Highly recommend getting the hygiene before the teeth whitening, just so u can really see what state your dental hygenine is at. He made sure to make me feel at ease and point out if the whitening gel was causing me pain, also informed about what to eat and what to avoid. Seen him before and he is truly amazing, so would make it regular - just for the hygeine as well as my teeth whitening.

The appointment was on time and Tom got it all done as he had predicted how long the appointment would take. The whitening process was pretty chill and the outcome outstanding. I am absolutely delighted to see the whites of my teeth again. Fixing a chipped tooth that had become an identity wasn't going to be straightforward but with patience and care, Tom made it looked it so natural and original! (2x Scaling & Polishing services) I first messaged Tomral on Friday morning with a few questions I had about his services, I received a response within 1-2h and he asked if he could call to discuss. Very personable, friendly and easy to talk with. He was able to accommodate two back-to-back appointments for my wife and I the following day on Saturday. We were greeted cheerily and felt welcomed right away, we went into his office/practice, where he explained his procedures, talked us through the form we had to fill in and we had some general chitchat. I was able to wait in the same room whilst my wife had her procedure. I couldn't see them as the room is divided by a partition, however I heard him thoroughly explaining, answering questions and giving great advice to my Wife. I was a bit nervous as I hadn't had a prophylaxis since 2009 and my last check-up was several years ago. This feeling was quashed the second I was in the chair, as Tomral isn't just providing you with the scaling and polishing, he thoroughly checked my teeth, detailing everything he saw, gave me some great advice about a wisdom tooth and talked me through everything he was doing. It was like a mini checkup as well as the cosmetic dentistry services. I personally found the procedure a bit uncomfortable for a brief few seconds on some teeth, a result of having such a buildup of plaque/tartar for several years. It was a stinging sensation that disappeared after moving onto a different tooth. My wife who has prophylaxis every 1-2 years said he was incredibly gentle in her experience, moreso than anyone she's had the service from before. I unfortunately had no reference but can also agree he was gentle and careful. The procedure isn’t painful, it just may feel like a sharp sting around your gum whilst the cleaning is taken place. The results for myself were night and day, I feel like I have new teeth in my mouth. The main two front stained teeth I was concerned with are now completely clean, the biggest difference was the backs of my teeth, (which as many others I have neglected to clean thoroughly over the years) I am still now feeling them with my tongue as I write this review, it's such a fresh feeling, they look like different teeth altogether! In review, I could not be happier with my experience and Tomral's services. I was sceptical at first when I saw he averaged 5 stars on reviews, I am now one of those that understand why he is held in such regard by his customers. My wife and I will definitely be using his services again, thank you very much Tomral!

Fantastic experience: I had laser teeth whitening and the difference in my teeth was fantastic. I'm a big tea drinker with lots of stains, so this really made a big difference. Was talked through the whole process and given lots of info about maintaining the whiteness following the treatment. Was also given a metal straw for free, to drink tea through for the next couple of weeks when my teeth were most prone to staining. The dentist kindly showed me a the correct flossing technique as well. Couldn't recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: Amazing treatment for the price, I had around 3 twinges of sensitivity on my teeth during the treatment but literally only lasted for 2 seconds, had one or two twinges throughout the day but it’s all good now. It has also stopped me smoking so a winner all round thanks Tom

Tomral (Tom) was very thorough in explaining what will happen and the aftercare required (especially in the next 48 hours). It's a bit difficult to find as It's behind grey coloured gates (on the left immediately after John McCall architects if coming from Duke St/KentvSt end), but I just parked on the street and walked through the pedestrian entrance into the Arts Village. Dental Delight is through the door directly ahead and once inside, turn right and It's the last door on the left. I will definitely be back in 18 months (or so) and can highly recommend Tom and Dental Delight.

Fantastic experience: If you’ve not been before can be quite difficult to find(I asked a postman) for future clients the practice is based in the courtyard with gated entry. Overall treatment was very relaxing and explained in full detail. I had a lot of sensitivity after but this is normal for myself when Iv had it done before and was gone within hours. Fantastic experience: Whitening treatment took around an hour; Tomral was superb, absolutely professional and informative throughout. Results were better than I’d expected and aftercare discussion was really valuable, an amazing deal too! In terms of location it’s a little tricky, few car parks literally minutes away....basically it’s located within a courtyard complex, you buzz in as there’s automatic gates... Useful marker, if you head to SOUND (Bar) located on the left side of Dale Street/corner of York Street, turn into York Street then next left onto Henry Street, the Dentist is immediately on the right side - you’ll see the huge metal gates!
