Negative experience: I signed up, had HALF a root canal done left with a temporary filling and have now been waiting nearly 2 months for the second part to be done.. EVERY appointment (3 Appointments) i have had has been cancelled though text, considering my rebooked Appointments was booked by them, when I questioned it the reception was DISGUSTINGLY rude told me to come in which I can not due to work commitments.. and when informing them of this she told me take it of leave it and put down the phone.. I am now left with half a tooth and no temp filling as it came out. Will NEVER recommend to anyone

Negative experience: Absolutely appalling service. From previous reviews you could imagine what the receptionists are like. Everyone is chit chatting and the phones go unanswered for hours. They should be removed from NHS care. They treat private patients and NHS patients with severe difference. However after reading reviews it sounds as if private patience are receiving care far from excellence. If you’re on board to take advice I urge you to reconsider registering with this Dentist and or paying for private care. Currently on call as I type this. It’s 9.44am. I’ve been on the phone to Luton House Dental Practice for exactly 57:51 (57 MINUTES) I need an emergency appointment. I have severe decay and disease and canaries that have been neglected due to my physical disability and chronic illness. As i’ve finished typing this review the call said no one could take the call, prompted me to leave a voice message and said the inbox was full. You can’t fathom how I feel. I recommend shopping around for dentist practices that take New NHS patients.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Dentist Hussain Ridwan Abbas he is a very good dentist and has done treatment of teeth very well I will recommend this dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: Like many people i am not a fan of dentists, this check up and previous I have had the same dentist. He has reassured me to help me relax, friendly and light humour. He explained everything well and to have positive feedback on my teeth & gums was great (something that never has happened before). I have been told and hoping they keep this dentist, I find it hard to trust dentists and this establishment has a tendency to keep dentists for a short period - please keep this dentist, he is an asset to you and your business, reputations grow on happy customers.

Fantastic experience: THANK YOU. This is my 3rd visit to this dentist. The entrance is at the bottom of King Street on the left as you walk up from George Street. The waiting areas and dental surgery rooms are immaculately clean as they were on my previous 2 visits and all the staff are very professional from the receptionists through to the dental assistants and the dentists. My dentist Sumaya is very kind and explains all possible procedures and outcomes and she was very gentle when giving me numbing injections as I had 2 fillings today as well as had my teeth cleaned. I can't thank this dental surgery enough, they have been brilliant. Thank you once again.

Fantastic experience: I was petrified going to the dentist after years of not going. As soon as I met Sumayah I felt comfortable and at ease. She firstly discussed with me my dental history and what I had done in the past years. She then observed my mouth. After looking inside she explained to me in detail what the procedure was going to be, asking me if I was happy with each stage of my procedure. I was very happy with my consultation, considering I was so scared. I would recommend Sumayah to anyone who is feeling afraid or anxious about returning to a dentist. I have never experienced a dental consultation like it and would highly recommend. I went away feeling confident, and relaxed and look forward to my next consultation and a brighter future with great teeth.

Negative experience: Awful dentist. Kept cancelling appointmentson the day stating that we did not turn up for appointments. The treatment my now husband got was awful. The guy pulled all the top front teeth and then ground down the bone. He then waited over 9 months to get dentures, as they said they were damaged twice. When the dentures arrived they were awful they looked like draculas fangs and a set of hampsters teeth. They needed to be remade. Within 2 weeks they broke. Would never recommend this place. If i could put 0 as feed back i would but it does not allow

Negative experience: This is by far the worst and most unprofessional dentist practice I have ever experienced! They are rude, the staff have a bad habit of not answering the phone whilst standing at reception chatting amongst themselves. When they make errors and hold no accountablility for their actions, even worse they will blame the patient. The final and most disrespectful point is being told that you the patient are a liar and that they do not believe you have attended appointments showing as missed, due to their own staff errors (Reception) when I had in fact gone in and was told either my appointment had been changed or the dentist had gone home sick. DO NOT GO HERE.

Fantastic experience: First time at this dentist and I felt very happy with the way I was spoken to by the receptionist and she was very polite and very fast with booking me in and gave me clear instructions on what area I needed to wait for the dentist which I found very helpful and I had to wait no more than 2-3 minutes before the dentist called me in for my first check up and honestly I was really nervous when I got in the door but I was greeted in a nice manner and then when I got my teeth assessed to see what I needed done was done so calmly and confidently in a very respectful and highly professional manner. I enjoyed the experience and would recommend this dentist surgery to anyone who wants to get their teeth sorted in a professional and welcoming manner. Positive experience: Although my appointment was rearranged two or three times it was compensated with the same day appointment and the lady dentist I saw was very polite informative and considerate very pleased. There are various dentists and newly qualified at this dentist surgery so it depends on who you perhaps get an appointment with.

Fantastic experience: After struggling to find an NHS dentist I was told about Luton house dental practice. I was able to join and get an appointment straight away. The lady on reception and the 2 lovely lady dental practitioners were very welcoming and put me at ease straight away. I had an appointment for an X-ray at the hospital for the same day after my appointment and then booked in for treatment next week. Very efficient and happy with the service they have provided at very short notice.

Positive experience: Received a deep clean and I clearly should have had local anaesthetic as it was ridiculously painful. The next appointment I had, I was running a little behind and called to inform. The receptionist told me if I was longer than 5 mins I would not be seen but I got there a few mins late only to find out they were running behind. It would have made sense for them to just let me know that it was already running late instead of making me anxious only to find out they were behind anyway.

Negative experience: My appointment was for today 11am my tooth filling is coming out feeling not compatible I received call today at 8am appointment is cancelled they charge me for X-ray they do this to me twice not dentist available today how it's possible alwasy they have 2 dentist if one is not there other one can see the paiten really very disappointed they charge for us lots of money and last minute they cancelled appointment how is it possible.. My flight is booked for 15/3/25 Saturday don't no what to do....if I am looking new dentist have to pay again for X-ray my God....:(
