Pujan Soni my dentist understood my fears and with his calming manner explained everything that was going to happen. Fantastic experience: Dr Soni & Eliza were absolutely incredible. The advise and service was second to none. There was a stain on two of my teeth which has been there for 11 years. Dr Soni advised exactly what that stain was and proceeded to remove the stain in a matter of minutes. I cannot thank him enough for bringing my smile back.

Negative experience: Advertises its open until 8 on a thursday but call at 16:30 and the answering machine say the practice is closed. Ridiculous

Fantastic experience: Wow what a dentist.I had an emergency appointment to remove a back tooth that had cracked.My fear and being hurt badly at a previous practice lead me to not visiting one for 10 years.All I can say is once back from a booked holiday I will be having the rest of my very neglected teeth sorted at this dentist.Thank you so much for looking after me,causing no pain with difficult extraction,making me feel at ease and not judging me.I will be seeing you again in September.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ali and Amy were absolutely fantastic. The first dentist that has ever sat down and listened to my concerns and checked everything over properly. And I'm glad he did as previous dentists have made serious errors it seems. From doing a full exam and X-Rays which I was shown and had explained in such a fantastic way. There was absolutely no pressure to have anything done; incredibly caring and careful and mindful of those who may be anxious regarding any aspect of going to/being at a dentist (needles in this case!). I've had many dentists before say you won't feel the needle, don't worry etc. This was the first time I didn't even realise it was done until my mouth started going numb! Such an ease I have never felt at a dentist before. The work he did is incredible, the meticulous detail taken to re-building the front tooth is incredible; it looks completely natural. I will absolutely be coming back and hopefully getting the underlying issues identified fixed! I honestly cannot recommend this dentist enough.

Fantastic experience: Everything about my visit was fantastic, lovely friendly welcoming stuff at the front desk, very short waiting time, absolutely amazing, professional and reassuring service provided by Pujan Soni and assistant throughout my treatment, including Pujan creating two amazing looking teeth, so much so, that my wife couldn’t tell which were the ones I had done. The care, patience and attention given is outstanding and I felt very well taken care of, thanks to all at the practice, and particularly to Pujan with his wizardry teeth making skills, one very very happy customer here.

I was really anxious but he and his assistant made the whole process much easier than I had anticipated. The pain was really well managed and this morning I’m drinking a cup of tea without problems. However, after visiting an exceptional clinic in Dublin (Monread Dental), I realised it was time to properly face things. By chance, I overheard someone in Sainsbury’s praising Gentle Dental in Eastbourne , and that conversation stuck with me. I finally built up the courage to get in touch, and I’m genuinely so glad I did. From the moment I called, the professionalism and warm, understanding approach of the reception team helped settle my nerves. But the real standout was the dentist himself ,a true credit to his profession. He showed such care, patience, and genuine compassion that it completely changed how I view dental visits. I won’t pretend I’m suddenly excited about dentist appointments, but for the first time in my life, I’m actually not dreading them. That says everything. Gentle Dental has earned my respect and trust — 10/10 and highly recommended to anyone nervous about getting dental work done.

Fantastic experience: I went for my new patient exam yesterday. The team were very welcoming, friendly and the service received was exceptional. My dentist identified areas I was missing when brushing and gave me tips on how to ensure these aren't getting missed. It was identified that I needed one filling, which was done immediately. My dentist was also very clear in giving instructions and keeping me informed as to what he was about to do. I have my hygiene appointment booked for a couple weeks time, and I'm actually excited for it! Gentle Dental really does live up to their name, as I did not feel any pain or discomfort during my appointment.

Fantastic experience: I'm a regular patient of this clinic. Diego, who is my dentist, is professional but easy to talk to, friendly and approachable, fostering trust and confidence. He is understanding and always willing to address any fears or concerns about dental procedures. I also like the fact, that he is honest and transparent about treatment options available, and if treatment is not best for you, he will make it clear. Practice itself is clean, all staff are friendly and attentive. No hidden costs. Solid 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff, put you at ease, explain proposed treatment, during treatment are very reassuring, don't keep you waiting, and reasonable costs, not that much more than I was paying at NHS dentist. No hard sell, monitoring a tooth that may warrant a filling in the future (NHS dentist told me it needed doing). Parking good too and free!

Fantastic experience: I had a lot of crown work and wear and tear fillings that needed doing. Dr Pujan Soni at Gentle Dental in Eastbourne started on it today and I had a filling that I couldn't see (it was as if it was a new tooth) and 3 Cerec© ceramic crowns. Because of their state of the art crown making kit it all took about 3 hours. Pujan and Eliza the nurse were both very friendly and the atmosphere relaxed but professional. The crowns are brilliant, colour match perfect and I went home and ate on them straight away! I am going back for two more crowns and some worn teeth built up in February and looking forward to getting my mouth back in order for a few more years. For pain free, hi tech professional dentistry, look no further.

