Fantastic experience: I have been using Perfect Smile for aound 2 years or so, i needed som implants and a few other bits done, so far the work has been very good, the whole team are always helpful, the tv on the ceiling helps distract a little which is a clever touch, they are always mindful of your comfort which for some non dentist likers is a good thing.

Negative experience: Honestly took my mum for a teeth hygiene treatment and remove the stains but hand on heart there was absolutely no difference at all. She has a crown and there was a spot which was the main reason I wanted to pay a visit and get her teeth looking fresh and white but they did not even touch the crown area she told them before hand the purpose of me visiting their clinic but left with no difference and just £89 went down the drain so not happy at all.

Fantastic experience: Having had some terrible advice and work at local dentists over the years, I was at an all time low. Some teeth missing and some loose crowns I didn't know where or what to do next. Lucky for me, my boyfriend had googled and come up with perfect smile spa and I read all the wonderful reviews! Came in for a free consultation and for once in my life I believed I too could have the teeth that I could see on the screens in the waiting room and in the dentists chair ! Fantastic experience: Walked into perfect smile spa to be greeted with very friendly staff. I ended up needing a root canal and a few fillings of which the dentist made sure I was pain free when getting the procedure done. There was also little to no pain afterwards and my teeth feel so much better now after the treatment. Well worth the money couldn't recommend this place enough.

Fantastic experience: Nervous patient , after being very self conscious of my smile for over 20 years I decided to have a upper brace to correct overcrowding, I see the hygienist and was nervous for this , the whole process was a comfortable one , no pain at all , the ladies are so welcoming and calming. I had the 6 month smile , from the initial appointment , fitting , adjustment I am astounded how much easier it was than I thought , no pain , so lucky no sores , just occasional pressure, I was made to feel at ease at every appointment, every step is explained , my anxiety just went away . Fantastic experience: I decided to find a new Dentist, and was looking for a dentist locally for Bonding, which was mentioned to me regarding my low teeth. I contact Jess and arranged a appointment for me to discuss and meet Jas. We went through my options and I received even more than I expected, I had Bonding done but ALSO due to receding gums a small amount of Pink Bonding to hide this. Proceeded with Hygienist, who made me very comfortable and gave me very good advice of Brushing and tooth paste due to my gums. The following week I had a appointment with Jas, I complete my forms stating I was 8 out of 10 with anxiety of going to Dentist, BUT I honestly say I did not once receive any pain or discomfort through my procedure, I was given a little more time so I could breaks BUT was not needed., my fear has now gone !!! Fantastic experience: After extreme sickness in my pregnancies, my teeth were left in a terrible state. I worried about seeking dental intervention as I had had many bad experiences in the past. I came across Perfect Smile Spa with the advertising of a free consultation and decided to go for it. From the moment I stepped into the facility, the staff were warm and welcoming and eased any anxieties I had surrounding my teeth and dental facilities in general. Jas and the team talked through all medical treatment and were able to tell me how much my treatment would cost before I committed to anything, without any pressure to proceed if I didn’t want to. I had a large gap in the front of my teeth and decided to go with fixed braces and a whitening treatment. The treatment was completely painless and I felt comfortable going in for each appointment. After completion of treatment, I’m amazed at the results. The gap is completely closed and my teeth are far whiter than they were. I now feel confident to smile in photos and talk to people face to face without covering my mouth when I talk. I can’t thank Jas and the team enough for their patience and dedication to making me feel comfortable, safe and giving me back a sense of myself. Positive experience: I initially approached Perfect Smile Spa as they advertised Zoom whitening on their website, and I had been wanting my teeth whitened for a while. After my teeth whitening procedure, I queried why Pola Office+ had been used and not Zoom branded product, and I was told they had made the switch as clients had better results with Pola Office (they only updated their website when I pointed this out to them). My teeth were not particularly bad before the procedure, however, they definitely needed whitening. I followed the aftercare fully (0 tea or coffee, red wine, "the white diet"), and a couple of weeks on my teeth look exactly the same as they did before. I understand that results can vary from person to person, however, I feel like I've thrown £395 down the drain. So disappointed.

I had the best experience having 6 top composite veneers and 4 lower composite edge boding along with teeth whitening, I was a bit nervous, as I wanting them looking as natural as possible. Dr Jas explained to me how they would look and even done a mock up to put my mind at ease. He always made sure to listen to how I wanted them to look. I was amazed when I first saw them and I am so happy with the final results they look better than I ever imagined. I would like to give a massive thanks to Dr Jas, I am able to smile with confidence again. I will be recommending Dr Jas and the Perfect Smile Spa team to all my family and friends. I came across Perfect Smile Spa on the internet and I am very glad I found them. Jas and the team make you feel very welcome and the whole process is explained thoroughly. Fantastic experience: I had the hygienist (who was amazing & the most gentle hygenist I have EVER had) then I had 10 days of home whitening before having composite bonding on 6 teeth and contouring on my bottom four and WOW! I cannot recommend Jas and the team anymore. I knew they would look nice but when Jas showed me them in the mirror I literally couldn’t believe my eyes they’re unreal!! Fantastic experience: I came to the perfect smile spa as my front tooth was chipped. A treatment plan was suggested to me which included composite bonding to repair the tooth. Contouring was also used to slightly reshape some of my teeth to help with my bite and smooth some jagged teeth. My treatment was completely pain free and looks completely natural. Fantastic experience: Aged 64, my childhood experiences with dentists made me a nervous patient. Usual issues, unnecessary fillings, crooked teeth. Gum disease prompted me to pluck up courage to try this practice in an endeavor to correct this, and to see if it was too late in life to straighten my teeth. From the first meeting, I was at total ease. All the staff are lovely and friendly. Very knowledgeable and helpful. At no time do you feel under pressure to have anything done and everything is explained to you. Lauren the hygienist is very gentle and thorough. The one extraction I had was totally painless. Jas is so gentle. I had braces on both top and bottom teeth, and treatment was completed in the 9 months Jas said it would. To anyone who has a fear of dentists I would say , without any hesitation, that this is by far the best dental experience I have had. Fantastic experience: Could not recommend enough!! As a nervouse client but with high expectations Jas had all the patience and has such a calm manner that i felt instantly at ease and knew i was in the hands of a professional. i had a complete smile transformation and was explained every step clearly and the limitiations with my current situation. the whole thing was pain free using some magic gel (im sure is for kids) but it did the trick not feeling the injection. i have been living with my new smile for 4 months and loved every second, the main thing people mention is the are amazing NATURALK teeth and not too straight or too bright which was exactly what i was looking for. I live in central London and made the travel to Jas and was worth the travel.

Fantastic experience: As a teenager, I was never offered braces. The older I got, the more I was conscious of my teeth, and the more anxious I got about getting them done. However, after being recommended to Perfect Smile Spa by my mum, and having met Jas and the team, I was put at ease at the whole process and given the best options on how to improve my smile. Everything was clearly explained throughout by Jas and the team. My brace was fitted in February 2022, and was removed 5 and a half months later. The brace fitting was pain free! My teeth were only sensitive for the first week. After every check up where my brace and elastic would be replaced, my teeth would feel tight for the next day or so. Other than that, I had no pain whatsoever. I now have a fitted retainer to help prevent my teeth from moving position, and have had my teeth whitened. I’m so pleased with my results! The Receptionists are very friendly and helpful and I never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointments.
