The premises are spotless and modern, reception staff friendly and efficient, and Kacpar and Kym provided an excellent and caring course of treatment for a somewhat nervous patient, explaining everything clearly as they went. I have had treament around the UK throughout my life and the quality of service and treatment across multiple fillings & a Crown replacement has shown Kacper to be a perfectionist at his craft and I highly recommend his services.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kish was absolutely amazing. I’d been to a few other practices to enquire about composite bonding before I found here, I was always told that it wouldn’t look natural and that I should consider other options but Dr Kish pulled it off, everyone at the practice is so friendly and welcoming. Negative experience: The dentist does a wonderful job 5⭐️. But with a receptionist I have a few times misunderstanding‍♀️ I'm getting an appointment I’m coming spending my money for Patrol to see the doctor and suddenly my appointment Somehow it disappears and this is not the first time And when you try to find out the reason why this happens? I get an answer……( There is no point in talking about it, nothing will change anyway) I think the person who works in the Reception should at least understand, LISTEN help and make the client happy…..PS… Girls in Reception NEVER smile, they always sit with gloomy faces…. The dentist is probably more happy to see a patient than a receptionist. Or maybe it's all about , Because I'm not English……

Fantastic experience: 5 star service today , I had a complicated filling that I wasn't looking forward to having done, a lovely professional and thorough female dentist ( I don't know her name ) referred me to Dr Kacper to have my tooth filled , Kacper and Kym made a great team , Kacper explained the whole process and was so gentle I didn't feel the injection to numb the area at all , Kym was always ready with all of the equipment needed , I could tell she was excellent at her job , very impressive, I'm very pleased with my filling it looks like I have a perfect tooth , you'd never know I've had work done on it , I can't recommend all three of them enough, thank you . The reception team are always happy to help also , best dentist surgery in the area

Negative experience: We were invited to join the practise as a NHS patient and then nobody answered us ! We went in after saying “you had agreed we could join you “and she said sorry we can’t ! Leaving us without a dentist for three years now surely we must have gone to the top of the list by now

Fantastic experience: My husband had to have a second tooth extraction at March Dental. He saw Eman who has a very calming aura about her. He suffers with severe anxiety but Eman puts him at ease straight away. He cannot praise her highly enough and would highly recommend her to anyone. In his words "she is amazing". Everybody in there is professional and courteous. If you are worried or anxious about going to a dentist then we would definitely recommend March Dental.

Fantastic experience: After 2 years I have completed my Invisalign and whitening journey and I am beyond thrilled with the results. Dr Kish put so much time and effort into perfecting my teeth and nothing was ever too much trouble; he really is amazing at what he does! Communication with Natalie was great with quick responses to emails and answering any questions I had. To be able to smile confidently in pictures with my family is just the best and I am so grateful to Dr Kish, Natalie and Amy for making the process so seamless. I don’t think I’ll ever get bored of the compliments I get about my teeth now. Thank you so so much!!

Fantastic experience: Popped in dentists at 9am , because I had an abscess, lovely receptionist gave me appointment 12.20 same day, Dr Cyrus and his nurse were amazing. And removed my tooth with gag problems I have. Explained everything . Was very friendly

Fantastic experience: I went through a lovely experience with March Dental with Dr Kishan Patel and Natalie who was so lovely, I went through invasaline and whitening and new bridge and crown as the bite and shape of my teeth was awful, Kish was really really good and made me so comfortable through the treatment, I would 100% recommend anyone who is thinking of having any treatment like this to be done to go to him, I will be staying with him for check ups or any future treatments for sure. Absolutely legend, I can now smile and feel comfortable without hiding my mouth. The reception girls were so lovely too always had a professional manner and always smiling.

I can honestly say I didn’t feel any pain at all , not even when I had the anesthetic needles as it was done with numbing gel and really good care from Kascper . I’m really pleased with the end result , nice white fillings , and would def recommend

Fantastic experience: I have just completed a fairly long course of Invisalign treatment with Dr Kish Patel and am so, so pleased with the end result! I am in my early 60's and so I was not after a gleaming white smile and perfectly straight teeth. It was more of a functional issue for me. Dr Kish immediately understood my concerns and assured me that he could certainly help with this problem and went to great lengths to explain the procedure to me. Once he was satisfied that I understood what was involved and was happy to go ahead with his proposal, I started upon the treatment. This did require frequent visits to see him, as each step of the process was carefully monitored and analysed. At each and every appointment I was completely reassured by his friendly, yet very professional manner. In fact all the staff involved with my care, from the reception staff to the dental nurses have been fantastic and extremely helpful. I have nothing but praise for Dr Kish and all the staff at March Dental. They make a fabulous team!

Negative experience: Been NHS for 67 years and wanted to carry this on but was told this was not possible as the waiting list was closed, so didn’t have any choice. Had a filling in a front tooth and being private you’d expect a perfect colour match but no I need a lot more work but just can’t afford it !

