Fantastic experience: The hygienist lady was amazing! Completely transformed my teeth that had severe tartar buildup from excessive usage of Corsodyl.. I had sudden yellow teeth and it’s reborn white now. Had 0 pain during the cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Weston Park Dental Practice for over 30 years. I come from a generation that all too often suffered from the seemingly arbitrary “drill ’n’ fill” approach of the 1970’s. Having suffered as a child I used to be dentist phobic. However, as soon as I walked through the doors of Weston Park in the early/mid 1990’s I knew that I was in the hands of caring, competent & dedicated professionals. All the staff, be they Receptionist, Practice Manager, Hygienist or Dentist, pride themselves on delivering an excellent professional service. They are also delightful people. I have them to thank for curing me of my childhood phobia and ensuring that my knashers are as well looked after as they can be. I cannot recommend them more highly!

Fantastic experience: I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tia is amazing—super gentle, patient, and clearly knows her stuff. She explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and I felt really taken care of the whole time. Going to the dentist isn’t usually something people look forward to, but she made it as easy and stress-free as possible. Anna at the front desk was just as great. She was warm, welcoming, and made the whole check-in process quick and smooth. You can tell she really cares about people and does everything she can to make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Both of them made the whole experience genuinely pleasant. Fantastic experience: From: Mr. Syed Qamar Ali: I visited your Dental Clinic on 1 April 25. I was met by your DR. TIA BABBAR. Dr. Babbar acted absolutely professionally and gave me a lot of Psychological and Mental Relief after hearing my " grief" regarding my Severe Dental Pain, preventing me from chewing my food, at the age of 82 years. Fantastic experience: I’ve been visiting Weston Park Dental Surgery for the past several years. Despite it not being my local dental practice, the professionalism and dental healthcare provided by all members of staff more than justifies the 30 minutes travel time. Other than typical routine checks and hygiene appointments, I’ve also had other procedures which include crowns and veneers fitted by Dr Babbar. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and would recommend the practice to everyone in a heartbeat

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Sandie Grant for a dental emergency. She was very kind and efficient and sorted my problem out there and then. The reception were very helpful and I have no hesitation recommending Dr Grant for dental treatment

Negative experience: I was never treated by a dentist but i booked an hygienist appointment - they take £40 deposit. I had to change it, all fine. Then THEY changed it. I asked them to send me a text confirmation (or email) - nope they don’t do that. I felt the reception staff was totally shambolic so I decided to cancel my appointment. It took them 20 minutes to cancel and they promised me a refund that obviously didn’t arrive. Will call again tomorrow to get my money. They were very quickly to get MY money when I booked.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Panesar to get a second opinion about a treatment plan, which I didn’t feel confident about, suggested by different dental clinic. Dr Panesar very patiently explained my options and kindly answered my (many!) questions. I felt reassured by his extensive expertise and clear guidance. The Weston Park Dental reception team are just lovely; welcoming, kind and so helpful. I very much recommend Weston Park Dental for their outstanding patient care and wonderful customer service.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal treatment carried out in this clinic and Dr Mette was really awesome by being patient-centred and clearly explaining the procedure and taking the time to answer my questions. Positive experience: Anna the receptionist is very polite, nice and helpful. My experience with the dentist and hyginiest have been very good. The were always very professional and explained everything they were doing whilst I was being treated. The only reason why I don't give this practice 5 stars is because I wish they were open until a bit later during the week and on Saturdays so, I had no need to take time of work when I need their services. Also, I feel that the hygienist prices are extremely expensive. In summary, I have no problems in recommending this dental centre to anyone who can afford its dental charges but that is a different matter all together.

Positive experience: The staff are very friendly and helpful. I do not understand the practice of charging so much for deposits however. It’s already a really expensive experience going to the dentist without additional deposits required especially in these current times.

Fantastic experience: Hygienist only appointment with Marianne who was marvellous. Was meticulous with scaling and ultrasonic cleaning getting into the difficult places the toothbrush doesn't seem to go. Followed by a polish and strip's to clean between teeth. Teeth feel very clean. Will be making further appointments to keep teeth in tip top shape

Fantastic experience: This morning I had a tooth extraction for the second time in 6 months there. I get incredible nervous after a bad experience several years ago. The team there are so incredibly kind and understanding, and the dental nurse and dentist are both absolutely brilliant! They are very reassuring, explain everything that it’s going on and check that I’m ok all the time. What could have been a tricky extraction was done so smoothly and professionally with no pain. By far the best experience of an unpleasant process I have ever had. Thank you so much!!

Negative experience: Hello, I was a little disappointed because I paid a lot of money to have an inlay on an upper right back tooth. Despite advising the bite was not right once the inlay was in I was advised to eat on the non affected side as this would encourage the teeth to come down and improve the bite. Not long after I started to experience pain on the affected side, in the lower teeth. This continued such that I was forced to make an appointment with my regular dentist. I was booked in for an emergency appointment at greater cost but was not advised of this when making the booking. My regular dentist advised that the bite problem was affecting the mechanics of the function in my mouth and that this was causing the pain. I felt this was something the original dentist doing the inlay should have anticipated. As a result I've had to pay more money to put the situation right. Thank you

She is very skilled and not at all pushy in having work done that you don't need ( like some other dentists I have come across). The receptionists are also very efficient and helpful in helping you get an appointment suitable for you. So yes happy to recommend.

Dr McCarney and Mr Lee are absolutely brilliant! patient, considerate and always take their time to go through things with you and answer any questions you may have. Fantastic experience: Thanks for helping a 95 year old to be able to visit the dentist. My mother is frail and needs a wheel chair. All staff were so kind to her setting up ramps to enable her to access the surgery. A great service.

Fantastic experience: This is a great dental practice. Dr McCarney is very knowledgeable and thoughtful about her advice to each family member and really listens. She wisely sent me back to an orthodontist to question whether a 4 tooth extraction which had been recommended for my daughter was necessary. She was proved right in the end and I am grateful to her. The reception staff are always very friendly and helpful as well which is important. You get the sense the practice work well together as a team.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at Weston Park surgery for 20+ years. Like a lot of others, I suspect, I'd had horrible experiences at the dentist as a child, so was definitely a nervous patient. Dr Panassar is patient, and quietly reassuring. The other staff are lovely and all seem to have worked here for almost as long as I have been on their lists - which strongly suggests that this is a good, happy place to work, and that feeds through into the standard of care.
