Fantastic experience: Dr. Urvi and her entire team are incredible. After almost two years of wearing aligners, I'm happy with my results. She worked diligently throughout the entire process and the final result is exactly what I wanted. ​Dr. Urvi is friendly, professional and makes every appointment a positive experience. The entire team is fantastic and makes you feel welcome and cared for from the moment you walk in. She's also helped my mum and sister with their dental needs, and they've all had great experiences. ​I thoroughly recommend Dr. Urvi and her team. They are dedicated to their patients and deliver amazing results.

Fantastic experience: The practice has always been very good and the staff exceptional. Their accomodation of my late mother and her mobility issues with all the patience is something I will always be grateful for. Over this year I have been treated by a exceptionally good young dentist, so good its hard to believe she is actually attaining experience post qualifying. Unfortunately, I understand her time is elapsed and she will be leaving shortly. This youg lady will be an asset to whichever practice she joins and I urge DRDP to throw tons of money at her to continue retain her services! Anyway, I wish Dr Zenab all the best.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant experience from start to finish at Doncaster Road Dental Practice in Leicester (DRDP). We are absolutely amazed by how kind and caring and professional everyone is at the practice. We mean everyone! Starting with reception all the way to the procedure room. The reception staff (Hema and her colleagues) were super friendly and helpful. Our appointment with Dr Neelam and her assistant were super friendly. The level of treatment and service is top tier!!! Fantastic experience: I had an awful tooth ache was not registered to the dental practice . The staff were amazing made the process simple and easy and they were very kind and pleasant to speak with Sushma who did my tooth extraction was amazing provided all the advice for after care of the extraction and also if I had any issues to contact them back straight away I was very nervous about getting my tooth taken out however the staff made me feel super comfortable and at ease while the procedure took place. I highly recommend Doncaster dental practice as they are amazing very clear and help you get the help you need throughout distressing times with your teeth but they took two X-rays and one showed that I had a sinus infection to which the practice helped me with by providing anti biotics to that I am ever so greatful for their time and help HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

Positive experience: I visited the dental surgery today for a deep clean my dentist is Sushma she is so reassuring and explains everything usually when I have a deep clean it's quite painful. When Sushma did it today I didn't feel any pain she did numb my mouth she is a very good dentist and receptionists are lovely very helpful I have been coming to this dental surgery for many years.

Positive experience: Appointment was ok but feel it's all about money. Cost of appointment, toothpaste and brushes, mouth wash and even paying for a clean! This used to be included in the regular 6 month checkup. Today we were left standing for 10/15 minute despite our appointment finishing on time. The receptionist was talking to us and booking our next appointment when she decided to pick up the phone amidst our conversation. We were left standing there for the call to finish. This is not acceptable as we were being served, surely we should have been a priority before a call. Not happy with time wasted for no reason.

Fantastic experience: I've been using this dental practise since I was a kid. It's been through a smooth transition in leadership in recent years. Hema on reception is as friendly and helpful as always. I've been very impressed with the detailed information given by Urvi for procedures and oral care.  Recently had a tooth removed for the first time. I was well informed of the procedure and implications of not going through with it. It was carried out in a professional and timely manner with additional aftercare advice. I would recommend this Dental practise.

Fantastic experience: I visited them in emergency and staff was nice nature and gave me emergency appointment. I really loved that how they help me at that time and the dentist was very nice. Today I visited them again for my Intial Root canal treatment, Dentist lady was very cooperative and asked me every time that Am I okay, I will definitely recommend for your dental problems. Negative experience: I spoke to one of the receptionist she told me aligners would cost me £300 on my top teeth so I rushed to go to the dental practice and I payed £50 consultation only for them to say that I need to pay £3000 clearly they just wanted me to pay for the consultation. I do not recommend to anyone and I will let many people know about this because this is the TRUTH!. AVOID

This particular surgery will make a solid foundation for the implants I’ll be having in several months time . Fantastic experience: Under the new management I experienced a very caring professional service and highest dentistry care. I would highly recommend this practice. The dentist has perfect professional hand to provide dentistry for treatments.

Positive experience: Attended the surgery for my sons routine appointment, staff is lovely but long waiting time was really putting me off, our appointment was at 2pm but got to see dentist at 2.30pm as it was struggle with my 2 year old, there is no kids area or they should prioritise the appointments with small kids.

Fantastic experience: Update 2024: when Baz retired I was anxious but met Urvi beforehand and she put my mind at ease. Have recently had a lot of work done over about a three month period and am really pleased with the result. Urvi discussed all the options and explained every step and laid out my treatment plan before starting and reviewed it at each stage. Still a nervous patient but all the staff are great. / Original review 3 years ago: I am a very nervous patient but Baz is brilliant. Over the years he has helped me to cope with my nerves and is very sensitive to my other medical conditions, some of which have an impact on my dental health. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist where you are treated as an individual and the dental plan is very reasonably priced. The front desk staff are all very helpful and friendly as well, nothing is ever too much trouble. Well done everyone and keep up the great work

Fantastic experience: Dr Urvi Bhawsar and Hema are absolutely fantastic. I was very nervous and anxious coming into the surgery. Hema at reception puts me at ease every single time I come into the surgery. Dr Urvi is the best. Yes I still get nervous coming into the dentist but the minute I’m in the room and spoken to Urvi I’m okay.

Fantastic experience: Urvi and Milan are great. They have provided great service, kept me informed and left me with a great smile. I have only lived in Leicester for a few years and didn’t know any dentists. I went to one dentist for a check up who told me that I had a failed root canal and that a dental implant would be good. But when I asked questions and how that happened at the dental practice I was told to do some research and choose whichever implantologist I liked. This was not helpful and very confusing. I ended up going to Urvi for a second opinion and she agreed that I had a failed root canal. She then explained all my options. I chose a dental implant as I felt that was the best choice for me. Urvi organised the consultation with Milan. He was very friendly and explained everything clearly. From start to finish the care and information I have received from both Urvi and Milan as been first class. The service between routine dental and the implant has been seamless and stress free. I would totally recommend.

Fantastic experience: Me and my children see Dr Neelam who I would recommend to everyone. She is a very kind, honest and a good heart dentist who always looks after us so well. She explaines every thing so well is and wonderful with my children. I advise you see her Dr Neelam please do not leave!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the surgery for 25 years, previously with Baz as my dentist and more recently Urvi. Hema the reception manager has been there throughout and I couldn't wish for a more friendly welcome each visit. Throughout this time I have received exemplary care. My teeth were drilled heavily as a child resulting in a number of crowns which inevitably needed replacing over time. Urvi and Milan have replaced these more recently with implants and I am very grateful for their expertise. It has made a big difference to my self-confidence having had lost teeth restored.

Fantastic experience: I have attended this practice my whole life (59 years and counting) throughout it’s very few management /ownership changes over that time - even when I lived 75 miles away. Thanks to the regular care and guidance from Dental therapist Anuradha Sridhar I have only ever needed two, what I consider, major interventions in the form of a crown and more recently an onlay. Dr Urvi Bhawsar and her predecessor Dr Bharat Mehta are brilliant, informative and always extremely patient (as I'm not the bravest of customers.) I look forward to my regular visits which is largely down to the lovely, and obviously caring, front office team. Thank you.
