Fantastic experience: Again very happy with my visit to Bosworth dental practice, Rohit explained everything very thoroughly and very happy with the treatment received in a very relaxed atmosphere, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: 5th September 2025 I was seen today by 6th June 2025 I was seen today for a regular check-up at Bosworth. The two receptionists I dealt were so helpful and attentive. They took time to explain matters thoroughly. For the appointment, I was seen by Dentist Rohit & a Dental Nurse. Both were very friendly and welcoming. Rohit was excellent in that he took time to explain fully all aspects. Rohit was very thorough, kind and thoughtful today of which I am grateful. Thank you. ----------------------------------------------- I was further seen at Oradent Bosworth on Wed 6 Dec at 12:30PM with Navish Kenth. This was an emergency appointment arranged for me on the day. I currently don't have a dentist with the group but the receptionist kindly arranged for me to be seen. To begin with the receptionist, a lady, was very understanding and listened to my concerns. I felt she was very empathetic over the situation and booked me in to be seen. I was very impressed with this service I was initially given. For my appointment, I was seen by the Dentist Navish Kenth and the Dental Nurse. Equally, I was very impressed with the friendly greeting I was given when entering the room. I was given time to explain why I was there today. It was then explained to me the treatment I was to be offered along with the x ray I was given. After the treatment was complete, I was given a full detailed explanation of the aftercare and the time it would take to resolve. I felt that Navish was very competent and kind in the way that he dealt with me at the visit. I felt very much assured and appreciative of the treatment I had received. I was thoroughly and totally satisfied with the service I was given on that day of 6/12/23 by Oradent Market Bosworth. This is from my initial being seen by the receptionist through to the actual appointment with the Dentist Navish and the Dental Nurse. Full marks to all concerned at Oradent for a flawless service for my visit and I give a 5 star rating. Thank you. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- I was seen further time by on 11th August 2023 by Emma Perkins. Emma gave her usual friendly greeting making you very welcome and reassured. Emma then checked over how matters have been with asking on specific issues. This makes you feel as if you are not just another number and she is genuinely concerned as to how you have been. To arrive at this position, Emma has clearly done her research very well and is very committed to her work. Emma does make you feel as you are the only patient she has seen that day. (As far as I am aware, she sees patients every half an hour). This is an innate skill which Emma has and uses it to a full potential. The assistant with Emma was also very committed, friendly and engaged with her work. Equally, the two receptionists whom I dealt with were again friendly and professional. They made you feel at ease with their reassuring manner, understanding of the situation and their welcoming wit. Thank you again for a good all round and positive experience with Bosworth Dental Practice. ********************************************************* I attended today (in May 2023) and was seen for the second time by Emma Perkins. On both occasions Emma has been kind, friendly and very empathetic. She explained thoroughly the treatment she gave and my position at this present date. I was very impressed with Emma on these last two occasions by her being extremely thorough in her professionalism, dedication and commitment to her work. Full top marks to Emma! The 2 different dental nurses who attended were also very friendly and helpful. Thank you. Just to add - the 3 receptionists in attendance were very helpful indeed. When I phoned and on last 2 visits. The man today, too, was kind, chatty, competent and extremely thorough in his professionalism when seeing me. Well done all round today to Bosworth Dental Practice. I felt looked after and that all staff were bothered and keen to help me in all aspects of my visit. Thank you very much.

Fantastic experience: Was at the Practice today, with Emma the Hygienist a follow on from Visit a week ago which showed infection in the gum, That visit was a follow up from seeing David week beforeI hadn’t seen before, very caring and reassuring ( I’m bit wuss at dentist) but was bat ease ,put on antibiotics, Todays Visit was follow up, deep clean etc, Emma very calming, So speak highly of the Practice. Fantastic experience: Time for my Scale & Polish with Hygenist Emma and her assistant. Pleased to find that she is now relocated on the ground floor .. much more convenient ., and her surgery recently redecorated. Never my favourite visit, but as usual Emma did what needed to be done with her usual care and attention and her assistant did her best to keep me comfortable. As usual good advice in terms of a daily routine for cleaning my teeth and the use of the appropriate sized “T-Pee” has always been beneficial .. something that Emma recommended some time ago .. sound advice!

