be given the circumstances) and easygoing. The whole staff put me at ease and for anyone who is worried about this kind of stuff, don't be. Genuinely, a great practice that does great service!

Fantastic experience: Called in yesterday for an extraction with Dr Hafsa Aslam for a tooth I had been having some issues with. She was able to remove the tooth with the minimum of discomfort. Both Dr Aslam and her assistant showed constant care during the procedure. As usual the other staff were very friendly and helpful. Faultless service. Thank you.

Negative experience: Appointment not on time and only lasted for 20mins . Still suffering with swelling from injection over 24 hours later Hopefully the filling will be good though!

Fantastic experience: I have just had a complete reconstruction of my mouth, at The Gallery, replacing a lot of very large, very old fillings with Crowns . I am generally terrified of the dentist and was very nervous about having this done. I have to say that despite many appointments, lots of drilling and other horrors, the work was done very well, there was no pain , no disasters and cheerful care throughout. Fantastic experience: I have been with this Dental Centre for approx 30 years and cannot recommend it highly enough. For someone who had terrible experiences at the dentist as I child and was terrified for many years, my fears were dealt with sensitively and I actually look forward to going now (depending on the procedure!). My children, now adults, also attended from a very young age. Ian and Diane are both wonderful and the latter has become more like a friend.

Fantastic experience: Called in for an appointment as a christmas toffee had decided to remove a large filling and chunk of tooth. A very quick appointment was made and only 2 hours after the call everything everything is fixed and back to normal.

Fantastic experience: I saw a new no nonsense hygienist today. I was petrified, as I have had pain in the past. She put me at ease. Informed me what she was going to do and gave me a sign to use if it became too painful. I was tense and sweating but I did not need to raise my hand. She then asked me to rinse my mouth and come back in six months time. She advised me to regularly floss my teeth as she shepherded me out of her room. I was amazed how quickly the whole process was. I had a bright white smile all the way home. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at the Gallery Dental Centre of Excellence for 7 years. I have also had exceptional care from my dentist Rebecca and her team. Today I had an appointment as I chipped my teeth and the practice were kind enough to let me bring my baby along to the appointment and one of the staff held her for me whilst I got my filling done. My filling was done swiftly and you cannot tell I chipped it! They have always gone above and beyond as a dentist and I could not wish for better care and team. Very family friendly and will be bringing my daughter here too when she gets her teeth. Thank you Rebecca and team! Would always recommend them as a dentist!
