If like me & suffer from nervousness, I couldn’t recommend a better dentist - Nirag is the best dentist I have ever been seen by, calming demeanour certainly makes you feel comfortable & at ease whilst in the chair!!! Always an informative consolation with honest opinions & where you may need to improve on your dental hygiene. Could recommend a better dentist in Leicestershire.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at Beaumont House Dental Practice. During a hygiene appointment with Apsana, I raised concerns about discomfort from how she was using the mirror tool—she scraped it against my teeth multiple times in a way that felt completely unnecessary and painful. When I politely asked for a gentler approach, she dismissed my concerns and told me I could cancel the appointment if I wasn’t happy. I found this attitude to be unprofessional and lacking basic patient care. I made it clear that I would be raising a complaint, but instead of addressing it, the practice responded by removing me as a patient entirely—avoiding any responsibility rather than resolving the issue. Not the level of care or respect anyone should receive from a healthcare provider.

Negative experience: Have no compassion or empathy for there clients. I got an appointment made as a new client and they cancel it won't have me back at all even though my whole family are registered with them. They don't care that I'm in agony and they know I can't get in at another dentist but they ain't bothered because I'm nhs and not private. For a buisness you would think they would care more about people!

Fantastic experience: I always have a great time when I visit this dentist. The ladies on reception are really friendly as is my dentist Niraj. He knows exactly what he is doing & listens to any concerns I have. His explanations are concise & easy to understand & I never feel rushed. He is very gentle & caring if any work is needed & he has a really lovely assistant. My only complaint is that his chair is far too comfortable. Whenever I sit in it, I just want to nod off! ; -)

Fantastic experience: Wouldn’t normall leave a review for a dentists as I don’t like going to any and I am a nervous patient as far as dentistry is concerned. However I have now found a dentist and service I am not hesitant about going to as they completely put you at ease. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the dentist and dental nurse all dealt with me effectively and professionally. A first rate service from start to finish. My advice is try them I am sure you will Not have any cause for complaint

Fantastic experience: Lovely and knowledgeable dentist, nurses and reception staff. Unfortunately, after trying different treatment options, I had to have a wisdom tooth extracted. It was removed quickly and painlessly and I was made aware of any possible complications before and afterwards.

Positive experience: Was very happy with the work you did to repair my broken tooth. Disappointed that you have decided to not keep your current NHS patients sadly. I cannot afford private treatments unfortunately.

Fantastic experience: Wow A big Thankyou to Shreyan & Louise it was definitely 5 star treatment I experienced today .. I had a few chipped teeth from chemotherapy treatment so was in desperate need for the work to be carried out .Not only did he repair them with composite bonding to a high standard that you couldn’t even notice the repair .both worked incredibly well has a team very supportive & kind . I was offered New veneers once I’ve finished my cancer treatments . I felt so Grateful & like a new woman. Thankyou so much I wouldn’t go to another dentist from now on

Negative experience: Private patient here, 12 months ago I had a new plate made which cost me £666.00. Two weeks ago one of the teeth popped off but because I was poorly I couldn’t get there to take to be looked at. Today I took it and was told to 12 month guarantee ran out 2 weeks ago, I left the plate there as it needed repairing regardless . Half hour after I left I had a call from the receptionist and was told to collect my plate and take it to be repaired myself in Anstey. When I asked why I was just told it would be better and had no explanation why. From today I will no longer be using them as my dentist. Previous to this they were taking on nhs patients and I asked if I was able to get an nhs space to be told by another receptionist absolutely not. I feel totally let down by this practice

Positive experience: I’ve been attending this surgery for years and now my kids are patients. We’ve always been late in the evening as I work and it’s been like that for years but to now find out that I can no longer have a late evening slot due to them taking on more private work is rather frustrating. I don’t want to have to find another practice but it’s looking like I’m going to have to as I can’t afford private prices.
