Fantastic experience: I'm always made to feel welcome on arrival by the reception team. I had appointments with the Hygienist and the Dentist. Positive experience: Very nice people but it’s hard to get a follow on appointment that’s in a time frame the dentist wants you back at and it’s so expensive for a follow on visit with hygienist

Fantastic experience: I went in for a hygienist appointment with Sophie and was super impressed! Such a beautiful waiting area - more like a hotel than a dentists! Sophie was amazing - really friendly, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job - my teeth look so clean and bright!! I have some sensitivity but felt calm due to her calming nature, and she reassured me she would stop at any point which she did, along with regular checks I was okay. The receptionist was extremely helpful offering advice and pricing regarding a night guard, general pricing and whitening. Really pleased and can't see myself going anywhere else now.

Fantastic experience: Thanks for a pain free experience throughout my dental implant. The procedures were clearly explained at each stage, from initial consultation right through to completion. At no point did I feel any pain or discomfort and the regular checkups throughout the healing process were a great comfort knowing the procedure was successful.

Fantastic experience: Been needing a dentist since lockdown, and on recommendation from my daughter who is a patient called in on passing by, on way to Tesco's carpark & found the reception staff very friendly and helpful and they found me an appointment within a week. Negative experience: AVOID, NO INTEGRITY, STAFF ARE TAUGHT TO OVERSELL TREATMENT PLANS! I missed an appointment that I booked in-store, and the staff failed to inform me of the cancellation policy, unfortunately I missed the appointment which I paid £450 for. Blake Dental is now refusing to give me a reasonable refund, despite no work being done, I paid £450 and they are refunding me £276, pocketing £174 for nothing! Needless to say they’ve now lost me as a customer. They clearly don’t care at all about their patients! Just a money grab. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS PRACTICE. I will be going somewhere else from now on, even if it costs me more, Blake Dental do not deserve anything more from me! Be careful with these people.

Fantastic experience: I am always welcomed by one of the friendly receptionists. My dentist, Katie, goes over and beyond to put me at ease (as I am always a little anxious to begin with). She is very caring, and patiently explains everything she is doing, showing me any X rays which have been taken, and what they mean. She also tells/shows me any changes to my teeth since my last visit. The Dental Nurse working with Katie is also kind and knowledgeable - they make an excellent team. I leave the Practice feeling confident in the treatment I have just received - from the whole team there. I had a very nasty experience with another dentist a while back, which could have put me off ever going to a dentist again. However, I needed to have the poor treatment completed, and made the decision to go to Blake’s - one of the best decisions I could have made. I thoroughly recommend Blake Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot praise Blake Dental enough. I joined the practice following an emergency appointment a couple of years ago and they were so quick to see me with nothing but empathy and promptly resolved my issue. All of the staff are wonderful, from the lovely receptionists to the dentists and hygienists. For anyone looking for a dentist, I had a really bad experience with a different dentist in the past which led me to not going for about a decade, but with Blake Dental, I now go every 6 months and don’t panic about it at all. They are truly wonderful and put you at ease if you need it.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment yesterday with Erik. I had an extraction and a filling. I was put at ease by both the dentist and his nurse prior to the work being carried out. Everything went well and the dentist explained the procedures to me. Once all the numbness had gone, I felt NOTHING, no discomfort at all. I can also, hand on heart, say this is the first time I've ever had a tooth filled and it's not felt 'different'. Today I even received a follow up call checking that all was ok. This too is a first! Congratulations to all at this practice, from the receptionists who were courteous and helpful to the dentist and his nurse.

Negative experience: Today I had a hygiene cleaning appointment with Sophie and was very disappointed. I had told her that I needed very soft clean, she seemed to be quite nice as a person but lacks professional experience. She finished my clean in 10 minutes or less and I had bleeding gums and when I was walking back home I could feels that she has also wounded some parts of my tongue. Last time I had a cleaning done at a different dental clinic though that hygienist was very harsh and scrubbing my teeth for quite long but there was no wounds and no bleeding gums. My previous experience with Blake dental have been quite nice with Dr. Eric for myself and Katie for my son. But extremely disappointed with this visit. I am just scared now that these wounds can lead to some infections.

Positive experience: Blake Dental is so welcoming. The receptionists and dentists are absolutely outstanding. Very professional, skilled, kind, polite- and immediately, the dental receptionists put me at ease there. Their dental practice offers a range of services at reasonable prices. 100% best dental practice I have ever visited. Thank you, Blake Dental! 5 Stars! The dentist did state my tooth root was exposed, but only treated this with antibiotics when I'm in immense pain. Other than this, can't fault them.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with my experience at Blake Dental. I needed to reschedule my appointment due to being unwell, but their strict 24-hour policy meant I was left with two bad options: either lose my payment or attend while sick, which isn’t fair to me or other patients. It’s clear that their focus is more on money than patient care. To make matters worse, the hygienist I spoke with had an arrogant and dismissive attitude, showing zero empathy for my situation. Receptionists are acting like sales people and want to book you in as soon as possible. A healthcare provider should prioritise patient well-being, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values compassion and flexibility in their care.

Fantastic experience: Blake Dental is such a lovely dentist. The moment you enter you are met with such friendly receptionists who immediately put you at ease. My recent visit I walked in and it was warm and cosy with the heating on which was lovely coming in from such a cold and wet afternoon. I had to see Katie and she is just so welcoming, always greets you with a smile, very thorough and explains everything to you, really gentle and puts you at ease the moment you sit in her chair, can’t recommend enough, the best dentist by far.

