Fantastic experience: We went there with an emergency appointment for my wife because of her wisdom tooth pain. She was treated by Dr. Bella, and she explained my wife properly about the current situation and provided instructions/medications accordingly. The nurse was also helpful and very pleasant at the front desk. Not that expensive compared to other dentals around.

Fantastic experience: First impressions on entry, clean tidy and modern. The reception staff were pleasant and friendly. The surgery was extremely well equipped and again very modern. Dr Sheetal Kaur explained the treatment in detail before starting and kept me informed as she progressed through the procedure. To sum up in one word I would say "Professional". Fantastic experience: This could have been a 1 star review, as I had originally booked an emergency appointment online for Saturday morning, only to find the clinic was closed. This was due to an administrative error and rectified on Monday morning, when Varsha called to apologise, explain the mistake and book me in on the same day. Dr Bella is the best dentist I've ever come across. She explained everything clearly, showed empathy, diagnosed the wisdom tooth causing trouble and removed it super professionally. I look forward to seeing her, Varsha and the team again. First class service.

Fantastic experience: A very large filling dropped out of my last remaining molar on the upper left, on friday evening. My dentist was closed on saturday but Pinner Road dental were able to fit me in that day. I found them to be amazingly friendly and felt i was given really good advice. They took an x-ray and explained how the nerve in the tooth had died. I could have a filling but there was not much of the tooth left, the x-ray showed that there was a shadow at the bottom of the tooth that could cause problems with infection later. I was also given the option of a crown and if i wanted it, root canal treatment to make sure it lasted but there was no pressure. I felt things were explained to me really well and there was no pressure to do anything that had been advised. I knew that i was being told the truth as i had had similar advice from my regular dentist (who is closed on saturdays). I opted for a temporary filling so i could go away and make a decision about what to do. Really excellent friendly service. I would highly recommend this dentist. Such a relief finding a dentist open on a saturday.

Fantastic experience: I had a first dentist appointment with Dr. Sheetal Kaur and she was very good, made me feel at ease. I also appreciated her efforts to get to know me as a patient. I was impressed by the 3D imaging process that she did; I have never seen that in any of my dentist appointments before and it made it very easy for me to see any issues or things to look out for. Although I initially thought the new patient dentist appointment at £85 was a little bit expensive, with the 3D imaging I felt that it was ultimately money well spent. The price does go down in your next check up as a regular patient. Overall, great experience, would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Having had a bad experience with a previous local dentist, I decided to give Pinner Road Dental a go given the great reviews. Having been with the practice a couple of months now, I have had extremely professional service throughout. Dr Sheetal did a great job of explaining my treatment plan, my fillings for the most part have been pain free and have only had minor pain after, which given a major filling is a miracle! My fillings look very good. They have also been very flexible and accommodating when I've had to reschedule appointments. The ladies here are very lovely and know how to make patients feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a reliable, skilled dentist in the Harrow/Pinner area.

Fantastic experience: Had i known the existence of Pinner Road Dental before i would have changed my dental practice a lot sooner. In a time of need the team at Pinner ticked every single box you'd want from a dental practice. I was in extreme agony on the eve of travelling and from the initial telephone conversation which was VERY swift and polite , i was able to get seen INSTANTLY and had my tooth extracted in record timing. Before i knew it, my wisdom tooth was out and the attentiveness / aftercare was exemplary. i travelled feeling very reassured and would recommend this practice to everybody. More importantly id just like to say they really have a family spirit down there, you don't just feel like a customer ! Well Done keep up the great service!

