Fantastic experience: As someone who doesn’t like trips to the dentist one bit I can’t recommend The Precinct Dental Practice highly enough. Great communication through a long appointment and as good as a trip to the dentist can be. Excellent staff who are friendly and make the whole experience perfectly ok!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Friendly and helpful. Given clear options and advice. Modern digital technology to take a 3D image of my teeth, which was a lot more pleasant that years ago! Would recommend.

I saw Olga the Hygienist yesterday afternoon she was fantastic, she did a great thorough job and gave me good clear advice on how best to look after my teeth. I also had a check up with Gokay who is always friendly, professional and gives great advice going forward. Joy and Elly the receptionists are kind and helpful and there is a lovely atmosphere throughout the surgery. I would highly recommend the Dental Practice.

Positive experience: I was fitted in for an unscheduled appointment and I was extremely grateful. My treatment was carried out well and I was comfortable throughout. The procedure was explained and I was able to ask questions and discuss the way forward. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I thought it was rather expensive.

Positive experience: Saw a hygenist this morning at 10am. (Apologies, can’t remember her name). She was excellent. Very friendly and professional. Clearly explained what to expect, offered clear and sound advice. Treatment itself was also excellent. Assistant also excellent. Ambience of treatment room very good, made to feel comfortable etc. Happy to continue my long-standing relationship with this practice and would recommend to others.

Fantastic experience: Just had a visit with the hygienist a big thank you to Sarah who made me feel really comfortable explained the process and kept checking I was ok, Sarah was very caring and reassuring throughout. Highly recommend I am a new patient to the practise and was very nervous as I knew I had an issue with a tooth however I received the first part of my treatment yesterday for a root canal which i was absolutely dreading and I can honestly say I was comfortable through the whole procedure. I cannot thank the dentist Gokay enough he explained each step and made sure I was comfortable and ok through it all. Thank you also to the nurse who assisted Gokay. Fantastic experience: I called up the other day with a chipped tooth and was able to see Dr. Asif at short notice. I was amazed how the tooth looked after his work, with the result that I have now booked to get some or my other teeth capped - even though they are not chipped. Great work from the team at Precinct Dental, I especially appreciate their reminding me of upcoming appointments. I have had teeth alignment and whitening by Dr. Asif, who always clearly explains what he is going to do and the options available to me. My mouth looks a whole lot better than it did a few years ago.

Fantastic experience: I have a a worrying broken root in my Gum and was not looking forward to getting it sorted. Gokay was amazing - he gently explained to me what was going to happen, took his time and care to put me at ease. Once extracted he ensured everything was cleaned well to ensure no infection. He made a very nervous dental patient extremely comfortable and confident I was in safe hands. Thank you Gokay!!!

Negative experience: Had a new denture made with this practice , chose the most expensive £1600 as was told this was the most hardy and would last , it broke while chewing liquorish 2 and a half years later , asked if there was any kind of guarantee but told I had to make an appointment to talk to the dentist , made an appointment was told no guarantee as they have no way of knowing what I did with my teeth?? Then was given an Xray which I didn't ask for and still not sure why as I was only there to find out about repairing my denture . I was then charged £70 for the 10 minute consult and another 30 for an Xray that I never requested , Rip off artists , never ever would go back

Fantastic experience: Just come away from having a filling done by Aniqa. I typically will delay having fillings due to anxiety around pain and discomfort mainly from the anesthetic needle even opting for a non anaesthetic filling at my last dentist. Aniqa applied numbing gel to the area before injecting (I didn't have to ask) made subsequent injections tolerable. She applied a rubber dam around the tooth which I haven't seen before. This was explained to keep the tooth dry and avoid all the water in my mouth. A bit bizarre, but it done the job lol. The grinding of the tooth was completely pain free and the only discomfort was in my jaw muscles keeping my mouth open. This was the most pain free and calm dental procedures I have ever had and really wanted to feedback my experience. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Had my 6 month visit to the hygienist today. I would highly recommend Molly. She is very professional and does a really great, thorough job, explains everything and gives good clear advice on how best to look after your teeth. Only slight downside is that she is so popular she is booked up for months so my next appointment will be in 9 months.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental practice, and I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! I've been a patient here for nearly 3 years and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Asif is kind, responsive and takes so much pride in his work, explaining everything thoroughly and ensuring the best possible results for his patients. As well as regular check ups, I had Invisalign treatment with him and am thrilled with the results. Molly is also brilliant, and the reception staff are bright, friendly and welcoming. The dental assistant held my hand and I was reassured the whole time. This dentist overall has always had compassionate dentist/hygienist. Fantastic experience: I'm a relatively new client at this practice, and I have had only positive experiences so far. I had a filing today, and I can honestly say it's the most relaxed I've been when having a filing, and I'm usually very nervous! I was regularly asked how I was throughout the procedure and felt very little discomfort. The practice itself is well presented and the staff very friendly and welcoming. A very friendly receptionist took my details and then asked me to wait. I took a seat an within a few mins I was sked to go to the dentist. Fantastic experience: I'm impressed with this dentist. I've been a few times now. They seem to use all the latest techniques & equipment. They take the time to explain what they doing, showing you photos & x-rays of your teeth, to ensure you understand. The one time I needed treatment, which was for a non-trivial tooth repair, they made a great job of it.

