Fantastic experience: Nice helpful people working there.. I was really satisfied. Especially Ruth, she perfectly explain you all what you need to know. I am just little disappointed about waiting time if your dentist recommended you by the referral to make some difficult operation. I am waiting for full extraction since February. Which is definitely not fold Elite dental studio. But from February I really didn't remember when I eat normally. I lost weight as well.

Fantastic experience: Excellent overall experience at Elite Dental Studio. Dr Pooja Sarda was fantastic. She was very patient with me and dealt with my nerves superbly. She helped abolish ‘my fear of the dentist’. From receptionists to her team of nurses (Emel, Sophie, Beth) they were all very approachable and kind. The hygienist, Aina, was also very thorough and re-educated me on the basics of dental care. Tremendous dental clinic. Recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the Dentist for over 15 years, I am petrified from childhood trauma. My tooth broke and I booked in with Zoe. Well.. what an amazing dentist, she made me feel at ease in the first appointment -So much so I attended the 2nd appointment on my own, which is a big thing for me with anxiety. Fantastic experience: Well after searching for a dentist that takes NHS is nearly impossible. But I'm over the moon that me and my daughter was called from elite literally after I had left a email mail with elite they booked us in and was seen so fast finally my daughter is getting the treatment she needs .the dentist lady she was so lovely. She explained to my daughter what they have to do next .I. so so greatfull that my daughter is on the road to getting everything sorted now as she been in so much pain for while now .it been so long ass nit many dentist have the funding so I caved un went to a different dentist said it gunna cost me 600 pound so it would of took me even longer to wait coz I had to start saving for it witch really effected. I Millie as she was in alot pain . Then I received a call saying they have spot for millie as soon as possible we was literally in next day. And millie had start of treatment today the dentist lady was amazing she explained everything to millie and when millie was in some pain she made sure millie was given some reassurance but were finally getting sorted. I can't thank. Millie dentist lady enough thank you so much for helping us get millie on the road to sorting this out such a relief. I can't fault the team .done amazing job. Made to feel so welcome and relaxed. Showed such kindness thank you so much ❤️

Fantastic experience: Me and my family have been with this practice for many years, and their service has always been excellent. I especially appreciate their encouragement to bring in young children from six months, which has been a great experience for my family. Negative experience: I do not recommend this surgery at all. I went here for check-ups or cleanings, and when I asked them to treat my cavities—since I was pregnant and now I’m breastfeeding—the dentist said I don’t have cavities and there’s no need to do anything at the moment. They told me to come back in six months. Isn’t that ironic? After my child turns one and I have to pay for treatment, then I’ll need fillings, but now, when it’s my right to have my teeth treated, I don’t need fillings? Just by looking in the mirror, I can see at least four decayed molars! Not to mention how rude the receptionist was on the phone; she laughed in my face!

On your recent visit, the Therapist followed national guidelines in clinical care and advised accordingly based on their professional opinion. If you were not happy with this then you could have asked for a second opinion. I note from your review that there is an emphasis on paying for dental treatment and I would like to bring to your attention that NHS payments are made to the NHS and not the practice - there is no financial gain for the practice. I have also had the opportunity to listen to the call and there is no laughing.

Fantastic experience: I have recently finished my invisalign treatment here at Elite, and I have had the best experience ever. The staff are extremely experienced and caring, from the treatment coordinators (thank you Sophie and Sadhika), to the dentists (massive shout out to Pooja <3). Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting service, very rude, having had the day off work, at a cost, I went for my appointment for tooth extraction, they refused to do this saying you are only here for a check up, when they were corrected about thus, they got rude and refused the appointment, would not recommend this dentist at all

Your most recent visit was scheduled as a routine check-up as the last visit to our practice was over 8 months ago. The appointment was booked, with no mention of pain or a request for an extraction. During your appointment, after completing a thorough examination, we explained that we could not proceed with the extraction on the same day but offered to plan the necessary treatment moving forward. You were not happy with this outcome.
We understand that this may have been frustrating for you, but it's essential that we follow the correct clinical protocols to ensure the best care for all our patients.
Unfortunately, your threatening and abusive language directed toward our staff some in the reception in front of other patients left our staff shocked and distraught. We take such incidents very seriously and maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any abusive or threatening behaviour, both for the safety of our team and other patients. We are deeply committed to providing a respectful and safe environment for everyone at our practice.

