Fantastic experience: For my 60th Birthday I treated myself to some TLC and choose Smmmile Newcastle to align and improve my smile. From the very first telephone call to the end of my treatment I found all of the staff to be knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming. I had Invisalign treatment, including whitening then 4 front teeth composite bonding. I am truly very happy with my smile and the care I received. A shout out to all of the staff but especially Mr Sangha who made the whole experience effortless.

Fantastic experience: I've had several amalgam fillings replaced with white ones before I start Invisalign. Dr Ursula is my dentist and I can't rate her highly enough. An expert in dentistry, she explains everything and is very friendly and caring, while remaining professional at all times. I've never received dentist treatment anywhere near as good as the treatment I'm receiving from Dr Ursula. Shout out too to the dental nurses and absolutely everyone else on the team, from Leanne on reception to Amy who coordinates your treatment plan. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly and extremely knowledgeable with any questions I have. I have recommended Smmmile, especially the amazing Dr Ursula, to all my friends and family.

Negative experience: Girls in reception are welcoming and friendly, first appointments went smoothly. Only in the end was getting worse with my treatment... seems that dentist not care at all, never checked properly teeth, just only making gaps between the teeth to make them move and giving new retainers. No advices for fixing teeth or hygiene appointments! On last appointment received not invisalighn retainer, for wich I was asked to pay, as I didn't ask them, Dentist not listened or he just dicided for me! Never signed for different retainers! Never received 2 pairs of invisalign retainers... not finished my teeth whitening either... free hygiene appointment included with the treatment was horrible, hygienist was laying on me, and pulling my face... and hygiene appointment was not even 15 min! I've Never received a call after the last appointment even if asked to update me with the retainers situation.

Fantastic experience: So far so good. I’m only two appointments in but I’m totally happy so far. Smmmile were recommended to me and so far they’ve been great. Lovely, friendly staff as well. Excited to get the aligners off June 2024. My teeth are all straightened now and I’m really pleased. UPDATE. My teeth are whitening up nicely with the enlighten gel. I’m sad I won’t see these lovely people any more. I got my two sets of retainers ( which apparently used to be three) and paid another £300 so I can order as many spare sets as I want over three years for £30. Worth it I guess when I have to wear them for six months all the time and then at night for the rest of my life. Sunny was a really lovely, caring dentist. Amy the coordinator is so friendly and pleasant to talk to. The girls on reception are also really lovely. The whole place has a great, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I've been getting Invisalign treatment at Smmile with Dr. Sunny Sangha for the past two months, and the results have been fantastic so far! Dr. Sangha and his colleagues were extremely professional, informed, and helpful from the beginning of the consultation. The process has gone smoothly, and the aligners are comfortable to wear. Any initial tightness was expected, but it's been manageable, and I can already see improvement in my smile. The staff is always friendly, and the clinic itself is modern and well-organised. I'm looking forward to seeing the final results, but based on my experience thus far, I strongly recommend Smmile and Dr. Sunny Sangha to anyone considering Invisalign!

Took 12 month to get them where I wanted them to be which went over quite quick and was really happy with the outcome. Any questions I asked were answered professionally. Am happy with final result Negatives <_ didn't get whitening service and two of the three bottom retainers provided for aftercare have split. I have tried to call and sent emails but have had no response. Feels like once you have paid they are not interested

Fantastic experience: Never been a fan of a visit to the Dentist, however, Smmmile Store in Newcastle is not, your average Dentist, most unlike any other i have been to. I got to the point of needing 2 implants, at the top front, to replace 3 teeth, as a bridge was not an option anymore, after a lot of research decided this was the best place to go and i am so pleased i did. All the staff are lovely, and make you feel at ease. Matt and Charlotte were my designated team and were both fantastic, and did all the work, friendly and professional, taking me through the process step by step. Very happy with my new teeth, 100% recommended.

Positive experience: Very helpful and the office was very clean although I wasn't convinced the girl who scanned my teeth was a dentist. I received no follow up and felt kind of ashamed afterwards.

Fantastic experience: After searching around a few Invisalign providers, I decided to go with Smmmile. They were the cheapest option and had good finance options. I had Dr. Ursula and immediately felt at ease. She was happy to answer any questions I had, and the whole process was pain-free. Negative experience: I’m disappointed with the lack of follow-up after my service was completed. I requested a scan file of my retainers, but despite reaching out on Monday and calling the office, I’ve received no response. I was told it would be done when the dentist is free and no timescale given, which is not an appropriate answer. I paid for my treatment and was advised to contact them if I needed further help in the future, yet my query remains unresolved. Very disappointed with the lack of support. You have caused me a great deal of stress and inconvenience