Fantastic experience: Since moving to the village Navish has been our family dentist and he’s fantastic. 18 months ago he recommended Invisalign for myself which I’ve just finished. Very very happy with the results, really impressed with the time and care he took, the professionalism of Navish, communication and explanation on each visit was spot on, I was able to understand every step of the treatment as it progressed. Always greeted with a friendly smile from Navish himself and the dental nurses, the whole process has just been made so easy. Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: Customer care is excellent but the temporary dentures I've got top set are OK bottom set are not very good they move about i carnt chew with them iam not happy with them when I got home had to take them out and I hope my in plants fit better than these teary dentures fingers crossed

Negative experience: Car park full! Nowhere to park 35 minutes late going in, no explanation? In the chair 2-3 mins maximum. £27.40 Didn’t even feel like a check up! Not good

Fantastic experience: July 2025. Rohit Taheem continues to give excellent dental service. April 2024. My wife and I are delighted to be back on the books and we had a thorough NHS dental check-up having been with the previous dental practise for over 20 years. The staff were also very understanding now that my wife has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. Dec 2023. After the loss of a filling over Christmas, I was very grateful to be offered emergency treatment on the same day as phoning in. Sadly, despite being with the Market Bosworth dental practice for over 20 years, the Oradent Droup practise were unable to provide me with any permanent treatment unless I was prepared to pay privately, or until another dentist becomes available on the NHS which was the same explanation given to my wife and I last year. April 2023. A thorough annual dental check up by Josh - a friendly locum dentist for the Bosworth practice - a welcome arrival to cope with the backlog of patients. My only disappointment is that an annual dental appointment could not been made in one year's time.

Fantastic experience: Root canal and a filling today with Prabpreet. Made me feel at ease from the start, the whole procedure was painless and he kept me informed at every stage. He made a worrying day feel a lot better.

Fantastic experience: good service .staff very nice . very professional . had the two fillings done today found at my check up .didnt feel a thing 100% happy . today 6th november 2023 had six monthly check up . excellent dentist . my wife linda feels the same . today Linda had a sore gum looked at . the dentist flushed out between the teeth and took an x ray . she is a happy bunney again . many thanks . today Linda went to the Doctors with a painfull right jaw and cheek . they suggested seeing her dentist and he sorted it out ,knew what had caused it .she picks up her antibiotics tomorrow as the local pharmacy were out of stock . thanks for everything . brilliant team . puts you at ease , had a laugh , excellent . today had tooth out ,temperary replacement put in . everything went beautifully ,the dentist and his assistant made me really at ease , Lindas words . today both had our six monthly checks ,all good , excellent service as always . today both my wife and myself had an extraction . she had a really loose tooth and i had a brokem tooth .it was dealt with ptomptly and as now everything is feeling more normal , thanks to our great Dentist .

Fantastic experience: I have had several appointments with Prab about treatments that I need, and he has always explained everything in detail, from what to expect before and during the treatment. He is very easy to talk to, and together with his nurse Natasha, make the experience of visiting the dentist a much calmer experience.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I broke one of my front teeth, so popped into Oradent dentist MKT Bosworth, I was very lucky, as I was able to take a recent cancellation and was asked if I could return in one hours time to be seen by Prabpreet Brainch, which I did, my tooth was fully repaired and looked exactly like it did before the breakage! I’m very pleased to have had my tooth repaired so quickly and professionally. Thank you Bosworth Dental Practice.

