Fantastic experience: This Denial Practice is 100% Brilliant, I had an Emergency when my face blew up on a Sunday as a result of an abbess, They work tirelessly 7 days a week and the owner Ali saw me immediately. He has now extracted that tooth painlessly and I had no idea it was done. I would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR HELP READ THIS COMMENT The beginning of this story took place in Poland. In March of this year I started root canal treatment on one of my seven teeth. It took 4 visits. Everything seemed fine. After returning to London I felt discomfort and pain when biting my teeth. A week later I got an infection , The swelling covered the entire lower right side where the root canal treatment was performed. I couldn't go back to Poland, so I started looking for quick help here. Everyone knows how much time and stress it takes. If you are not affiliated with a clinic, you will not find help. Lack of places or poor quality of service. I called Crystal Dental Care, told them about my problem. I was seen the same day 2 hours later. I was given a course of antibiotics to get rid of the infection. A week later we removed the problematic tooth and everything returned to normal. Full professionalism. Very nice service. Zero pain or discomfort. I will definitely come back here, and you do not wait for your visit!

Fantastic for nervous patients. Long review: I've been here a number of times over the past two years for a variety of different issues. I've never had any difficulty obtaining an appointment on short notice and Dr Ali is always extremely patient and welcoming no matter the time of day, day of the week or week of the year! I'll begin by speaking about the service, which has always been stress free and fantastic and begins by picking up the phone to make an appointment. On arrival you'll fill out a small form with pre-requisite medical background questions in a comfortable quiet waiting room. The staff at reception are always extremely welcoming and friendly! Once this is done, you will be swiftly ushered into the treatment room where you'll be asked the magic words, "How can I help?". On every occasion I have been, I have been seen by Dr Ali who is a consummate professional and clear expert in his field. Although he is humble about it, I've seen a great range of dentists all across the country and it is rare to find a dentist who can grapple with not only your issue, no matter how complex but also the effect it is having on you as a patient. You will get the impression that he doesn't forget a patient! He's quick to recognise if a patient is anxious, nervous or worried about a particular issue and will take the time to listen to what you have to say and treat you as though you're family. Moreover, he will take the time to explain in detail the issue so that you feel comfortable you understand as much as you feel you need to. You will NOT be made to feel as though your issue is not 'urgent' enough and your issue however small will be examined thoroughly. He will take care when examining you, and may as he has with me identify longstanding issues that other dentists might have missed! Once the problem has been identified, he'll recommend the best course of action for you overall as a patient. He's never recommended me for unnecessary work or prescribed antibiotics I didn't need. Overall he's always provided me with an expert, professional service to the same level you'd expect from a central London clinic with fees far and above what is charged here. The clinic is decently close to the Bounds Green tube station, with a short walk up and down a hill and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. The rooms themselves are always clean but also welcoming and comfortably lit. All in all a fantastic dentist, excellent practice and reception staff. If you don't trust dentists this practice will restore your faith in dentistry!

Fantastic experience: Needed a last minute examination for my oral health, front desk staff was kind and helpful in filling a quick paper work, doctor shortly saw me in a matter of minutes, he got straight to the point and informed me I had oral sores, he assured me that it is quite common, and even gave me his card if I had any questions or concerns during my recovery. To note: I went to the hospital and they told me it was nothing but stress; however Crystal Dental Care was able to give me a full explanation and even suggestions to my diagnosis.

After discussing what my options are, I decided to go with extraction of the tooth. Fantastic experience: I rang with an emergency on the recommendation of a friend and was seen the same day; it turned out I had a really complicated issue that has since needed multiple appointments. Dr Ali and his team have been accommodating, flexible and most importantly, competent. He managed to save my tooth with a root canal (which he has since dressed twice at no extra cost) that had a really stubborn abscess and had been ruined with some previous bad dentistry. He listened to my preferences about antibiotics, he was transparent about risk, pricing and likelihood of success, he even suggested some NHS dentists locally because I said I was struggling financially. In the end the job was so complicated that I wanted Dr Ali to complete the work and I really don’t regret it. I’ve got some other issues in my teeth and I want him to do all that work as well. I hate the dentist which is why I was in such a dental pickle but I was met with no judgement and feel really looked after by all the staff at Crystal Dentists. I’m going back tomorrow morning and I have no dread! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I just had emergency treatment with Dr. Ali, it's a Sunday and I was in a great deal of pain so had to find a dentist at short notice, I got an appointment for an hour later, he was excellent....effective treatment, honest sensible approach, explains everything and treatment options with great advice. A very good find.

Fantastic experience: I have been patient at this practice for over 10 years and have always had an amazing experience. And I do not like dentists! Furthermore, when our son had a problem with his tooth during the lockdown, Dr Ali was on standby around the clock to went out of his way to help us.

Fantastic experience: I never liked the dentist. Due to bad past experiences I’ve always felt anxious and scared to go. But after coming here, I can honestly say I’m never going anywhere else. Very calm and relaxed environment. Made me feel at ease and safe. The dentist is very professional, knowledgeable and easy going. Not to mention his sweet playlist that he plays in the background during a procedure, which just makes the experience a whole lot more pleasurable. I had my tooth taken out, and was nervous at first but the procedure was a walk in the park! 10000% would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough how grateful I am to the team and specifically Dr Ali at this practice. I made an emergency appointment, which was booked for me on the same day, for what turned out to be dry socket. Dr Ali was kind, put me at ease, talked through the process and got me sorted straight away. I can get a little anxious around these things, so had emailed Dr Ali a few days after to ask for his advice over a few concerns. And I received nothing but quick and friendly responses from him. Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience, highly recommend! Dr Ali saw me through some pretty crazy times with my teeth(RCT + some extractions), he went from being an emergency dentist I’d just found online to my actual dentist because of how wonderful he was - he is patient, kind, understanding and incredibly responsive when it comes to you emailing him after you’ve had any treatment done. The practice is also super clean/hygienic, friendly staff at the reception and a genuinely good dentist too! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Dr Ali! From a truly grateful soul :)

Fantastic experience: I was very lucky to find 24hrs Crystal Dental Care when I had my dental emergency! Dr Ali is not only kind hearted, but doesn't mind spending extra time to make sure that your are feeling better. Unlike a lot of other emergency places, he'll accommodate you and will not let you go back home in pain! He carefully explains all the procedure to be done and makes you feel at peace. Awesome care !