Nice to see the teeth like that pretty much straight away on the computer monitor. All runs to time and all good. Done for now unless some problem. Another 6 months job done. :)

In my entire life, not one dentistry has even come close to this OUTSTANDING, ASTONISHING, downright INCREDIBLE experience I had with the team here. I had "some pretty bad gnashers" and after a year of ASTOUNDINGLY GOOD treatment with braces, I have finally (as of 3 days ago) had them removed. Fantastic experience: Needed to visit as crown had come off and was travelling away, managed to fit me in at short notice. All options were explained from having a new crown fitted down to having old tooth extracted, pricing clearly explained with no pressure to take any particular option. Everyone was very helpful, old crown was refitted and all being well should be in place for a good few years more. Very happy with the service and advice received.

Fantastic experience: After over a 2 year gap due to the COVID epidemic, it was good to see Mr Allan and his team again. They provide a very friendly, professional and reassuring service and Mr Allan always goes the extra mile to make you feel at ease and takes time to genuinely listen to his patients. Positive experience: I’ve been going here for years and this is the first time I can honestly say I’ve left happy with the service and level of care I’ve received. I felt listened to and respected. I feel that the price I paid was fair. Before my appointments were 2 mins long (so basically £5 a second is what my previous dentist earnt), this time I felt that my teeth were looked at and my oral health is being monitored. I’m glad they’ve changed owners.

Fantastic experience: Aniqa Is amazing!! Travelled back from Cornwall yesterday to have a composite filling, after cusp of tooth was fractured,due to clenching jaw so tight through PTSD. I had caused the nerve in face to be compressed,which had created numbness. Aniqa is patient, mindful and the end result is fantastic. Today the numbness has disappeared and my confidence and mental health has been restored. I honestly cannot tell you how grateful I am. Excellent dentistry and above all amazing empathy and understanding.

Fantastic experience: Pleasant welcoming reception area with good toilet facilities. At all stages of my treatment I was given a clear explanation of the procedure and lots of encouragement. I had two composite fillings preceded by effective local anaesthetic. My treatment compared very favourably with the best of my previous dental treatments. Fantastic experience: Lovely receptionist, so helpful and polite! I approached the practice for invisalign. The receptionist who contacted me was so lovely, friendly and polite. When attending my initial consultation the dentist was amazing and I could not fault him, he explained all options after thoroughly assessing my teeth. Spoke to me like a human being. He also seemed as though he was in no rush which made all the difference too! Would recommend this practice 100%.

Fantastic experience: well , after a 20 year absence from any Dentist following an unfortunate experience i thought it time for a little cosmetic work on my old ,yellowing , eroded gnashers ! After reading positive revenues for the Precinct Dental Practice ,i chose them with fear of another bad off-putting event looming in my mind ......... why did i panic ? the whole experience was all quite wonderful , pain free and so friendly i actually enjoyed the whole treatment and the results were spectacular , in fact if you hear Tom Cruise was in town it was probably me ! Fantastic experience: Very efficient and pleasant staff. They saw me very promptly when I had two broken teeth despite the pandemic issues. Update for 2022. Still very happy with them. You have to book well in advance for regular checkups, but very friendly and helpful, and do an excellent job. I think that for a private practice their prices are fair.

Positive experience: Receptionist, hygienist and dentist (Peter Allen) all excellent. Peter has been my dentist since 1980! Always impressed with how he remembers details. Don’t like scanning barcodes etc. And it’s a shame they don’t do any NHS work.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for some years now, Peter Allen is a great dentist, he always explains everything that my treatment will consist of and I have many complications over the years, which with his expertise and dedication I have managed to hang on to most of my teeth. Fantastic experience: I am quite happy to recommend Dr Ali and his team at the new surgery, all very impressive. Although I was only having a checkup, he went through all the new and interesting innovations he has brought to the surgery. I can't wait for my next appointment. Just been offered a cancelled appointment. Three months earlier than my original one which is good news. The appointment went well with Dr Ali going through everything about the procedure with his matter of fact patience, which is very relaxing. Now onto the next part which has to be some weeks away. Just completed having a gold crown fitted in two appointments with prep and moulds ready-made so your crown fits well plus a temporary crown. About 2 weeks later the crown was fitted. Everything went to plan, a perfect job well executed. About a month later I go in to have an old crown looked at. The base of it looks a bit worrying. He takes some photos of it which look quite awful. But as usual he manages to save it. Well worth the visit.

Fantastic experience: I bought my needle phobic teen-ager to the practice yesterday for a tooth extraction. The dentist couldn't have been more calming and reassuring to my daughter. Unfortunately she fainted twice through no one's fault. Both the dentist and dental nurse were calm, reassuring and professional throughout. Managing my daughter sensitively and supportingly. I have always found him and the staff very helpful, friendly and accommodating . The practice is always clean and efficient and the treatment done very professionally.