Fantastic experience: A very friendly and helpful team. They treat me like a guest. Explanations are good. I haven’t needed dental treatment lately (only hygiene sessions). I think they don’t recommend treatment unless necessary or advisable. Some past dentists replaced fillings because they could - which was common practice then.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant dentist, they are so sympathetic to my sensitive teeth and my general unease of having anything done to my teeth. They also really helped my husband and fitted him in super quickly to have his wisdom teeth removed. Fantastic experience: I've never known a dentist to go above and beyond. Arranging fun days on Halloween and Easter for children to come and have their teeth checked. It completely takes away the stigma of going to the dentist. My girls were so excited to come to the open day on Halloween, there was fun activities to do and games to play. Fantastic experience: I was in need of dental treatment. I googled dentists in my area and I found Blake dental. I sent an email to them explaining my situation and received a reply saying, Thank you for your email we will contact you shortly. Well i thought, yeah in a week or so, but no, they phoned me within an hour! I spoke to a kind, helpful and friendly receptionist and made an appointment. I was a bit wary as i had neglected my teeth and was expecting a lecture about it. But when i saw my dentist Raveena, she listened while i explained what i would like done, and she said, ok, lets get you sorted. I now have a full set of dentures, top and bottom which Raveena did all the way through in a professional and friendly manner. I cant praise Blake dental high enough and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you to all at Blake Dental.

Fantastic experience: I have been scared of the dentist for so many years after very bad experiences with other dental practices. From the first phone call, moment I walked in the door, the receptionists, the dentist and the hygienist at Blake Dental have all been incredible. I never thought I’d say it but I actually look forward to going to the dentist!!! The receptionists make you feel comfortable while you wait and show a genuine interest in how you are and what you’ve been up to. The dentist Daanish takes his time to make sure you’re comfortable, explains everything and is just so kind. Fantastic experience: Having not been to a dentist for a few years, previous experience left me unhappy a gap where a tooth removed could be seen when I smiled. Highly recommend Blake dental, Rachel and Jenny spent time reassuring me what treatment plan they would put in place, the plan was also shared with me, soi knew at each appointment what wouldbe happening. They would constantly check i was comfortable as was very anxious about visiting a dentist. Happily have a bridge now replacing the gap, and I have my smile back. Have also recommended the dentist to a family member too. One of the best dentist for nervous anxious patients with a fear of dentists, again would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am not one for reviewing as a rule but sometimes the situation demands you let others know. I have recently recovered from major surgery which had a by-product of dental issues. I have always been petrified of going to the dentist but had no choice. Fortunately for me I have been under the care of Dr Rachel and Jenny B......my own personal super heroes. To say they are excellent is an understatement. When I think of how I have been treated I can only describe it as compassionate, professional absolutely pain free and above all else and most surprisingly fun. I would have no hesitation in recommending my super heroes to you they are absolutely brilliant at what they do. I now have zero issues going to the dentist and in a bizarre turn almost look forward to it.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from start to finish. Spoke to these guys whilst waiting for an NHS referral for a wisdom tooth extraction and decided I couldn’t wait. Leanne organised 3D X-rays within a few days and the extraction by Katie followed shortly after. Considering I have never had a tooth out before I was slightly apprehensive but the extraction was easy and pain free and 3 days post I’m virtually back to normal. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: My first impressions of the practice were that everyone was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I contacted many practices to get an understanding of what might be involved in an implant, and Blake Dental stood out for their knowledge and transparency about pricing. Every member of staff I interacted with, without exception, were warm, friendly, engaging and caring. My initial phone query was positive. I then came in for a more detailed discussion of the treatment plan and that was positive, clear and transparent around pricing and timing. Each time I called or interacted with the people on reception they were friendly and helpful. My dentist was cool, calm and clearly an expert at her craft taking great pride in her work. From start to finish I think I was in and out of the practice about 10 times during my treatments and I can’t fault anything. I would highly recommend to anyone, especially if you are considering costly treatment and want the comfort that you are getting the best, and the price is clear from the outset.

Fantastic experience: I had my three month hygienist appointment with Sophie today. 3 years ago she had to give me so much sedation as my teeth weren’t good. Now, she can do my regular clean with none and with no pain or discomfort. She has an amazingly relaxing way and believe it or not, I actually look forward to going now. A lifetime of fear has gone now. An amazing dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I never used a private dentist until I couldn't get an NHS appointment. I'm so glad I did though as I am completely shocked how thorough the treatment is and how lovely everyone is. From first contact with reception the hygienist, the nurses and dentists are all lovely. They explain everything and I can honestly say I have not experienced any pain at all whilst receiving treatment. The biggest shock of all is the prices, they are higher the NHS but not much and in my opinion well worth it. I will not be going back to NHS even if I could.

Fantastic experience: Have recently had lots of work done after seeing the reviews of Blake as I had a huge phobia of dentists and needles and had not seen one for 8 years. I had Erik do most of the work and he was very patient and reassuring and put me at ease. I had to have teeth out, root canal , crown and fillings and although worried at first there was no need to be as I never felt a thing. Thanks to him and the assistants I now no longer have a fear of dentists or needles. Great experience as dentists go!

Fantastic experience: I went to this dentist for Invisalign. All of the staff were friendly and professional and it was lovely to be greeted by name at reception each time I visited. Fantastic experience: I am an extremely anxious patient when it comes to the dentist and after reading the reviews for Blake’s I already felt calmer about going to the dentist. From the moment you walk into the practice until the moment you leave you are made to feel comfortable and relaxed. The reception staff were extremely welcoming which instantly put me at ease. Raveena was absolutely amazing from start to finish and made me feel extremely comfortable, explaining what she was doing at each stage. Fantastic experience: I had and continue to have a good experience when I visit the practice. I was extremely nervous initially now I can attend my appointments without fear as everyone showed empathy and respect. My teeth were not in the best condition but I never felt judged only felt their enthusiasm to help me achieve a nicer smile . I can only praise everyone who works there they are brilliant .
