Negative experience: I’ve been coming to this clinic for years and enough is enough. It used to be amazing… but now… This clinic is utterly appalling. Constantly cancelling appointments, never a consistent therapist. it feels cheap. They want you to use an app that doesn’t work. And now all of a sudden are giving cancellation fees without telling any of us. Hend, Connor, Joanna and Dr Amanda are amazing. I wouldn’t have been here this long if it weren’t for them. But when they aren’t in it’s shocking. The front of house staff are so rude and so are some of the therapists. My friends have gone and have even been burned severely! I saw one of the owners there and all he did was sit there. Didn’t say hello to me, didnt acknowledge me in the slightest. And I know he’s an owner because the therapist told me when I asked who it was. Think his name is Rajeen or something. And every time I finish I’m bombarded about buying more stuff when I haven’t even finished my package. The other staff are like vultures.

Fantastic experience: Well what can I say about this superb clinic ! I have been having treatments done at the central clinic for the last 3+yrs and have always received exceptional customer service , patient care and everyone at the clinic always responds very swiftly to any questions , queries or worries . I will add also that the range of treatments available is brilliant , a one stop shop for all your aesthetic needs , AND at great prices too . But more importantly I have received a superb standard of care and treatment , which as an acute medical nurse manager I can very much vouch for . I have had the pleasure of having CO2 laser on my face, neck and décolletage , with incredible results, on many occasions, performed by Dr Yasser and Dr Amanda , both brilliant at what they do ( as an aside and always a good sign , they’ll talk you out of treatments if they don’t think you need them , patient centred holistic care , not just about the ££). Now I am returning to have my yearly 3 course top up . Also now that the clinic has Dr Yasser’s surgical expertise on the books, I can have the long desired lower blepharoplasty I’ve craved completed in November ! Just wow ! Finally I’d love to thank Romana the customer services manager for being so lovely , amenable , kind, and ready to work things out for all my requests ! Just superb ! If you hadn’t guessed it I’d recommend this clinic !

Fantastic experience: Customer support and the doctors were very professional, kind and very attentive.

Negative experience: I have been visiting this clinic for a few years now for laser and milia removals. I booked onto my usual milia removal appointment, but this time they changed management. It was two small milia spots and Dr Amanda was extremely rough. It was very very painful and now it has left a permanent scar and crater. I visited as they wanted to offer complimentary treatments but I felt far too anxious to be around Dr Amanda again. She did not properly apologise and I did not feel a warm presence from her at all. They offered IPL laser and CO2 laser but they said the crater will still show!!! I will not be returning or renewing my laser course. I am very traumatised and I really hope my scar heals, it’s been 6 months and it’s still visible! Photo was taken straight after the appointment :-(. None of my previous milia removals scarred or was handled this roughly!!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to the Colindale clinic for under two years now, my siblings also come here for laser hair removal. I spoke to Connah today who helped me locate my booking, he was very diligent and thoughtful. Fantastic experience: I had Laser Hair Removal (and a skin tightening session) by Sara I had the hair removal all over and I mean all over, face, chin, neck, underarms, tummy, upper legs... She was speedy yet so so efficient. I had laser years ago so it was a touch up. I would definitely recommend coming here I normally attend here anyway. I get my facials, massages and a couple of other things done by Razzia. Razzia leaves me feeling so very relaxed. Extremely relaxed. I love my treatments with Razzia. It is why I keep coming back to her. Razzia has magic hands. She is amazing and I love her treatments

Fantastic experience: The best to come for any hair removal they have really educated themselves on black skin i have been coming here since 2019 and have see so many major differences in my skin in people and places. I started at Kensington area with Aggy she was the best so patient, understanding and thorough i had so many hairs on my face chin and now im Smooth all over the hair on my face i don't see anymore hairs as i did before. I just go for the occasional touch ups but this has helped tremendously with my acne and scars on my face. Soolmaz is honestly amazing too ask for her kind welcoming and patient. Today, I had the pleasure of being treated by a lady named Hend, who did a wonderful job. She asked me about my laser journey so far and the hair growth in the areas I regularly have treated. Fantastic experience: I had a milium removed and I am so happy with the whole process and the result. Joanna explained the procedure to me, appropriate aftercare and how to prevent the milium returning. She was very gentle with the electrocautery needle and would use it in short bursts and give me breaks so the procedure was very manageable. (You also have the option of buying Emla cream from the pharmacy and applying it an hour before the procedure if you have a low pain threshold.) She was very professional and friendly. The procedure was the cheapest I found on google and had the best results I could ask for. Clean and spacious clinic. Very glad I chose expert medical.

Fantastic experience: Romana Galvani Front of House manager was so lovely. She was patient with me and listened to all my needs and showed genuine care and compassion. She told me about the offers available at the Laser clinic and I was able to get a full body for 10 sessions which was great. She answered all the questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with everything. You can tell she loves her job and it was evident to see. She puts you at ease and is able to make you feel so comfortable. We need Romana’s in every company. She should be recognised for all the great work she does,

Fantastic experience: Joanna is my usual clinician and she is excellent. She is attentive and will periodically check the strength of the laser isn’t too intense. She always takes her time each session and does an extremely thorough job. In comparison, I have had treatment from a different clinician who really rushed the session. Other than that the clinic has been great for laser hair removal.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bhavin is an extremely professional and highly skilled in medial and surgical field. He has lots of experience. I suffer with water retention with my eyes for years. A famous Harley street doctor just ruined my eyes and never recovered since. Been to all the experts from allegiest to dermatologist but no one could help until I met Dr Bhavin. He listen and he knew straight away the reason for my eyes problem. Just so happy I am in good hands after many years. Expert is a professional kind and honest clinic and it’s also very reasonable.
