Fantastic experience: I was referred to have a wisdom tooth removed. The staff were all so friendly and made me feel comfortable, and the whole procedure went so smoothly and painlessly that I was genuinely surprised how quickly it was over. I’d happily recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been nervous about the dentist. I know everyone probably is to a greater or lesser extent but if I have a fear, it’s not heights, it’s not spiders, it’s the dentist. I was referred to Smile Works for a wisdom tooth extraction. Doctor Atthi and Laura were absolutely amazing and put me at ease instantly with kind words, a calming attitude and helpful advice. The extraction took less than a minute! With the anaesthetic working I didn’t feel a thing. I was genuinely shocked at how quickly it was done! Just great people that are great at what they do! Thank you. No more tooth ache! For now at least.

Fantastic experience: I came here two years ago for an tooth extraction under sedation and couldn't fault then one bit as was brilliant. Today I returned for another tooth extraction and Dr Atthi was amazing. I have severe anxiety and he helped calm me down and believed me when I raised my concerns that my dentist had made the referral stating the wrong tooth and trusted me when I said it was another one as he could also clearly see it was the one needing to go. Thank you so much for believing me, calming me down, explaining everything to myself and my partner and simply doing an amazing job with my extraction. Myself and my partner are ever so grateful xx

Fantastic experience: Dr Atthi extracted my wisdom tooth today, I was genuinely astounded in how easy the process was. 15 minutes and I was on my way home. I have had other tooth extractions done that were longer and far more painful. I hope that I never need another tooth extracted, but if I did I would want it to be done by him & his lovely dental nurses.

Fantastic experience: On Thursday 18/07/25 I went to see sukhvinder atthi at smile works maninslee, I was very apprehensive about this visitor, firstly because it was my first time visiting this surgery and secondly I didn’t know what to expect on my visit. Dr atthi was absolutely incredible in what he does, he made me feel so at ease and talked me through everything that he was going to do on the appointment. I had never had a tooth extraction before but he was so calm, understanding and fantastic at his job, his mannerisms, his professionalism and his positive attitude shone through. Not to mention his incredible dental nurses that he had with him who were comforting and reassuring and even held my hand and comforted me when I was in pain during the injection. I would highly recommend dr atthi and his team at smile works and I shal look forward to my next visit. You’re incredible!!

Fantastic experience: Nanny was referred to Dr Atthi for an extraction. He was amazing!! From the minute we entered the room he & his assistant couldn’t have been friendlier - exactly what Nanny needed as she is not a fan of the dentist! They explained she was his last patient at the age of 49 as tomorrow is his 50th Birthday - and didn’t he look the part!!! The extraction was quick and he then arm in arm took Nanny back to reception. Service with a smile - we couldn’t ask for more. Fantastic experience: Referred by my dentist to Dr Atthi, needing two teeth to be extracted, very nervous, but very quickly put at ease by Dr Atthi and his nurse Charlotte, teeth extracted quickly and painlessly, this was by far the best experience at a dentist I have ever had in my 74 years. Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had a lower molar removed at Smile Works Mainslee. I was referred there by my local dentist as I have hEDS which makes surgical procedures more complicated needing specialist expertise. My condition means that I dislocate easily and also need more pain relief than a normal patient and I don't heal as quickly. Dr Atthi was SO kind, so knowledgable about my hypermobility condition and SO patient, giving me more anaesthetic and extra time for it to work. At all stages he explained everything he was doing and also how well I was doing. The extraction was done smoothly and painlessly and great care was taken not to put excess pressure on my jaw joint. I have nothing but praise for Dr Atthi and his assistant Michelle, thank you both.

Fantastic experience: Just had a wisdom tooth taken out by dr Atthi and his lovely nurse Ceri. I was really nervous and they both put my mind at ease. Literally took 5 minutes to get the tooth out with no pain no issues and I’m still smiling even after the removal. I liked the fact all the way through the procedure they constantly told me what was happening and kept checking I was ok. Dr Atthi is an amazing dentist and I am super happy with everything. Even the reception staff are kind and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: After having a awful, traumatic experience with a wisdom tooth removal several years ago at a different surgery, I was full of anxiety being referred here for a second wisdom tooth removal (and admittedly put it off a couple times as i was so nervous). I can honestly say I had nothing to worry about. From the moment I walked in the room I was reassured by Dr Atthi and his team. Fantastic experience: Had tooth extractions, I was very nervous. Dr Atthi put me at ease. I was wanting to listen to my music whilst having the extractions done. But unfortunately my phone didn’t have any WiFi. Dr atthi asked me what I wanted to listen to and put the music on his phone. Teeth out in a few minutes. Anaesthetic worn off after a couple of hours, and in minimal pain. Would definitely recommend.