Fantastic experience: It seems that Arlington road is the place for good medicine practice (Arlington road surgery and now Gentle Dental) First time to visit the clinic today, not sure if it’s ok to mention the doctor’s name but he was excellent. Very professional and fixed my problem swiftly Friendly staff as well. In here you won’t feel pressured or rushed to accept any treatment plan this is a huge plus. Very positive experience and I can’t recommend it enough

Fantastic experience: Being able to book and pay online is pretty standard these days, but it’s surprisingly rare with local dentists. Gentle Dental stood out with their straightforward online booking system and online payment, no need to read out card details over the phone or deal with long waiting lists. That alone made me want to give them a try, and after a couple of visits, i've been really happy with the experience. They’ll be our go-to dentist from now on for both myself and my family.

Positive experience: New to me dentist Ali Yazdani was very kind, patient and explained it all very well. I am nervous and he constantly reassured me all would be okay and made sure i was ready for each step. Would be 5 star but that second/third injection wasn't pleasant! He did warn me though it wouldn't be as easy as the first one. The extraction itself was easy, quick and painless, which was a relief after the trauma of a previous truly awful extraction experience some years ago, done elsewhere.

Positive experience: At first, it was a very good dental practice. I can't praise Dr Devanna enough. He was very professional, explained everything. Top notch dentist. However, after having my appointment cancelled with no explanation, then having 2 phone calls being declined and no response to my email, I have to reduce my rating. I believed the practice was a really good one, but this lack of basic customer service and communication has really left me disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist, couldn’t recommend them enough, I used to hate going to the dentist for years and after not being able to get an NHS dentist anymore I looked at going private and won’t ever go back. Yes they are expensive but well worth the extra money to finally feel more relaxed and listened to, the dentists are highly skilled and you don’t have to worry that they don’t know what they are doing . Reception staff are super kind and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Extremely talented dentist with a calm and relaxed friendly environment. The work I had done was done extremely well. No one would even notice that I have had 2 fillings done as they look 100% like natural teeth. It's a 10 out of 10 for me and would recommend to everyone that's a bit nervous of going to the dentist to check these people out. They also reasonably priced for the quality of work that they perform.

Fantastic experience: I had a marvellous experience from the time I phoned for an emergency appointment at 9am , walked into reception at 11.50 and walked away with a new white filling on my front tooth by 1pm. All the staff were fantastic.

At every stage taken through step by step what what was involved in the treatment. he was able to repair something another pratics was unable to do with three visits. They are the gentle dental.

Fantastic experience: Booked an appointment online at 8am for 8.30am for the same day. That's big news based on the fact most dentists are still in the stone age when it comes to the Internet. Additionally, the dentist, Dr Pujan Soni, actually spoke to me and heard some of my concerns. Again, my experience of dentists in this area are "come in, shut up and open your mouth" kind of attitude. Treatment carried out on the same visit and even got lucky nabbing a cancelled appointment with hygienist. Couldn't even get a response from my last dentist about booking one of those. Go to this dentist, its run with some actual customer care!

Fantastic experience: Firstly a deserved mention for the reception staff; always freindly, helpful and courteous. This time around, my booked dentist was running late and Danielle (Coe) found me an immediate replacement appointment with Pujan (Soni). At that appointment, it was determined that 2 x molar extractions was the best course of action. Pujan had availability an hour later so assessment and action taken in one morning. Pujan's "bedside manner" is exemplary. Calm and clearly spoken, well explained options and decision and step-by-step commentary and advice all helped to reassure and calm this patient during the assessment and the procedure itself. Fantastic experience: Having waited over a year to get an NHS Dentist with no success! I decided to go private due to a tooth issue, they were very good, efficient and the staff were lovely. It isn’t cheap to go private, but the cost was better than others I had looked at. Having appointments later into the evenings and at weekends is also a massive bonus.

Sebastian and his nurse were very good, explained everything and carried out treatment with real care and attention to detail. Not sure you can say a trip to the dentist is pleasurable but these guys worked hard to make it as easy, painless and simple as possible.

The treatment here is worth every penny, the premises spotless and the receptionists a delight I cannot recommend my current team of Rosi and Ryad (Rio) enough - although a trip to the dentist is never something you look forward to Gentle Dental is as good as it gets. Fantastic experience: I have just had work completed by Nat, over several sessions. Each has been painless and professional. The end result has been remarkable and I am more than satisfied. I initially contacted Gental Dental as my own dentist was unavailable, out of hours. However, GD were able to see me almost immediately. Fantastic experience: Eastbourne Gentle Dental need a shout out! Amazing Diego has fixed my radiotherapy damage today with the most pain-free dental work I have ever had, I may look like I've had a stroke, all swollen and lopsided with stitches too, but I want to thank you soo much for making me feel at ease and showing so much care - worth every penny!! 5 stars all the way!!

Fantastic experience: I have recently registered as a new patient here after moving to Eastbourne. So far I have had a hygienist appointment with Sylanna, who was fantastic and very friendly, and more recently a check up appointment with Diego, who went above and beyond to explain my x-rays and what was going on with all my teeth (crowns etc). It has made me feel very confident about going back for further appointments in the future.
