Fantastic experience: Friendly greeting from Claire upon arrival. All staff passing through reception smiled & acknowledged me. My appointment today was with Nicola & her nurse for an extraction. This turned out to be trickier than expected, but at all times Nicola checked that I was ok. From the numbing injection to completion this was a much less painful experience than I was expecting. I can't praise Nicola & the rest of the staff at the practice highly enough

Fantastic experience: I won’t go anywhere else. I live in Ellesmere Port but still use this dentist. I had a fear and didn’t go to the dentist for over 14 years. This dentist helped me overcome my fear. Polite, super friendly and reassuring. Managed to get me an appointment a few months ago when I was in so much pain and the service and treatment has been excellent. They communicate so well always reminding me when my check ups are due. Reassuring throughout all check ups and treatments. They explain everything so well. Still not my favourite place to be but Nisha makes it so much easier!

Fantastic experience: Finally got back onto to a NHS Dentist. I have been excepted by Church Road Dental Practice. Was greeted by very happy and friendly reception staff. I was then introduced to the dentist who came out to greet me. I had check up x rays and have been booked into to the hygienist. The lady dentist was really lovely and she showed me my xrays and explained I had some bone shrinkage, due to previous peritonitis but hoped it wouldn't cause me issues if I kept up a good routine. She was very knowledgeable and asked me lots of questions. The dentist is extremely clean, neat and easy access. I feel I have really got lucky. I would definitely recommend anyone to try and get on their list. It was definitely worth the wait.

She did an excellent job and she kept me informed of all aspects of the procedure that she was going to carry out and always asked me if I was happy for her to proceed. I would certainly recommend Laura and the support staff who were all very helpful during my three recent visits to the practice. Having returned today for my check up with Laura Mc Donald, all went well and she she kept me informed of what she was going to do today. Fantastic experience: Got a phone call to ask if I was available to go in today as they had a cancellation. The staff are friendly and extremely thorough. They explained what was going to happen and apologised if it was taking a while. Very pleased with the treatment.
