Fantastic experience: I'm a romanian National and the fact I could speak with the dentist in my native language help me a lot to understand everything, also because I have dentist phobia speaking with me in my native language was very calming for me.

Fantastic experience: I asked for an emergency appointment and got given one in 9 days' time. However, I'd be called if there was a cancellation. I was called a couple of hours later and asked to come in later the same day. The dentist, Angelika, and her assistant were very friendly and professional as always. I rarely give full marks but it was a pleasure attending the Practice.

Fantastic experience: The staff are exceptional!!! They've gone above and beyond to help me... I was absolutely petrified on my first visit to the dentist and Amy noticed this straight away, offered me water, opened the door to get some air in and reassured me. After the 3rd visit I can now relax in the waiting room and have a chat with her at the reception desk without flying out the door as soon as I'm finished. Couldn't ask for a better person to be on the front desk for nervous patients! Larissa and Mary in the dentist room were very calming, talked me through everything that was happening and a plan for treatment... They were so kind and have helped me not fear the dentist over my last 3 appointments. I highly recommend both of them and I trust them 100% with my treatment plan. Can't fault them at all! Could not ask for better staff at my local dentist! Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Frinton Dental Clinic since moving to Frinton in September 2018. The reception staff have always been friendly and helpful. The dentists are also friendly and provide good treatment. Everything is always clearly explained so that I know what treatment they are providing and what options are available to me. I have been very satisfied with the treatment I have received and don't want to go anywhere else

Thought this was reasonable but they rang back at 8-30 with an appointment at 10-00 that day which I thought was very reasonable! All done by 10-15. Staff very pleasant as well. What more could you ask for???

Fantastic experience: Larrissa the lovely new dentist and her amazing dental nurse Mary are absolutely fantastic, I was really anxious walking in as I have had to have so much work done but they really kept me calm and spoke to me threwout, with feedback that has saved me losing my front teeth and I've come out with not only great work on my teeth but I'm so confident to go back again. Fantastic experience: Dentist Larissa is very gentle and calming if you're a nervous patient. Additionally the assistant Mary puts you at ease with a big smile. Reception staff are efficient and help with appointments with ease.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. - Spilt my tooth over a weekend, caused me pain. Monday morning 0800 when the clinic opened I was waiting at the door. - The receptionist would not offer me an appointment, explaining I had to phone to arrange something. - As a Private patient, standing at the desk in front of her, it was obvious I wasn’t aware of their procedure, but she insisted I use the phone. - So, I went outside where my vehicle was and sat in the car for 25mins until she answered the phone. - After explaining that I was the chap who had been waiting at 0800 for them to open & that I’m now outside the clinic in my car, she informed me they are now fully booked and I should call tomorrow. I couldn’t believe it. Absolutely no care or consideration. The worst service of any dental surgery, in my experience, this has been. As for calling the next day, I won’t be using their service again.