Negative experience: I started my smmmile journey very positive, everything was going great and then my assigned dentist was unavailable for several months, I was told I would be able to have appointments a similar day and transferred over to another dentist. At my next appointment, which was almost impossible to make due to the dates my new assigned dentist being unavailable at the same times, I attended an to get my attachments changed and these had snapped off within 2 weeks and my Invisalign did not fit properly. I attended my next appointment and was told I would get new aligners, I had been scanned and was then waiting for the arrival, which is normally around 2 weeks. However 3 weeks passed and I had heard nothing back. I called the store to ask for an update and was told they hadn’t arrived and they would call me as soon as they came into store, a further 3 weeks passed and I called again and they said they had been delivered but did not tell me when. The next available appointment for me to see a dentist was then 4 weeks after this, leaving me. 10 weeks without Invisalign. When I then attended another appointment, the dentist told me I should not have been signed up to Invisalign due to my case and I was upset by this. I spoke to the manager and raised concern over not having my Invisalign, and they brought up a page of ‘follow ups’ which I was not on. On top of this I work in a similar industry and don’t believe I should’ve been shown this due to GDPR. I later attended an appointment with another dentist and had my attachments changed and Invisalign given to me which was now ordered at least 3-4 months prior as opposed to a new set ordered for the current state of my teeth like I was advised I would be rescanned for again. these were extremely uncomfortable and I have now ended up with my teeth in a worse condition than when they started due to not being able to wear them. I have requested a refund and when I have replied to emails to get an appointment I was ignored with no follow up since. I have never had to complain about a service before and I initially started my journey due to the great reviews, but after spending so much money and having such poor communication and no results over a year later. I would prefer to get a refund and look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner came across Smmmile via google, I was looking into Invisalign for quite a while at this point. I had previously spoken to and gotten multiple quotes from several dental clinics in the North East. What I found was, everyone was happy to do the initial consultation but would advise starting treatment months down the line due to availability etc. and we didn't have a lot of time so I wanted things to move quite quickly. I booked a consultation with Smmmile they were able to get me in the following day, from the initial consultation to actually receiving my aligners, getting hygiene appointments and starting the treatment it was all very smooth. I think we had our aligners within 3 weeks. Considering it was around Christmas time this was really really good! They were very responsive all throughout and managed to complete both of our treatments within 3 months which was great! I definitely recommend everyone at Smmmile.

She answered all my financial questions and told me that I can start my Invisalign treatment when I am ready. I definitely recommend this clinic, the staff are lovely and their service is great! Fantastic experience: cannot recommend enough. First, I completed my Invisalign journey within a year and the results are even better than I imagined. On a personal level - I am an extremely anxious patient. Fantastic experience: I had my Invisalign fitted yesterday my Dr Ayesha & Keely. Ayesha is the kindest, gentlest dentist I've ever seen and Keely was also amazing, reassuring me the whole way through. Another big shout out to Amy who from my first consultation has been so warm, helpful and talked through all the options and costs, without pushing me to go for anything specific. The clinic is beautiful and I also loved the really flexible payment options. The whole process so far has felt really personal. I'm really excited to see the results! So far, very happy. Fantastic experience: The difference of having a dentist available to see instead of online options is a huge difference. Being able to call if there’s problems, have regular check ups and see the level of actual dentistry that’s applied is a huge comfort in something as important as moving your teeth around. I had major damage to a tooth which caused complications and Sunny put me at ease and came up with a plan. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my invisalign treatment with Dr Sunny Sangha at the Newcastle practice. Everything has been completely seamless from start to finish. I've felt very well looked after and well informed from all the staff- truly a 5* service. The practice itself is modern and spotlessly clean. Contact has been great with appointment reminders and any queries I've had have been answered knowledgeably and in a friendly manner. The treatment itself has been fantastic, I had terrible crowding, especially with my lower teeth and hated smiling in photos and even talking made me self conscious. I couldn't believe how fast my teeth went into their desired position and I had no pain at all during treatment. The price I paid was very competitive in comparison to other places and there was absolutely no 'hard sell' for the service so I felt confident choosing Smmmile. I have just received my whitening treatment to complete my now perfectly straight smile while I await my retainers being made. I noticed also that the practice is very accessible for disabled people, including the toilet and even baby changing facilities so inclusive for everyone- a lovely touch! Thank you to Dr Sunny and all at the Newcastle store for my new smile and for just generally being so lovely!

Negative experience: I have had a distinctly different experience to others. I was reminded multiple times across email, SMS and WhatsApp about my appointment. I turned up on time to find no one there and a “gone to lunch back at 3pm” sign in the door (my appt was 2). After ringing and ringing with no answer the staff finally emerged from the back office, after 2. They offered absolutely no apology for leaving me standing in the freezing cold and the lateness, plus the sign. I booked a follow on, but in reflection changed my mind. Once they knew I was cancelling the communication suddenly became terrible. I had to chase confirmation of cancellation and they’re currently ignoring my request for a refund. Perhaps I got unlucky. But this is not service to smile about.

Fantastic experience: I have always disliked my teeth but never wanted to do anything about them till I started to see myself on teams/zoom calls during the pandemic. I was very conscious of how they looked to others. I was in Newcastle one day and walked past the clinic and decided there and then to enquire, as my dentist wouldn't do aligners. From the very beginning all of the staff were amazing, they reassured me at every step and were upfront about how the treatment would go, the expectations, and even the costs and different ways to pay. I'm 26 weeks into the treatment and I can't believe how amazing my teeth look now and why it took me so long to get them straightened.
