Fantastic experience: Both Dentist and hygienist very friendly and welcoming, great customer service. Hygienist particularly gentle when completing the cleaning, also gives you time to swallow inbetween procedures. The whole visit was very slickly organised from booking to checking in 5 minutes before appoinment, with numerous reminders before hand of all policies relating to Covid 19......excellent service.

Fantastic experience: My last visit to Sutton Dental & Implant Clinic on February 26th 2025 was a much longer procedure than usual, but I can honestly say it was a lovely, positive experience. Dr. Marwa was ably assisted by Emma and they were both very warm and friendly. As a result the whole process, which was nearly 90 minutes, flew by. Dr. Marwa did an excellent job with addressing an imperfection with my teeth, to ensure my new retainers would properly fit. Since the repair has been done, it would be impossible to tell how it was before, as it was so skilfully done and finished off perfectly. Thanks Emma for always being so warm and friendly and thanks Dr. Marwa for always doing a first class job and making it a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: I can only say that my experience at Sutton Dental has been beyond excellent.i was very appreciative going, however after meeting Louise all the reception tam and mr Jane I was instantly put at ease. You are treated like family. Everyone is so helpful and kind. I can’t praise them enough. A great team. I had a procedure I wasn’t keen on having , however it was all explained to me and I am so glad I went ahead. I could not of been treated with anymore more care and attention.

They couldn't have been more helpful and professional and they gave me an appointment to return just over two hours later to see a dentist who was excellent. Based upon my experience I have booked in for treatment and would not hesitate to recommend the practice.

The dentists are very very thorough and the hygienist visit is always something I look forward to as they do a great deep clean. Even the building is really lovely and beautifully decorated. Their prices are reasonable too.

I've always received excellent care and treatment from the team, both for routine check-ups and treatment and also for more specialist work such as a root canal filling, an extraction and a dental implant and a bridge. Today I had a routine checkup and hygiene appointment, both of which were conducted efficiently and effectively. Very pleased with the treatment and happy to award the clinic five stars once again.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the Dental center to see Mike the Aesthetics Practitioner there and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I stepped through the doors in to the modern and beautiful surgery I was greeted by the amazing staff. Every one was so friendly and welcoming. I had a Liquid Rhinoplasty, Anti-Wrinkle treatment and filler in my chin and cheeks and I'm so so pleased with the results! Mike was an absolute angel, I was nervous but he calmed me instantly with his endless knowledge and care. Mike ensured I was comfortable and pain free throughout the whole treatment and I can't thank Mike enough for helping me to gain some confidence back. Fantastic experience: I am attending the clinic for a series of appointments for dental implants. At every appointment I am greeted by reception staff. I am similarly welcomed by the dental nurse who takes me into the surgery. Dr Jain always checks on my health and explains the treatment before he begins. Despite needing a lot of work, I have not felt any pain and Dr Jain as well as being highly skilled, is always keen to ensure patients experience as little discomfort as possible. His pleasant professional, reassuring manner is much appreciated. He has helpfully given me treatment options and I have felt fully involved in all decisions.

Fantastic experience: Mrs Marwa Maarouf was the best dentist I have ever been to. I went for the check up and a second opinion about my tooth and she spend an hour to take pictures and explain everything in detail, she gave me all the possible options and the best solution for treatment. She answered all my questions and was honest which I very much appreciate. She told me about things that I have never realised or been told by any other dentists. This clinic is certainly not another cash grab, they give you all the options not just the most expensive and easiest for them solutions, they try to save your natural teeth so they can last longer and be healthy. At least thats what my opinion is after seeing this brilliant dentist. Full professionalism and friendly and honest staff. I will be 100% coming back.

I've also looked at the total cost, they are more expensive that most other dentists but they provide better plans and payment options.

The clinic is back to normal after extensive refurbishment and the practice is looking very swish and up to date, a very tasteful project! All the staff throughout the practice are so helpful and friendly I needed to see a dentist for another reason as well today and they managed to fit me in for an appointment at short notice. It's a pleasure going as you are made to feel welcome, everything is explained and I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere even though it is a 3hr round trip as I live in Telford Shropshire!
