Fantastic experience: A year ago, an emergency visit to deal with rampant toothache. The dental practice were able to check it out and put root canal treatment plan in place for me. Very prompt, reassuring and efficient. This month routine appointment revealed canine filling needing repair. Sorted there and then.

Negative experience: Worst dentist Iv ever used. Problems after problems with them, the most recent being Gave me antibiotics for an abscess still there two weeks later and turns out the antibiotics they’d given me the dose was for a child not an adult. This was a major concern as they knew my history having sepsis and how my immune system is. Ended up being sent to another dentist to rectify the problem. I will add though the receptionists were lovely.

Fantastic experience: Great dental practice! Always a warm welcome and efficient service. The dentist is always very understanding of a pain condition I have that is associated with my face nerves. I would recommend all round but especially if you have Trigeminal Neuralgia.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been with the Park Road Dental Care here in Coventry for a long time. Indeed, we joined the practice in 1974 and always recieving excellent service and dental care. Today, I was treated by Jennifer Clewlow. Jennifer's professional, caring and supportive treatment was very reassuring. She explained carefully all that entails with my treatment. I must admit that, to have a good and caring dentist is a blessing and my wife and I are grateful for that.

Fantastic experience: Jenni is always very gentle and takes the time to explain and advise. For example, I use an electric tooth brush. My tooth enamel is beginning to ware thin.. Jenni explained that when a red light begins to flash on my toothbrush It is a warning that I am applying too much pressure.

Fantastic experience: Dr nimrah was amazing and so are the rest of the staff, very kind and formal and straight to the point, they explain everything going on and are extremely receptive to questions and concerns, I'd highly recommend this practice :D

Fantastic experience: As a regular patient of Simon, I receive helpful tips and advice on oral health, while he delivers the best care that I would wish to experience. A recent mistake in my diary meant the I attended a checkup over 90 minutes early. After waiting a not reasonable time, I was fitted in without complaint or criticism. This level of service is typical.