Fantastic experience: I had an Aesthetic treatment with Dr Kaur and she was amazing. I felt totally at ease!! Any questions i had she answered. I had barely any swelling or bruising from the treatment and was very happy with the results. Dr kaur listened to what i wanted and definitely gave me that subtle result. Fantastic experience: Well what can I say, I was nearly in tears with the pain in my mouth. I contacted my usual dentist who all but said they could help me in a weeks time. I made contact with Pinner Road dentist and explained my situation. I needed an emergency extraction and not a simple one at that. From the very moment I walked through the door I was made to feel incredibly welcome. I was in a terrible state and just needed some relief from the pain and when your feeling so low, Someone friendly and caring. Sheetal got straight to work, firstly, taking away my pain. Then had a good look at what was required. Her calm and reassuring nature really put me at ease. Taking time at every step to make sure I was okay and understood what was happening. I am so incredibly grateful to her and her team who came to my aid in my time of need. And whilst this might sound a little dramatic, If you’ve ever had proper toothache, you know where I’m coming from. I wanted some slight adjustments made to the composite bonding and Dr Kaur suggested waiting a week to see how they settle in. I still felt I needed adjustments made and Dr Kaur was more than willing to book me in again at her earliest opportunity and ensured I was completely happy with the end result. The entire team is so friendly and very caring as Kalpana also phoned me to see how I was doing after the procedure as I was experiencing a little discomfort. Fantastic experience: After a bad experience at *another* private dental surgery where I felt I was talking to a salesman with no ethical obligation rather than a dentist, I was reluctant to approach another dentist. My sister had emergency treatment here last year and after her positive experience I signed up to it. I have to say the team here are wonderful, kind, caring, approachable. There’s definitely a more ‘family feel’ to it. Dr Kaur was respectful of what I wanted to have done and what I didn’t want to do, she was informative and told me pros and cons of the procedure, and she stopped at times to ask if I was ok. I had a chipped bonded tooth which she sorted out diligently. I’d definitely recommend this surgery.

Dr Sheetal is so gentle, friendly and non judgmental! she will make you feel completley at ease and throughout the whole procedure she takes extra care than any other dentist iv ever been too! she always stops every few minuites to make sure i was ok throughout the treatment and was incredibly kind and careing and very very understanding! 90% of dentists are very cold hearted and judgemental but dr sheetal is an exception! Like most people visiting the dentist is often not an enjoyable experience but with Pinner Road Dental I do not have that feeling of anxiety before I go. After refusing orthondontic treatment due to a bad experience as a child I have always been conscious of my smile so last January I took the big leap of enquiring about Invisalign. I have finally come to the end of my treatment which did take a year for me because my teeth were very crowded at the front but it was all worth it. I can't believe the difference it has been made and having my teeth whitenened too has just made me feel so confident about smiling properly for the first time in years. One happy customer.

I was prepared for tears and reluctance to even open their mouths but Sheetal was so warm and friendly with the kids. She made them feel comfortable and even excited about the whole experience. I needed a dental treatment after chipping my tooth, and I managed to get an appointment almost instantly. During my first visit, I was informed about my options and recommended procedure by Dr Kaur; after examining my tooth carefully, she recommended me to have an onlay. Fantastic experience: I’ve just completed my Invisalign treatment with Pinner Road Dental and couldn’t be happier with the results. It took around 12 months in total and the team were superb every step of the way. Everything was explained thoroughly and all my questions were addressed at each stage of the treatment (from consultation, to impressions, aligners, refinement, whitening, teeth design and composite bonding). The fact they’ve got an on-site Invisalign scanner machine is excellent and saves having to have moulds taken; and paying in stages as you go makes it much more affordable. I’m so pleased with my new smile and would highly recommend Pinner Road Dental if you’re considering Invisalign - they are friendly, professional, supportive and talented!