I thought it would be consultation 1st then the extraction, Dr Atthi and his dental nurse were fantastic, I literally was in and out, job done within 10-15 minutes. They put me at ease and explained everything. If they were taking on NHS patients and I could have Dr Atthi as my dentist I would be straight there.

Fantastic experience: First time extraction of wisdom teeth, upper jaws two: Smile works had my x Ray and I asked receptionist how long it will take for the surgery, it was about 15 mins. Dr Atthi and nurses were patiently explaining the procedures and aftercare, you just need to follow and the process was very very smooth, professionally efficient, I don’t have pain and fear, more importantly, I don’t have pain on the same day, the recovery was on track( about 1-2 days ); Dr Atthi has studied x Ray before surgery - on spot to problem solve :)

Fantastic experience: Suki was absolutely amazing with my client who has a learning disability and is autistic. The root was removed with minimal fuss and Suki had a really nice customer manor and rapor. I'd highly recommend him and the team.

Fantastic experience: Took my daughter Tiffany to have 5 teeth extracted 2 of them wisdom teeth. She is a very anxious person and was extremely nervous however her dentist Sukhi was amazing calming her down and was very quick and skilled at removing her teeth. His assistants Beckie and Cer were also amazing assuring Tiffany and making sure we had all the information about aftercare, we couldn't fault them. They went above and beyond, Thankyou so much.

Fantastic experience: Hello! I can not express how much I love coming to this dentist. Dr Atthi is amazing! The nurses are amazing! Always there to give a hand (literally, for a squeeze) if ever anxious or the injections hurt abit. I had tears of anxiety but then they quickly turned to tears of relief and joy! Fantastic experience: Just like to say a big thank you for making me feel comfortable and less stress. I was feeling very nervous and anxious about my tooth extraction. I have leukaemia and about to restart chemotherapy. They listened to me about needing antibiotics for 14 days and added stitches because I can't heel very well. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone with anxiety or illness. Thank you once again

Dr Atthi, a charming dentist, put me at ease immediately with his rightly-placed confidence in executing a difficult extraction due to my complicated medical history. I'd been referred to this practice by a less experienced dentist - good decision! Extraction went very well. No pain despite the effort to remove the tooth. No repercussions a month post-extraction. Fantastic experience: I wad referred to smile works dentistry by my local dentist due to needing a wisdom tooth removed. I was told the nhs waiting list was up to 5 years and I got a call from Smile works to say they had an appoinment within 6 months! I was very nervous on arrival like most. I'd never had a tooth removed so had no idea what to expect but was still not looking forward to. I also suffer with anxiety aswell. I was seen and looked after by Dr Attri and nurse Charlotte and I couldn't of been in better hands. I was made to feel at ease from the second I entered the room. They were both amazing! Charlotte held my hand and Dr Attri got to work and in minutes it was done. They were both so warm, funny, kind and never once rushed me. I simply can not recommend them enough! ⭐️

Fantastic experience: Refered to this Dental practice by my dentist to remove a badly chìped and broken back tooth, Dr Attie did the extraction after the initial injections, in no time at all the tooth was out. This procedure was virtually painless and even 9 hrs later no discomfort. Thank you all concerned for a pain free extraction 10/10

Fantastic experience: I physically cannot recommend them enough. I was a terrified patient with a difficult removal (in my opinion) they made me feel so comfortable the man was amazing, it was done in minutes and other than the needles it was zero pain I couldn’t believe it. Fantastic experience: I was referred to smileworks by my dentist to have a wisdom tooth out yesterday and I was already a bit worked up and nervous having a fear of dentists ( due to a bad childhood experience) I wasn't waiting too long , then Dr Atthi called my name and I started to shake a little, he was so lovely and reassuring. He said " Don't worry we will take very good care of you " And they did , I must of made their job harder as I tried to relax but my body kept tensing up but I couldn't help it But I really had nothing to worry about because Dr Atthi and his team were seriously amazing, so friendly, reassuring checking to see that I was OK every few mins and giving me a rest every now and again , I did not feel any pain and today while I recover my jaw is obviously a little swollen but I honestly can say I'm not in any pain ( just the slightest dull ache) I cannot recommend them and thank them enough . If you are refered to smileworks you have nothing to worry about .

The whole process from being checked in to the actual extraction was brilliant and felt very well looked after by Beckie and Ceri and dr Atthi performed the procedure very quickly and painlessly.

Fantastic experience: I went to the clinic to assessed for sedation. To then be told my BMI is to high. Nurse Ceri was amazing she went and had a word with Dr Atthi they both came back to me to explain my options which was local or hospital. They very kindly did the extraction under a local anesthetic. I would like to add when Dr Atthi says he will have it out in less than a minute he means it!! This is small story to why I selected 5stars can't rate them enough!! Fantastic experience: I had a broken root extraction and wisdom tooth extraction referred to the oral surgeon Dr Atthi by my dentist. I was nervous, having had a painful tooth extraction many years ago, but Dr Atthi put me at ease straight away with his lovely attitude and bedside manner. Dr Atthi was able to completely numb both sides of my mouth more or less straight away, considering my usual dentist struggles to get me numb enough to do any work usually this is quite a feat! Then within less than 15 minutes of taking my seat in the chair both extractions were completed without me even realising they had even begun! Cannot recommend Smile Works enough for complicated dental procedures, based on my experience and the experience of other members of my family, Dr Atthi is a fantastic oral surgeon and the nurses Ceri and Beckie were also brilliant. Thank you Smile Works!

