Positive experience: The Girls at reception are welcoming which is a plus. Gregory was an excellent dentist then he left now the new one said they wouldn't fix my crown again when they replaced it when it fell out I thought that was a strange comment when it was the first time she actually done any work on me so I don't know what I'm going to do once this one falls out. So that brought my rating down. Other than that its a nice dentist.

Fantastic experience: A few years ago I had always had dentures for longer than I care to remember. This led to using products such as fixed entrance etc for the bottom I have a fear of dentists and struggle to go. I approached complete regarding implants in the bottom to keep.them in place the treatment I was assured I would never know about apart from the recovery. I had it done and I am so grateful I did yes I knew I had surgery when I came to but the process's made me feel at ease. The follow up.has been excellent as well I have no regrets and my implants are fabulous.

Positive experience: We'll, i have been with the practice since it opened, and up until now I have been extremely happy with the treatment I have received. However, at the end of my last visit I was instructed that the practice was introducing a monthly treatment plan, which is not mandatory, but if not signing up to said plan, my hygienist visit would increase by 32%, this i am very unhappy about. Its like I'm being held to price increase ransom. John Fitzpatrick

Fantastic experience: Ive been attending Complete Dental Care in Cambuslang for several months now,under the care of Dr Omar Iqbal I could not ask for better care. Omar is very professional and has a lovely calm manner. His team are also lovely. Definitely recommend this practice,and Omar as an implantologist.

Negative experience: While the people were nice and helpful, I went for a free braces consultation and was expecting an orthodontist to give me an idea of what treatment I'd be needing to fix my overbite, instead I was seen by a sales person trying to sell me the different types of braces they have regardless if one wouldn't be suitable for my case. As I went to see them for a second opinion, I was told I wouldn't be meeting the orthodontist and getting a treatment plan unless I payed £50. Unfortunately, as I planned around my work and drove a distance to see them that was misleading and disappointing. As my first appointment from infinitysmiles gave me a full 3d scan, a talk with the orthodontist about what my options were, a fully fleshed out treatment plan and what braces would suit my case all for free, I've decided to go with them instead as they made me feel more welcomed and gave me time to think things over before I would need to pay anything

Positive experience: New to the practice. Impressed with the filling I go, how quickly it was done, and how painless. However, when I saw the Hygienist next, I felt the pressure when scraping my teeth was a bit in the firm side (more than I've ever noticed before). Unfortunately, one of my crowns was pulled off the pin. As there were no problems with the crown previously, and it wasn't loose, I feel the way the tool was used to clean my teeth, resulted in it coming off. Slightly disappointed this happened, after such a good experience with the filling.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Omar highly enough. I spoke to numerous practices in regards to getting an implant done. The whole process was completely pain free, very cost effective, and Omar was extremely professional throughout.

Fantastic experience: Hannah was fantastic, she was so nice and made me feel relaxed. She did her absolute best to give me the best possible dentures. Unfortunately the lab that made the dentures leaves a lot to be desired, in other words useless. Apparently this is the only lab and has no competition, so dentists are not getting the best service for the customer. Dental practices could have an in house denture technician and cut out the middle man, it would be faster and more efficient, reliable and on hand if needed. I’m sure this would increase business so would be viable. The practice is spotless and friendly and provides an excellent service.

Positive experience: I had a molar extracted. I know I have strong teeth and getting them taken out is normally quite a challenge as I learned from my last extraction. There was a lot of heavy pushing and pulling then it came out. Unfortunately so did a filling from the next tooth. I’m not sure how you can knock a filling out while taking out a different tooth. Anyway it had to be filled. As I left the surgery I got called back by the receptionist to pay my bill. I thought I had already paid my bill at my own dentist so I was surprised. Turns out I was charged for the filling that was knocked out ??!!! I was still a bit shakeup from the procedure so I didn’t challenge it and time has now past and I won’t but it’s a rough deal paying for the dentist mistake

The lab that is used however is nothing short of appalling. Treatment has been extended by months due to the extremely poor work by the lab.

Fantastic experience: I had good experience at the clinic at Cambuslang where I attended to have my wisdom tooth extracted. The dentist Omar was highly professional, discussing the full procedure with me and putting me at ease. My extraction was carried out under sedation and I was given appropriate aftercare. I would consider returning to this clinic should I require any further dental work carried out.

Fantastic experience: Novocaine for the soul and the best dentistry is sometimes a necessary evil never doubt these guys they know they're stuff. I also suffer from anxiety issues but the staff from front desk till surgery are very professional and took this into consideration much appreciated would recommend Gregory the dude is good