Dr Sheetal and Kaplana have restored faith in me after 5 years when I had a very bad experience with my previous dentist, I was scared to go to dentist this resulted in very bad gum infection and losing teeth hand of fist. I was made to feel at home at Pinner Road Dental rest assured my gums and there will become healthy. I am on 3rd weekly treatment and I look forward to the appointment. Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible experience at Pinner Road Dental, managed to fall on my face and lose a front tooth, they got me in the day I rang, literally within a couple of hours, registered me, initial checkup, x-rays and to have a look at my toothless bit. They made an appointment for me the next day to sort out my missing tooth, then 3 days later to finish the polishing of the new tooth, a filling and hygiene appointment. My new tooth you can’t even tell, super impressed how good it looked even before it was properly finished! Dr Sheetal Kaur and Kalpana were so lovely, knowledgeable and informative. I should also say I absolutely hate going to the dentist, the whole thing terrifies me, I rarely go but this experience was just so wonderful, literally no pain, checking in on me during the whole process, and now I will be a regular patient at Pinner Road Dental! Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Had a toothache in and got booked in with an emergency appointment. Extremely friendly service. I felt that I was being made to attend too many appointments without progress being made. Although the practice has a least invasive approach, this inevitably works out in favour of the practice, with bills adding up quickly. I would attend this practice again if they had a more efficient approach.

Fantastic experience: Great dental practice and I fully recommend. I had to have a root canal to repair a tooth which had died due to some unknown trauma. It had been dark and discoloured for years and I finally took the plunge to get it fixed. This required a root canal, internal whitening of the teeth and then external whitening of the teeth. I'm glad I put my trust in Sheetal and her team as the tooth looks good as new and the process was smooth. The staff were professional, polite and saw me promptly each time I had my next appointment. Thanks for giving me my smile back!

Fantastic experience: I fortuitously came across this dental practice, in late May 2021, after I developed a tooth ailment which was getting worse. I was looking for a new dentist, and the Pinner Road Dental Practice caught my eye, given their favourable online reviews. So I telephoned the practice and Kalpana, the Dental nurse, kindly booked me in for an appointment. There is free parking at the surgery. It is very welcoming, clean, tidy, light, well ventilated and has all the social distancing signage in place plus hygienic hand gel. You are required to wear a face mask whilst waiting and your temperature is quickly taken as a precaution. Dr Sheetal Kaur is an extremely professional Dentist - she asked me what the issue was, listened very carefully and then ran a diagnosis, explaining what she was doing and why. The diagnosis was that I had a hole in one of my teeth and would need root canal treatment. This whole treatment was carried out very professionally by Dr Kaur and Kalpana - I was always made to feel at ease and the time seemed to fly by at the appointments. After a particular intense treatment procedure one morning, I received a phone call from the surgery later that day to check if I was okay. I was fine but felt very assured by that call. The moniker on the sign outside the surgery states 'Affordable private dental care'. I couldn't agree more. The cost was reasonable given the personal care and attention to detail at every stage. This is the best dental surgery I have received treatment from. I strongly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: As a result of not going to a dental practice in about 25 years, I had a bad premolar tooth which had decayed. I dreaded the thought of visiting a dentist and spent a long while thinking about finding a dentist who could help me. After plucking up the courage, I searched on Google and was drawn to Pinner Road Dental. I called the Practice and was immediately greeted by a friendly receptionist, Kalpana Mistry, who, as it turned out, is also the Dental Nurse. Kalpana made me feel less nervous whilst talking to her. I requested an appointment, and a prompt date was offered. I was advised of the cost of my initial examination in advance. At the appointment, I met with Dr Sheetal Kaur. Dr Kaur assessed my teeth and gums. My tooth was to be extracted and I needed treatment for Periodontal Pockets. I was VERY surprised how easy and quickly my tooth was extracted with no pain, although I was given an anaesthetic to numb the area. Dr Kaur, proceeded to kindly discussed my future oral health and treatment with me, and a treatment plan was put in place. I have my 4th appointment this week. The Treatment from this practice has been second to none and I have to say, I am delighted to have found Pinner Road Dental, and most certainly will be using this practice to maintain my oral health and hygiene. Without a doubt, I will definitely recommend this practice to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I have had my tooth extraction done very recently. Despite my worries (based on my worse earlier experience I had with another dentist), the procedure went pretty well and was absolutely pain-free. Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the area and was looking for a good private dentist. Was recommended Dr Sheetal from a friend and from start to finish i have had brilliant service. Dr Sheetal was excellent at explaining all the options and helping decide what was the best treatment for me. Her team are excellent and really organised which helps when i have such a busy schedule.
