Dr. Hardeep is one of the best dentists I’ve ever met—she is professional, kind, and caring. I never feel any stress during my visits. The reception team are always polite, respectful, and helpful. Last time, I was very close to losing my tooth, but thanks to Dr. Hardeep’s excellent care, it was saved, and I received a filling. Now I feel much more confident and grateful. Positive experience: Well organised admin-wise, pleasant staff that is always helpful and polite, especially at reception and over the phone. The premises are well kept, and the location easily accessible. Possible to have appointments quickly and covers a wide range of services. NHS compatible. A bit heavy on the sales-side sometimes, with consultants pushing for upper shelf hygienists services (like opting for the top cleaning instead of the basic one…) the pricing difference is a bit much whilst I don’t really get any clarity on the interventions covered by the NHS for my situation. But overall I would recommend registering with this practice.

The dentist checked my teeth and the issue I had attended for, then gave me all the relevant options for short and long term actions. She was even able to give me immediate treatment, as she had the time but I do appreciate that this is not always possible. Great service!

Negative experience: Used to be really good but don’t care much anymore. Cancel appointments an hour before and offer you a reschedule a month after with no remorse about the inconvenience….

Fantastic experience: I have been a customer at WDP for many years. Today I had a follow up appointment to check on previous pain in my bottom left 3rd tooth, after my previous appointment undertook an assessment and treatment for tooth pain. A lovely clean, fresh and modern environment. Appointments available both NHS and private and in both hygiene and cosmetic dentistry. WDP has an experienced team, all of the team are lovely. My dentist today was Radhika Chopra, I have seen Radhika before.. She is friendly, professional, conscientious and meticulous. She checked my health records are up to date, gave to me a full comprehensive pain assessment, and a dental check up and x-rays. Radhika is a kind and friendly professional person, easy to communicate with and she puts nervous patients at ease and is reassuring. I highly recommend WDP and Radhika Chopra. Negative experience: The Dentist I saw for a general check up was extremely fast. She made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I have never experienced this kind of careless experience. So everything lasted less than 10 min . So it’s very difficult to take her advice seriously.

Negative experience: A new record! My NHS filling lasted an impressive 27 hours. The whole treatment took probably 10 to 15 minutes - a real speedrun in dentistry. I was told everything was done properly, but the next day, the filling fell out, and I had to book a private emergency appointment, where the dentist spent over an hour properly cleaning, drilling, and restoring the tooth. It turns out the type of filling originally used wasn't even appropriate for the condition of the tooth. Politeness is nice, but proper treatment is better. Unfortunately, I only got one of the two.

Fantastic experience: Being go here for years since the high street Kensington branch closed down,Very professional,accommodating and a high standard of practice.On two occasions I needed an emergency booking due too complications of a cavity the receptions immediately booked me in without any hesitation.Dentist was very helping towards the situation even going the extra mile by advising/analysing the process and procedure going forward. The cost was reasonable and in my budget taking into consideration that this practice is private and they also welcome NHS patience. I would recommend this Dental Practice.

I had to go there four times as i could not find an NHS dentist anywhere near me in Hampshire Surrey or Berkshire even and am very pleased that I found them. The NHS had given me a list to phone. Wonderful kind receptionist and a nice dentist. It was worth all of the travelling to London from Basingstoke. Shameful that i had to go that far to get an NHS dentist though after mine cut me off soon after covid.

Negative experience: During my last visit to the dentist, I was sent home with an exposed nerve. The dentist explained that my tooth needed to be surgically removed. However, when I consulted a private dentist, he was shocked that the nerve had been left exposed. Remarkably, the private dentist was able to fit a crown—something the previous dentist claimed was not possible.

Fantastic experience: Today I had a routine examination with Rajvi who was wonderful. She carried out a thorough exam, made a clear treatment plan with me. As someone who has a fear of dentists, Rajvi’s approach, time taken and care was very refreshing.

Negative experience: I made an appointment for the hygienist on 24/10/2024, which I was made to pay for in advance. They then cancelled due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’ but, when I requested for a refund, I was told it will take weeks by the receptionist with no explanation why. After sending several emails and indicating that I would progress matters, I got a phonecall from the manager approximately 2 weeks ago saying she had forgotten to process it. Unfortunately, as of today, 12/12/2024, I am still waiting for my refund, which is very unprofessional.

Negative experience: Went in to ask for information regarding an hygiene appointment. The receptionist guy was so entitled and rude. Went to a different dentist instead.

Positive experience: The dentist makes you feel comfortable they take their time when speaking to you and tell you what they are doing. I have to feel confident when I sit in the chair, other wise my Anxiety will kick in and will not be able to trust the person attending to me.

I realised when I got home that I had no actual receipt only my debit card receipt and I need a proper receipt for my simply health claim so I emailed them today 7/11/24 and will phone the. Negative experience: Poor service and got mouth ulcer the same week that I visited, which indicates poor cleanliness. In addition, the dentist was upselling me a mouth guard without any justification

Negative experience: The customer service in this business is appaling as I fill up the registration form as NHS customer 1 month ago and even though the reception staff did say that they will contact me to make an initial appointment even at this date 13.10.2024 I still not received any notification regarding my registration or any information what so ever, also when I tried to call them, even though that I'm the only one who is in aledgedly a que, I'm still being on hold for more that 10 minutes. Now, if they treat me as this for basic things when I am in the real need of some services how can I rely on them? Also, have you wandered why they always accept new patients including NHS patients? that should be your first clue of their service. Unfortunately most dentist doctors including NHS doctors are no better than a 5 years old kid at fixing your dental issues, I know as I did changed few dentists so far, and this practice is no different. There are very few dentists doctors who are really good at their job, but unfortunately for some reasons they move to private practice. I wish it Google would ad the option scale from -5 to 5 star ratings and then this practice will get -5 stars ratings as this is what they deserve.

I had my implant checked on Wednesday, the 25th with Iain William G, and from the moment I stepped into the clinic room, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. I was welcomed by the dentist and his assistant. He provided me with a thorough explanation during the check and advised me regarding the next step with the hygienist, and that helped me to get the reassurance I needed before booking for the next procedure and I address my concerns. I feel so relaxed that I did not feel any pain during the check. I am highly grateful and I would always recommend them any day. Very good and positive experience.