Fantastic experience: Having only recently registered with March Dental Practice I have had several treatments including root canal work all carried out by Dr Kacper Gross. All I can say is it has been a very pleasant experience with a young dentist who is excellent at his work. He fully explains everything and is so calm and gentle in his work that I found it completely painless. His assistant Kym was also very good and professional in her work and also made you feel at ease. Cannot recommend this practice enough.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting service. Rude unhelpful staff. Avoid this dental company in March. Spoke with a receptionist, a manager and the owner earlier today. When I queried the price of some of the treatments to see what my options were, the owner said “we can charge whatever we like”. £185-£250 to remove a tooth. £82.50 for a check up. £50 for an appointment cancellation. I have used this service earlier in the year for a check up, hygienist and tooth removal appointments. 6 months later I have a cracked molar, I highlighted this in my scan as a potential issue and the dentist said “that’ll be fine”, just let us know when it becomes a problem. This time I was told to use another service. Shocking experience.

Fantastic experience: I am petrified of dentist, but I went to March dentist as had 2 abbesses over 3 months I was Sean by a lovely lady Dr Marzena Setkowska-Gross she made me feel very calm and talked to me through the whole procedure of having roots out. Fantastic experience: Reception staff are always helpful, and my last two visits with Dr Cyrus Ghalamzan were exceptional. He is confident good at what he does and explained when needed without being condescending or lecturing (I hope he will stay). Other dentist there have also been very patient with our family. The new facilities are great spacious clean lines. There is plenty of parking options in town in my opinion although some may differ.

Fantastic experience: Reception staff are friendly and polite, Kacper who was tasked with my treatment is calm, friendly, patient, and informative. Kacper in my first appointment checked my mouth, explained what was required and the likely costing for each thing. His assistant although quite quiet was polite and efficient, Kacper told me what he was about to do and at no time did i feel awkward, in pain, or have anything forced on me. Kacper has done a great job, i now have no hesitation in smiling when i'm happy, he regularly asked if i had any questions, when i had he answered comprehensively. Both before and after any work he did he would show how my mouth looked. I can not recommend Kacper highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I went here for the first time today. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by very friendly and helpful reception staff. No waiting around, my appointment was bang on time. I was seen by Dr. Mala Sabharwal. What a little star! Relaxed, friendly and informative. As I walked through to the treatment room I noticed that it was light, airy and spotlessly clean, as was the actual treatment room. All very modern and up to date. A great confidence boost. I used to be anxious about visiting the dentist, but my dentist lady is amazing & would recommend her to anyone (Dr Marzena Setkowska-Gross). She really listens to my concerns etc & gives me good advice. I've recently had cosmetic treatment at the dentist with Dr Kacper Gross & he did an absolutely outstanding job. I had composite bonding on my 4 front teeth in June & since having this done, I've gotten so much more confidence now. I used to cover my smile and not smile as often, but since having this done, it has changed my life. 10/10 from him!! He was lovely & made me feel at ease for my 2 hour appointment and told me at any point he could stop if I felt uncomfortable. I'd recommend him to anyone for composite bonding for sure!

Fantastic experience: I have now been treated by Dr Marzena (I won't attempt her surname). She reminds me of the England Ladies football team coach - very precise and extremely competent. Today I had a broken tooth which had to be extracted and it was painless to the point that I did not realise it had been extracted. I don't want to see her again but if I have a problem in future I would not hesitate to return!

Positive experience: We might be looking for a new dentist soon so its nice to know about this one virtually on our doorstep ? Most Dental Surgeries are Giving Up NHS Work and Concentrating on Private patients, there is a Walk on one at Cambridge for anyone to walk in off the Street 7 days a week for Emergencies etc. There are Dentists, Dental Hygienists and Dental Theropists, in Descending order of Training, Permitred Treatment and Surgery they can conduct, usualy the Seniour Dentist / Practitioner with the most Dental Qualifications charges the Most for their Services, while the Lesser often offer a more Economical Option for the Cash strapped, and usualy Paid Less by the surgey or Commission per Patient. Usualy the Hygienist / Theropist carry out NHS Work, although it sounds like they don't do NHS here. Sevral good Reviews so will bear in mind.

Positive experience: Considerate and friendly experience. Helped to alleviate fear of dentist and explained every procedure. A star lost due to the price of treatment but couldn’t expect different anywhere.

Fantastic experience: i’ve been going to kacper for all of my dental appointments for the past year, all i can say is he is the most detailed, in depth, enthusiastic practitioner i have ever been to. he always makes me feel so calm at my visits when i was once so nervous. i couldn’t thank kacper enough for his patience and for all of his work he has put into my teeth to help me achieve the healthiest version of smile! i would recommend anyone going to kasper!
