Fantastic experience: An evening appointment was arranged within a week of referral by my usual dentist. I was dealt with promptly and efficiently. The dentist was friendly but professional and explained fully what treatments would be suitable and informed me of costs, giving me time to consider what action I wanted to take. An immediate follow up was enacted with my usual dentist and I was told that I would be contacted within 3 days consider further action. An excellent experience.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Samra on Saturday and I cannot rate his knowledge and professionalism highly. He had to give me news about my teeth that wasn't the best. He handled that extremely well and his advice on the different options was clear and comprehensive. It would be remiss of me not to mention the reception staff from the one who dealt with me originally over the phone to the one who dealt with me on the day. I would recommend this practice. Positive experience: Dentist and support staff positive, administration negative. Received 4 emails asking if I wanted to pay with credit, pointless as I had already paid for my treatment. Also received a v6 medical form for my 1st & 2nd visit, all that is needed is a form for any change of medication. As a male patient, it might be investing if I stated that I was pregnant.

Negative experience: I had only one appointment since joining, and when I tried to book another, I was shocked to find out I’d been removed as an NHS patient without any notice. There was absolutely no transparency — they didn’t have the decency to inform us that this happened due to a scheme ending. When I asked why no one notified us (so we could make other arrangements), I was told they were instructed by mydentist not to tell patients. We’ve effectively been moved to private patients by default, which feels incredibly unfair — almost like a scam. If I had needed urgent dental care, I would have had to pay. This lack of communication and disregard for patients is really disappointing.

Negative experience: Avoid if you’re an NHS patient This is a review to advise all NHS patients of this clinic. Head office advised Uxbridge staff to not tell patients that they have removed them as a NHS patient (under some scheme) as they only received funding for certain period of time. They were advised funding had stopped back in January 25 but were told by Head office to only advise NHS patients if they call asking for an appointment. No accountability or transparency to patients and communicate giving us time to seek other Nhs practices. They than try to make you become a private patient by offering payment plans- a way for when you’re desperate to be seen you feel you have no choice but to pay. A dishonest practice by head office to not loose patients. Recommend seek another nhs practice. This review is supported in a previous 1 star review where another patient was also not advised which I have just read. P.s Please don’t respond to this review asking me to email you as this lack of transparency was pre planned since Jan 25 and you had ample chance from the last review months ago to correct things.
Thank you for your review. You may be referring to the government-funded NHS scheme which ran for a 12-month period until early 2025. This scheme was introduced to help people without a dentist access a one-off course of NHS care while the funding was in place. When the scheme ended, we unfortunately no longer had NHS appointment availability to continue care for those patients who had accessed care under it. Should those patients wish to remain with the practice, this would need to be on a private basis. Although we understand this will be disappointing news, we hope this provides clarity, but if you would like to discuss your individual experience further, we’d be happy to speak with you directly to address any concerns.

Fantastic experience: Maria is the best dentist I've ever seen, very calm, very clear about what treatment is needed, and managed to do even a big complex filling so it was just slightly uncomfortable not painful. Well worth the cost of private treatment to have short waiting times and such efficient and friendly services, everyone there is friendly and helpful including all the reception team and I would definitely recommend them for nervous dental patients. Costs are reasonable compared to other private dentists.

Negative experience: I tried to contact the manager privately about my issues, I have been told I cannot talk to the practice manager myself and the only way to speak to someone is through reception. The “dentist” I dealt with was extremely unprofessional and I wanted to deal with this privately but if I cannot speak to the practice manager I have no choice but to leave a bad review.

Negative experience: Very bad service. Turned up for regular appointment with my children and told they were de registered. Zero communication had been sent in advance, especially disappointing as I’d taken time out of work/childcare to attend appointment. Team on reception confirmed they were doing this to a “large number of patients”, so I would encourage you to reconfirm your appointments before attending.

Fantastic experience: This was mine and my sons first appointment in the new premises. We arrived early, but were called in immediately, lovely spacious new rooms, bright & calming decor and wall pictures. Automatically felt relaxed...and was impressed with the renewed professionalism of all the staff...thankfully i didnt endure much pain on my teeth either, this time:) My dentist, Mr. R.Syed was even kind enough to fit my son in, which was amazing and very convenient, he was happy too. Overall a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I visited your new surgery on Friday, wow, I was very impressed from the moment I walked in the door. It looks so modern now and a really lovely comfortable, relaxing, environment. The Reception staff are really friendly and helpful and didn’t mind me chatting to them as I was trying to take away my nerves. I was given a complimentary 3-D teeth scan, OMG this was brilliant, The results were sent to my email, I download an app from the attachment and there was my teeth. I’ve been showing all my friends and family, I thought this was amazing I’ve been going to my dentist for years now and my dentist Rashed Syed is excellent at looking after me, he knows my anxiety about going to the Dentist and he makes me feel at ease. Always has asked me how I am and would let me know what he is doing and when he is doing it. He is so kind, if I asked him to stop,this would not be a problem, he’d be very considerate and say rest for a minute and let me know when your really. I can’t thank him enough for always looking after me, he’s one of the best. I would definitely recommend your surgery

Negative experience: Zero stars, horrible under qualified staff. They damaged my gums during the hygiene and said that they were damaged (they were fine for my whole life before I visited this clinic!). They had the audacity to say that I needed the hygiene every 3 months and wanted me to make another appointment straightaway, no thanks! After almost 3 months my gums are still bleeding sometimes and teeth are sensitive near the roots! People who write positive reviews probably have never been to a good dental clinic before.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kaur has been our family dentist for some years now and I can’t recommend her highly enough, she knows us all personally and any treatment is always quick and painless, which is how I like it! Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Quick and relatively painless given I was having a tooth out. I love my dentist he has always made sure I just get the care I need and has taught me how to keep my teeth in good condition so that I haven’t needed anything but a check and clean. This is the first treatment I’ve needed for many years and I’m 76. I am also a very nervous patient but he has been so kind I am less so these days because I trust he will take it all in easy stages.

Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk in, you are greated with lovely warm reception staff, I didn't wait long at all to be seen by the dentist. The dentist was fantastic, he put me at ease straight away, I had tooth extraction, I felt like I want another injection and another was a problem, he then removed my tooth without pain, ( let's not talk about how i feel today lol), but the was explained to me how I would feel, but that is nothing compared to the pain I had before walking into the dentist!!! Fantastic service

Fantastic experience: Bad toothache over weekend, taking painkillers. They managed to fit me in 3 times the following week: to drain the abscess; to try to save the tooth (not possible) so extract it; and then fit a removable denture. Absolutely fantastic as I flew off on holiday the day after.

Fantastic experience: It has been a year since I was seen by Dr. Maria when I was pregnant and she has always been lovely and helpful. She recently looked after my husband too when he had a crown put in. The staff are very accommodating and friendly too. Symone and Michael and as well as Ella and Molly are all wonderful. They make sure you are well looked after and comfortable while waiting. The rapport everyone has to the patients is outstanding. Highly recommended dental practice.

Positive experience: Seen by Amandeep Kaur right on time for a dental checkup. Teeth were cleaned too. She is, without doubt, the nicest dentist I have ever had. I made an appointment for 9 months hence but unfortunately when I read the confirmation text on my phone it was with another dentist. I rang to amend this as whilst I’m sure the other dentist is excellent I do not want to see anyone except Amandeep Kaur while she is still at the practice. I have never been booked with anyone other than Amandeep so because of this I have to give 4 stars instead of 5 which is a shame.