Negative experience: So I had massive trauma from childhood regarding dentists in general, I went to see this practice 2 or 3 years ago first time and I met the most generous dentist I have ever seen and she helped me to fix certain issues with trust and to my dental appearance. So I was traveling and I had health issues and I didn't go back for a long period of time, in this time this place has turned from 5 stars to 1 !!! My first visit I had an appointment to check infection I had while in travel I was straight away attacked by the dentist (that was an owner of the practise) that I have not been there for too long and I have to come often which was quite strange for me as I believe I go when I want to and I pay for the service no one does it free of charge as far as I'm aware, so before my appointment I was sitting in the waiting area and it struck me that receptionists were keep going at people about "money" but in the way that you couldn't hear anything other than money "you have to pay this much now" "you owe this much" etc. It was very unpleasant to see that customer service is below and I mean below average, of course I get the point that we have to pay for the service but let me share the rest of my story for you to judge :) So after my tooth infection inspection appointment where I was left with feeling that my money is all they care about I booked my self appointment because the Dentist didn't do full check on my 1st appointment but decided to book me another appointment for another check so 2 appointments to do my checks (happy days for the dentists to make some extra money) So I came to my second appointment just for check let me be clear another check (ONLY CHECK) as it was at 14:00 and at 15:00 I had to collect my kids from school, so I was attacked by the dentist (Owner) that she have to do root canal as she booked me for 1h session and I clearly said multiple times that I won't have time for that because of child care, so she was insisting on me to stay and she said I have to do something more than just the check and she started to do filling of my tooth other than the one that suppose to be planned for root canal treatment, as I mentioned before I had massive trauma from dentist and there was no pain relief offered it was just a butchery in pure example !!! Once "treatment" (check) was done I was charged 76£ if I still remember correctly, and I was booked for root canal treatment. I received few days later call that my appointment has to be rebooked so I had a conversation with the receptionist that I want to change the person that I'm seeing as I'm not happy with the dentist, she said that she will see what she can do but that is the owner and she might not like it. So long story short I was always polite and professional, opposite to what this dentist is her pride was touched because someone dared to criticise her and her methods, I was told that I'm no longer welcome in there and I have to find my self a new dentist, also I was suppose to be given the treatment plan via email and I never received it ! So I'm left with root canal treatment to be done along with crown but I don't have dentist because they refuse to see me based on my criticism towards the owner ! As a local guide for Google Maps I can only say SHAME ON YOU !!

During your first visit after a few years, we treated the issue you came in for and recommended further treatment based on a quick check-up. You were informed a full assessment was needed as there were multiple issues, including a root canal and a crown. You opted for root canal treatment, and I recommended returning for a full assessment and the start of your treatment plan.
Regarding your follow-up appointment, I understand you were concerned about time due to needing to collect your child. You had booked a one-hour appointment, and during this time, I performed an assessment and found that additional treatments—including three fillings, the root canal, and a crown—were necessary. These were all covered under NHS Band 3 pricing, and I discussed this with you at the time. I understand you may have felt rushed or misunderstood the treatment plan, but I was aiming to manage the workload to accommodate both your time constraints and your treatment needs.
Please note that while Elite Dental Studio is primarily a private practice, we do offer some limited NHS treatments where prices are regulated by the NHS. I sincerely apologise if you felt overwhelmed or if it appeared that I was pushing for more treatment than you were comfortable with. My intention was to ensure your dental health was managed appropriately.
Regarding the restoration I completed during the appointment, I regret you were unhappy with the outcome. I don’t recall you expressing any discomfort during the procedure, and I always ask patients to raise their hand if they experience pain so I can stop immediately. However, I will ensure that we communicate more clearly in future visits.
In terms of your comments about the reception staff and the discussions around payment, I’m sorry this left a negative impression. It was never our intention to make you feel uncomfortable. I will discuss this with my team to ensure these matters are handled more sensitively in the future. As we have multiple surgeries running concurrently, financial discussions can sometimes happen more frequently as patients settle their accounts. However, patient care should always remain the focus, and we will reflect on how we can improve in this area.
At Elite Dental Studio, we follow NICE guidelines, which recommend regular check-ups to maintain oral health. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the care you need to prevent more extensive treatments down the line. The treatments recommended during your visit were based on these guidelines to reduce the risk of future decay and complications.
I also understand that you were unhappy with the restoration I completed during your visit. I apologise if this wasn’t communicated clearly, but please know the treatment was carried out with your verbal consent. Since then, I believe we have refunded you for that treatment.
I’m also sorry you feel our relationship was affected by your request to change dentists. As the owner and primary dentist, it is important for both dentist and patient to have mutual confidence. Given our limited capacity and the high demand for dental work, switching dentists within the practice isn’t always possible, and I regret that this caused you inconvenience.
