Fantastic experience: Went as an emergency thru 111 and the lady I saw was amazing. After been refused elsewhere for wisdom tooth removal as root to deep and no options given I just went on suffering I then somehow snapped my wisdom tooth and the lady who saw me at genix was absolutely amazing so friendly and told me everything needed and she would be able to remove tooth so greatful thank you

Fantastic experience: Visited the practice today after ringing 111 with the toothache from hell, was a very positive experience from the reception staff been friendly to the dentist i saw (cant recall her name) who reassured me after a bad experience woth a different dentist i wouldn't feel a thing and she was absolutely right took my back toorh out fast and safely and overall was in and out within 20 minutes. Great team at this practice and they have restored my faith in the dentist. Currently 7 hours since extraction and the pain is subsiding as i expected 10/10 thank you for your care.
Fantastic experience: Bringing my partner in was the best thing I did , after being refused by an emergency dentist saying they couldn’t do anything and the ladies at genix worried they would have to do the same they pulled through and relived my partners pain instantly. They were so compassionate and helpful as my partner has autism and struggles with the dentist , but they spoke to him through every step and made him comfortable so thankyou to the ladies that took care of him today and the rest of the team that work there
Fantastic experience: I was sent here from the 111 nhs service as an emergeny, all the staff were really helpful and the dentist who did my wisdom tooth extraction was brilliant was in and out in 15 minutes and it was absolutely painless. Iv now joined this dentist because of the brilliant service

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency appointment this morning rang 111 at 8 o clock I got booked in with the NHS with genix straight away unfortunately needed a tooth extraction was so scared but deena was so down to earth put me at ease and also had a laugh along the way whilst Grace held my hand I'm a baby I know thankyou so much for putting me at ease ❤️

Fantastic experience: I'm blown away by the incredible service at Genix. I checked in and was seen within just five minutes. I explained to the dentist that I'd been suffering for months because of a wisdom tooth and that I was on a waiting list to have it removed, potentially for up to a year. She took an X-ray and decided she could extract it right then and there. Five minutes later, the tooth was out, and I was on my way. I've never experienced such outstanding service. Huge thanks to everyone at Genix.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this fabulous dental practice through 111 and from start to finish was THE best experience of a dental practice as I have had some horrendous experiences at some other dental practices and was put at ease immediately. The reception lady I spoke with was lovely, welcoming and friendly. The exceptionally fabulous and very compassionate dentist lady Deena answered my question that I had been so worried about. Deena talked me through while having it done Louise always re assured me everything was going well. Negative experience: Went today for emergency appointment at 10.30. Receptionists are lovely ladies. 2 issues here firstly was basically told to just get on with the pain. Secondly was told to buy a £7 mouthwash from reception and told not to get an another emergency appointment just deal with unbearable pain for 4 to 6 weeks.

Went in for an emergency appointment, lovely ladies on the front desk, very welcoming. 2 ladies I saw to do the treatment were brilliant, I really don't like the dentist so was very anxious, they give a very calming manor, very professional. Fantastic experience: Had an emergency appointment via 111 to get my bad tooth taken out, I was super nervous but both Ellie and Deena were lovely, Ellie talked to me throughout reassuring me and Deena was constantly checking in to make sure I was okay as she was removing my tooth. Fantastic experience: Was only a filling not been before was during daytime sorted quickly good crafmanship decent manner. Would use again not sure if all the staff are as good but was excellent. Almost done too quick perhaps the vibe could have taken a little longer for a day out but they had a big queue getting seemed priority get queue sorted quickly.
