Fantastic experience: I have not seen a dentist in a long time so I was very nervous as my teeth are not in the best condition. I saw Dr ivy ans there was no judgment at all. I explained my nerves and she thanked me for being honest with her and told me we will sort it. I walked out feeling so relieved and assured.

Fantastic experience: The cap has come off of my front tooth. And the wisdom tooth that has grown along the left side of my jaw. Has given me a sleepless weekend. Phoned the dentist this morning and received the usual friendly and professional interaction. A prescription was on reception within minutes and when collected,an appointment was made to replace the cap on my tooth. All of the staff go all out to provide a quality of service that far always far exceeds expectations.

She, and the reception staff, were incredibly understanding about my son’s needs (he’s autistic) and did everything they could to help him. I was very impressed with the way we were all treated.
