Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient and terrified of the dentist, this was my first visit to a dentist in the last 14 years.. and I was very anxious.. the staff here are amazing and very patient and reassuring from the desk staff the assistants and the dentist.. they really put me at ease and I’m no longer anxious of visits.. I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone who is nervous or scared of going to a dentist as they are really really good and helped me over my fear.. thank you you now have a regular patient.

I had been in constant pain with my tooth (and had just had a baby so was especially delicate) dentists Keir and Dana, the dental nurses and the receptionists have all been so helpful and caring even after my many calls and visits! Extra shout out also to practice manager Joely who called to check up after my appt. Great customer service.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Hoseside now for years, as a child to now the customer cares always got better! You get a week to fill out customer care forms which you get via text or email before an appointment so the beautiful and friendly staff can further assist your needs when you arrive, from the moment you walk in the door your greeted with smiling faces and the best customer care and as someone who gets anxious about the thought of going to the dentist this helps me out so much! The amazing staff on the front desk then guide you to the waiting rooms and then you see the talented and patient dentists and assistants who go above and beyond and really treat you like properly and explain everything they're going to do and further care you might need in that time with them! If anyone is looking for a dental practice to join and are anxious about appointments or just in general thinking of changing where they are now the staff and management at the hoseside practice are the ones and put you and all of they're patients male, female, trans and children before themselves always going above and beyond. The best team and it shows in they're work.

I’ve always been very anxious and nervous going to the dentist, however since being under her care any worries I had have disappeared! Fantastic experience: Recently swapped to this dentist and couldn’t be happier. Had a treatment plan made at my first appointment which I have just finished, all appointments were thorough and left me feeling more confident. Dentist and hygienist went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and gave me info on night shields, whitening and any other things I was curious about. Also had a check up with my little girl who is 3, she was fussed over given a sticker and toothbrush and can’t wait to go back into ‘the big chair’ again. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Came in 3rd April for treatment with Dr Keir. I walked in, was greeted upon arrival by the friendly receptionists. They were both professional, I think they could tell I was very nervous. Felt at ease straight away. Dr Keir called me into surgery on time and he explained everything to me and now I wonder why I was so nervous. My experience here was exemplary. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Fantastic experience: i suffer with my mental health,been to other dentists who kicked me off not very understanding put it that way,tried these guys,theyre well aware of my condition and the meds that come with them,am made to feel welcome,relaxed the staff are all sympathetic, checkin up on me when check up etc is due am very forgetful so we do things by email.they tweek things here and there..if you can get in there id fully recommend them

Needed hygienist appointment, due to a cancellation I was able to wait a short time and get my hygienist treatment. Can’t complain all sorted very quickly with no need to return until my next check up.

Negative experience: Disgusted with this place. They called me and set an appointment for in 2 months time. So on the day and time they gave to me I arrived after a 1 hour journey to find they are closed at the time they made the appointment for! 0 disregard for the cost and inconvenience to patients
