Fantastic experience: Lovely, friendly place and people. They take great care of all my family, and if you have an emergency like a chipped front tooth on your teenage son, they see you the very next day. Excellent service.

Negative experience: Nice enough dentist but one thing I hate is that they are always trying to upsell their services. I book in for my regular check up which includes an examination, diagnosis (e.g. x-rays), advice on how to prevent future problems and a clean. Yes I am a NHS patient which I think most people at this surgery are, nothing at all wrong with that we pay for it with our NI. They always refuse to clean my teeth even if I have just a little build up of plaque and instead tell me to book in with the hygienist at £70. I see the hygienist twice a year to check my gums and have a deep clean but I expect to be given a clean at my check up as it is included in the price and I do not want to have to beg for it or demand it. It should be given routinely unless the customer does not want it, NHS patient or not. Also please stop offering your private services. If I want them I will request them, at this time I would probably go elsewhere for private services because your upselling is way over the top and it is ruining my trip to your dentist for my regular check up.

Fantastic experience: Dentist and pleasure are not two words you normally find in the same sentence. However, in the case of Morden Park Dental Practice the use of the word pleasure is fully justified! It’s not just the warm greeting you receive on entering the practice, the punctuality of your appointment or the expertise of the individual dentists and staff! It’s the overall level of service that you experience, which can only be described as exceptional! All these factors were on display again yesterday when I visited the practice to have a troublesome molar removed. Naturally, I was not particularly looking forward to the procedure but I needed not to have worried! Roshan, ably assisted by Kate made me feel completely at ease and completed the extraction swiftly, and most importantly, painlessly! What I particularly appreciated was the time they spent with me both pre & post the procedure, demonstrating a level of care and attention that, regrettably, is fast disappearing in the medical world! I cannot compare MPDP with any other dental practice because I’ve never experienced them, however, I personally believe that if you are seeking a professional dentistry service then MPDP will not disappoint you! Highly recommended for all your dentistry needs!

Negative experience: The dentist's are brilliant my partner John was new to this Practice, but can't say the same for one of the receptionist unhelpful and quite frankly rude not what you want when you have a toothache. Practice Manager explained that anyone with a toothache can call on a morning day and would be seen which is great so why this receptionist didn't explain this in the first place who knows . Have taken our business somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Rosh and Kate are the dream team in caring for you during and after your treatment. Everything is explained clearly and they both are so patient and kind during your treatment. I have had 2 dental implants and both times I felt really cared for. And now I have extra teeth so job done .

Fantastic experience: I was quite nervous about having the tooth extraction but Rosh and Kate immediately put me at ease. The whole procedure was pain free and even after the anaesthetic wore off I wasn’t in that much discomfort. I would recommend them to anyone having dental treatment.

Negative experience: The dentist who treated me, was in rush. The filling came out soon after the treatment, the other filling was too close to the nerves that cased me huge tooth ache that I now need to do root canal which costs me over £500. It's a real shame.

Fantastic experience: I have been a dental phobic for over 50 years, due to poor treatment in the early 70's. In mid-January this year I experienced a bad toothache which I knew I had to address. Morden Park Dental Practice was recommended to me. It was found I had an abscess in a tooth which happened to be under a front upper bridge. My worst nightmare! I was given antibiotics which eased the pain. I saw Serena who told me this tooth would need removing and went through the different options available to me. Her kindness and reassurance were wonderful. Firstly I had my teeth cleaned by Wioletta, who again was absolutely wonderful. To cut a long story short, yesterday Roshan sectioned my bridge, and removed the infected tooth. His kindness, empathy and professionalism were outstanding. He made sure I experienced no pain, which indeed I didn't. Then Serena fitted a denture, which I decided to go with. This morning I had a call from Vicki to see how I was feeling, and I will be seeing Serena on Friday for a follow up. I cannot thank you enough. Firstly, Serena and Roshan. Libby the dental nurse, and Vicki who is always welcoming and helpful. I have found my forever dentist.

Positive experience: The staff at the dental clinic were welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. The receptionist quickly checked me in and made sure I felt comfortable. The dentist explained each step of the process, which helped ease my nerves. The dentist was thorough during the check-up and took the time to address any questions I had. Overall, the process was smooth and efficient, and I felt well taken care of throughout the visit.

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing dental practice which provides a very professional service with friendly staff who go above and beyond! I needed some emergency dental work and Serena and the whole team at Morden Park Dental Practice were very accommodating. After seeing me at short notice they were able to carry out the work to a high standard, carefully explaining what they were doing at each stage of the process. There was excellent after care and the communications from the team were always very useful, reminding me of appointment times and even letting me know that there were road closures in the area. Drs Serena and Roshan have been thorough and excellent in explaining the procedure necessary for my dental needs giving me a detailed instruction in every step which helped greatly with my anxiety with dental treatments. They adjust according to what is best and most comfortble for their clients ensuring a great patient experience. Nurse Kate has been lovely and amazing. I made a desperate call to Morden park and after a tearful conversation with two very understanding receptionists I was given an appointment On arrival I was greated by lovely Vicky ( can't believe she's still there ) I didn't have to wait long then was called in to see Fatima.. 5 visits later and each time greated with a smile Fatima and her dental nurses were amazing. ( Especially the dental nurse on my last visit ) I paid an NHS price but was treated like I was a private patient (have been private before) Fatima took her time and was very thorough and explained everything.. answering all my questions and reassuring and advising me Thank you Vicky and your amazing team I have my smile back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The professionalism has always been top notch and the staff there are all so lovely - the reception staff, dentists, dental assistants and hygienists are all brilliant. I’ve gone through Invisalign here also which was thoroughly explained to me and I have had incredible results I am so happy with! When I need an appointment in an emergency they always manage to fit me in and sort out the issue. I feel very lucky to have such a great dentist given I know so many people don’t have such good experiences with theirs. I highly recommend the practice, who take NHS patients as well as private! Fantastic experience: I really don’t like the dentists as I’m fearful of pain and needles but the dentists and dental nurse were amazing with me. Really patient, understanding, got on with the job but mindful of my stress levels at all times. I’ve had dentists say things like “calm down, you’re not helping yourself” which of course makes it worse. Nothing like that here. They are consummate professionals and I left feeling well looked after. Importantly, my toothache is gone! Thanks you MPDP!