Nurse Beckie was wonderful, she kept me talking and kept me so calm. Together they both made my experience here so much better, after feeling so worried and anxious myself. Thankyou both for being so wonderful today.

Fantastic experience: I had the root from a broken tooth removed today and was rather nervous. From the moment the Doctor called me I was looked after in such a caring, reassuring manner and put at my ease. Everything was made as easy as possible. Just brilliant. Dr. Atti and nurse Ceri.

Fantastic experience: The best Dental experience I have ever had. Had a tooth extraction today by Dr Atthi and I can't praise him and his assistant Ceri enough. Put me at ease straight away and was as quick and pain free as possible. Definitely the best Dentist I've had. I didn't even realise he did it! 10/10

Fantastic experience: I suffer from horrendous dental anxiety and Dr Atthi and his assistants were fantastic throughout in helping with this. Quicker and less painful procedure to have 2 teeth out than I had expected.

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth out with Dr Atthi yesterday. I can honestly say I have never met such a lovely genuine dentist. He had such a calming presence, whilst throwing in the odd joke, he made me feel so much better as I was absolutely petrified. I cried and one of his dental nurses wiped my tears, both of his assistants were lovely and talked me through my breathing the whole time. Dr Atthi and his team were so friendly and sympathetic, it really made all the difference. We stayed and chatted with them for about 5 mins after as I had a bit of a meltdown once it was done because all the adrenalin hit me at once. He didn’t rush me out of the room once he’d finished, or even rush the procedure, he let me know he would go entirely at my pace. Having the tooth out and even the numbing injections didn’t hurt one bit, genuinely 0/10 pain. I worked myself up for nothing! If I ever had to have my other wisdom tooth out, I’d be going to Dr Atthi for sure. What a lovely man. Thank you :)

Fantastic experience: I had extraction at smile works under Dr atti and nurse ceri ..they were so professional and very welcoming and Dr atti was so understanding of me bein in a wheelchair and very understanding of my past wen it comes to the treatment I received..highly recommend them ..

Fantastic experience: I need to put this review as 5 star because I had a late appointment referred from my own dentist due to having two teeth that had snapped. Unfortunately for me my dentist said that the tooth is too deep for her to do it. I said ok as there was no other option. I hate the dentist, and it takes me a long time to settle in the chair. It was a Wednesday night and all day I kept telling myself that I had a choice to cancel but I knew really that was not an option. We walked in and the receptionist Debbie was so nice and she could tell I was worried. She tried to reassure me that everyone were lovely their and the dentist I was seeing was so nice and was the best with patients like me. A nurse called Ceri came to collect me and my hubby pushed my wheelchair and promised he wouldn’t leave me. Well went to our surprise the room was massive and Dr Atthi was waiting for me. He was jolly and you felt safe instantly. I got into the chair and my hubby told him what I was having done. As he looked into my mouth he put the first needle in straight away. Gosh I was in so much pain. He waited a minute or two and 2 more needles were put in. We were all talking whilst the needles took their action to freeze then within 3/4 seconds my first tooth was out then no stopping the 2nd was gone. I sat up and got told to only drink warm to cold drinks and off I went. I assured them my appointment with my own dentist was set and thanked them for everything they did. It was a lovely family feel even when you went. Thank you for a pleasant but painful visit x

Fantastic experience: Got to say how at ease I felt coming here today for a first ever tooth extraction. I’m a very nervous patient and get myself worked up but dr atthi was fantastic as was the nurse ceri that was working alongside him. He was really brilliant with me. I got referred here from my dentist in park lane as I thought I was going to have sedation but I couldn’t have it due to my BMI being to high so i went with a brave face on and couldn’t believe how quick the procedure was I didn’t feel a thing the worst part was the injection. Thankyou so much for making me feel at ease and talking me through each stage.

Fantastic experience: Had an ectraction by Dr. Atthi. Best experience I've ever had at a dental practice. Explained everything very well, calm manner to put you at ease and procedure was quick and painless. Nurse Ceri I think her name was also very good at explaining after care

Fantastic experience: Well well well, where do I start? Veronica (the dentist) and beckie ( dental nurse) absolutely brilliant, had a right chuckle with the pair of them while having a "XLA" treatment. Honestly will be sticking with these pair of lovely ladies.Definitely worth 5 stars.
