Fantastic experience: Amazing dental clinic. I'm having treatment at the clinic for teeth whitening new tooth and composite bonding. It's going in stages and will be completed in September. So far I'm pleased with my dental Dr nandini and nurse rakshya. They are both so lovely and reassuring and have given me so much confidence already without finishing treatment. They are both highly recommended and make you feel so welcoming and happy. I've just had an amazing filling and I'm feeling happy already. I can't wait for the outcome, as I've lost my confidence to smile. There will be pictures to show at the end.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Senacre for many years now and my teeth were in very poor condition. Over the years the team have improved the health and appearance of my teeth and gums significantly! Every visit is stress free and the team couldn’t be more helpful. I have just completed my Invisalign programme and the results are absolutely outstanding! My dentist Rav was extremely professional, helpful and informative throughout the programme. After care is also provided to an excellent standard and I couldn’t recommend this dentist practice and Rav’s expertise enough!

Positive experience: The practice looked clean and tidy and the staff pleasant, though I didn’t get the chance to use their services because I had an appointment with the hygienist on 4th of the month (entirely my fault for confusing this with working day four as I’d put it in my work calendar) which I accidentally missed after waiting for it over a month as there were no earlier appointments. I went to the clinic on the following day, thinking I was on time, only to realise I’d confused the dates. I prepaid £70 for the service, which was entirely taken to compensate for the wasted staff time. I fully appreciate this was my fault, but it was my first appointment with the practice, rather than a recurring instance of missed appointments, and was a genuine mistake on my end, which end of the day can happen to anyone. I am very disappointed and disagree with the policy adopted. I agree that there has to be a level of monetary compensation, but am far from willing to accept this should be equal to the full cost of the treatment. I was also told that I will need to prepay for any future appointments because of what’d happened, which kind of left even more bitter taste as I felt almost like a criminal.. Overall, appreciate there has to be control, but it is a shame that focus is only on the financial benefit and genuine human mistakes are simply disregarded. Would have been nice at least to get a call on the day as staff saw I was running late, as I only live 5 mins from the practice, so they wouldn’t have lost a patient and I, my £70..

Fantastic experience: Took the plunge with Invisalign and teeth whitening, after decades of hating my smile. Dr Rav clearly explained the process throughout, was always on hand with any queries I had during the time and genuinely cares about her work and the results. She has been super thorough, made sure I was 100% happy with the outcome and now I feel confident smiling! All the staff at the practice are lovely and supportive.

Fantastic experience: Had to have multiple teeth out was extremely anxious, both the surgeon and nurse were so empathetic and encouraging towards me, they calmed me down enough to continue and the extractions were painless and completed in what felt like 5 minutes, they’re very skilled and efficient, I would recommend this practise to anyone needing oral surgery.

Negative experience: I wish there was 0 star..... kids first appointment was ok. Booked next appointment and they cancelled a day to the appointment with the excuse that the dentist called off sick. This was in January. Rescheduled again for March, again they cancelled the appointment a day to' receptionist said dentist called off sick, upon enquiry why this has to be a pattern, she mentioned the denstist is on holiday. Why wouldnt an establishment sort out staff holiday on time so as not to mess up patients appointment. So much excuse and lies. Very dissapointed... very poor service If you require NHS service, stay away from senacre

Fantastic experience: Kishan my dentist was extremely thorough and explained in detail what treatment was required moving forwards. The surgery is easy to navigate in a wheelchair and my appointment is always booked in a room that I can manoeuvre my wheelchair to get access.

Fantastic experience: Senacre dental practice have been amazing with my son he had tooth pain and saw him straight away. The day after he was still in pain with a tooth and they booked him straight in again to remove tooth. Receptionist were so friendly and helpful and the dentist was also and answered any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this surgery.

Fantastic experience: Had excellent treatment from all the staff at Senacre Dental practice. Needed an emergency appointment due to a wisdom tooth abscess. I was seen by Maria who prescribed me antibiotics. This was followed up a week later with an extraction. Maria was aware of my fear andtalked me through the procedure in a sympathetic and kind manner. In the end the extraction was no where near as bad as I thought it would be. I feel both privileged and relieved to have found this dentist.

Negative experience: I have previously received a good NHS service but would like to report increased changes - I had a 10.00 appointment which was running 40 minutes late, which seems to be acceptable - although I was only in the chair 90 seconds - this included the tapping of one tooth and the lifting of my lips for a visual check - I asked for a scale and polish as included within the NHS band and this was declined on the basis that it was cosmetic - after returning home my wife received a message cancelling her appointment - when she called to remake the appointment it was stated the appointment was cancelled to make more spaces available for private clients

I was Terrified but I did it and walked through the door 1 year ago..From the first time I walked through the door the 2 ladies on reception were fantastic, they are kind friendly, reassuring and very patient with me..The dentist also was reassuring and earnt my trust which resulted in new teeth!! Fantastic experience: I have been with Senacre dentist for many many years. When I found out they were having a refurbishment I was worried as a NHS client I would not be welcome back. I got that so wrong!! They are an amazing team polite friendly and very helpful. I recently had a problem which was dealt with confidentiality and professionaly. My dentist is amazing he treats you with kindness he explains everything to you and he really makes you feel part of your treatment. I would happily recommend Senacre dentist. The minute you walk into the surgery you are made to feel welcome.

Fantastic experience: I was seen by Sachneet, Cassidy and Maisie! I was told sachneet and Cassidy were training Maisie, and they was brilliant they was explaining certain things to the both of us! And you can really tell Maisie enjoys her training and is eager to learn! They was extremely caring during my treatment asking if I felt okay every step of the way! Explained what my procedure entailed and gave me advise for after care! Couldn’t recommend simply bright more!!

Positive experience: I have a new dentist - Maria - I’ve seen her twice now. Maria explained and talked me through the procedure I was needing and very mindful of when I wanted her to ‘stop’ as I was in rather a lot of pain with my sciatica. Maria understood and made me another appointment to finish off the work.

They had no issues with it and even gave me an appointment the next day. Fantastic experience: I broke a front tooth on Sunday morning and I was left with a very unsightly large gap in my teeth. I was given an emergency appointment the next day. At the appointment my dentist reassured me that the damage could be repaired and explained the options available to me. The next day my dentist constructed a resin filling which effectively replaced the large piece of missing tooth. It was completed in an hour and looks perfectly natural. I am extremely pleased with the result which, considering the damage to my tooth, I didn’t think possible. I’m very grateful. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Appointment was on time,all went well. I've been going to this Dentist since 1974.so that must say something.

Negative experience: Horrendous experience! The dentist GHONCHEH was dreadful. It’s like she was in a race, absolutely no people skills, rushing, bashed my front teeth whilst doing my back filling, pinched the inside of my lip with the clamp and said I’d have to bear it, no empathy, cold, blunt demeanour. Lack of care, was visibly annoyed when I asked for the clean that she hadn’t done on my last visit. Afterwards my mouth is sore and cut, I have a jagged edge on the filling, it does not feel like it has been done properly. On a positive note, Michelle, the receptionist is lovely