Fantastic experience: One of the best dental practices I have visited, with friendly staff who go above and beyond with your care. I was seen by Dr Fatima Ali and was more than pleased with the outcome of my appointmen.Highly recommend

Negative experience: Staff are polite but I had an issue with being unable to book things like check ups on days that I was off. Eventually, after chasing they booked a one off while implying it was a huge inconvenience to the practice. I have accepted the appt initially and enquired if that is what if need to do each time, got no clarity on the situation and I grew tired of this causing me to request to be removed from the patient list. Secondly, the quality of the work is questionable - filling done for a family member has fallen out 2 times and had to be fixed abroad as dentist who did it was incapable of ensuring it can actually stay. Refund given at our request. I have now moved to another provider. Edit: changed the star rating from 3* (which is apparently negative according to the practice manager) to 1 after receiving a reply from the practice manager implying a refund should have fixed the issue they were unable to repair in terms of the dental work that they undertook. Also asking me whether other family members would like to leave too since I informed them I'm changing dentists, which could not be more insulting. Additionally refering to this review in the email which I find unprofessional. Top tip- if you're struggling to get a response from this practice - publish a review and you will get a reply in no time.

Fantastic experience: Kind, patient and welcoming dental practice Over the last 15 months I have undergone Invisalign (upper and lower teeth) plus dental work (4 crowns) at the end. I was under the care of Fatima ably assisted by Millie and sometimes Katie. I am a very very nervous patient and they were kind and patient every step of the way. I have a super set of gnashers now!! Fantastic experience: I attended this dental practice with my mother-in-law recently. Upon entering, we were welcomed by the lovely receptionist, Millie. She was very polite and friendly. Dr. Fatima very carefully treated my mother-in-law and ensured she was not in any pain. Dr. Fatima was also very understanding and ensured all her needs were met. She walked my mother-in-law through each step and explained what she was doing, which gave us ease. The dental nurse, Libby was lovely and treated my mother-in-law with care whilst helping Dr. Fatima. The whole team is delightful and I would highly recommend this service!

Fantastic experience: I have attended this dental practice with my mother, we go as a double act and have found all the staff to be so pleasant and caring with regards to my mother, who has access issues and is very anxious. Nothing is a problem which helps me, as I get very stressed taking my mother, and the staff do a super job, not only to make sure she is OK during her treatment but also to make sure I'm OK as well. Overall MPDP provide an excellent and professional service and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: After 4 days of throbbing toothache I contacted NHS111 who gave me this practice for emergency care. From the gorgeous receptionist ?Kate to the lovely dental nurse and Simeen the kind and gentle dentist it was perfect. The practice is clean, aesthetically designed for nervous patients like me. It was 100%. I had an exam, broken tooth confirmed and antibiotics prescribed for the infection. I’m now on their NHS waiting list and looking forward to starting a new journey for oral health. Thank you NHS111 for finding them.

Fantastic experience: First time we visited today with three nervous children, one with special needs. Kate, was fantastic and very polite and put the kids at ease. Maryam was very warm and kind and my son coped brilliantly as she was patient and understanding. Maryam took the time to explain what treatment would be needed and why and even showed my child an x ray of their teeth. The staff made a potentially stressful visit nice and calm! It was very busy but we were not rushed. Definitely would recommend this practice.

Had really bad pain, called the practice, they were so helpful and understanding and booked me in asap for an appointment in the morning. Was greeted by a lovely lady at reception, all smiles and sparkling teeth. The dentist Simeen, amazing lady. I don't think i have ever had a dentist that is soo caring, so nice. She made me feel as though my pain was her pain and she would do whatever it is to aid me. Well, she did. I don't know what she did, and I didn't care. I went to at least get a control of my pain, she took it away with her skills and amazing personality and warmth. Fantastic experience: This was my first visit at this dental practice, I came here with my 2 young kids for a routine check up. I was very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how clean the place was. My daughter was very scared to be seen by the dentist initially but staff were very very professional and very good with the children. Both kids were at complete ease with the dentist and they both was smiling and happy at the end of the checkup. My checkup was also very thorough and the Dentist, Fatima was very knowledgable and answered all questions I had and went through a treatment plan for me for the future. I highly recommend Morden Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been registered with the Morden Park Dental practice for many years and very happy with the service provided by this very caring team. Recently I attended the dental practice twice & seen by Serena Fernandes, who I always find very pleasant, kind & caring, talented dental surgeon who can make her anxious patients feel at ease! I was also impressed with the caring & friendly attitude of the Dental nurse, Libby who was assisting her. In my opinion, Vicki Furlong, the Practice manager who has been there for many years is a great asset to this excellent Dental practice team, with her kind & caring professional attitude towards all the patients when making an appointment over the phone & warm welcome when visiting the Dental practice. I highly recommend this Morden park Dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Received excellent emergency care for my 5 year old daughter. Serena is incredibly experienced with great knowledge and friendly manner which helped to put us at ease. All the staff at the practice are kind and helpful. Would whole heartedly recommend.