Positive experience: My husband and I both saw Prabpreet today he was very considerate and explained what he was doing at every step. As a wheelchair user my appointment was on the ground floor but the entrance doors were very heavy to handle

Fantastic experience: Since my implants last September 2024 at Bosworth Dental Practice there has never been a moment where I have regretted any of the work that has been done by Anish . All of the staff have been brilliant from start to nearly finishing as today I have had my new teeth both top and bottom fitted and my word they look fantastic. Yes there have been times when it get's tough, any dentist in the country is tough going at times but the service that I have had with Anish has been nothing short of brilliant -a brilliant technician. Fantastic experience: Nearing the end of my treatment with Navish and have nothing but praise for his professionalism and respect for myself as a patient. He always takes the time to explain everything, and nothing is too much trouble. His dental nurse is always very polite and calming. And all three of us have always managed to have a bit of humour during each visit. The receptionists here are always a pleasure to deal with and in my case always work around the fact I have to use public transport to get here and back home. Never an issue to sort out appointments around an infrequent bus service! A dentist that is pleasant and calming to come to and reassuring in all aspects.

Fantastic experience: Friendly reception staff who were extremely helpful when explaining my treatment details. Dentician was very helpful when advising me about the course of treatment that I would require.

Negative experience: I will not be going again. I have been a patient for years, since long before the current owners took over. Now, all they are interested in is trying to sell you Botox, fillers, expensive whitening etc. When you go in, none of the receptionists even look up, they are too busy on phones or computer screens. I had to have an extraction this time and the treatment was barbaric. Far worse than any other dental treatment I have experienced in my 70 years. Injection into the roof of my mouth without numbing the area first - I nearly leapt out of the chair. The dentist (initials PB) made such a hash of pulling the tooth, he was wiggling it side to side until I feared for my other teeth. Then he spent a good 15 minutes fishing chips of bone out - due, he said, to a "fragile socket", but I suspect he had damaged it with the way he pulled the tooth. Finally he put a stitch in, (as I had said I was apprehensive of dry socket, having experienced that before), and I wondered if he had ever done any stitching before, he was so clumsy. He nearly cut my lip with the friction of pulling the suture against it, and even dropped the needle a couple of times but carried on, though it must surely by then have not been sterile. A week later my face is still swollen, though thankfully the gum is healing. A truly appalling experience, and I will certainly not be returning.

Fantastic experience: Dental treatment is never an enjoyable experience but I have received considerate and efficient care from Rohit. The second session for a root canal procedure went well - thank you.

Positive experience: My dentist was very professional & gentle especially as I had been diagnose with TMJ at the end of last year. I thought that I had been referred to the hospital at my last appointment, not with my own dentist, but apparently there had not been a referral, so it was going to be done today. Fortunately, the pain is not as severe as it was, but when I said that I might not need to see a specialist, Mr Braint said that I ought to see someone, even if Thayer could only give me suggestions to deal with the TMJ.

Fantastic experience: Check up with Prab today . Having quite bad dental phobia due to bad dental treatment when I was a child , I never thought I would say these words. “ I actually felt quite relaxed sat in the chair “ I know to most people that sounds so trivial but for me it is a massive achievement. All thanks down to Prab & his assistant . Of course reception team add to this pleasant feeling .

Negative experience: Called to arrange an appointment as a new patient. Asked to be seen under my dental insurance which they advertise on the website. 1. Receptionist clearly couldn't hear my property so I spoke more loudly and clearly and was told not to shout - I explained I wasn't shouting but trying to make sure she could hear me - no apology or effort to ensure relationship ok 2. Knew nothing about the insurance plan I am under despite it being advertised on their website and had to put me on hold to ask management Couldn't be bothered to hold on especially after being accused of shouting. Have taken my business elsewhere.

Positive experience: very disappointed today when I booked into Reception then waited 40 minutes when I realised there was a mistake the receptionist has not booked my appointment through to the dentist. I have been with the surgery a very long time and seen many changes with no previous problems. So I am hoping this will be the last problem I did receive an apology from the dentist and the receptionist concerned.

Fantastic experience: After experiencing severe toothache I rang the surgery and was booked in for an emergency appointment on the same day. Rohit who dealt with me was great , he took an x Ray and explained clearly what the problem was. He prescribed medication and also discussed future treatments. Fantastic experience: After a number of years of difficulty in getting appointments / cancellations / poor communications etc., the last year or so have been exceptional (new team / dentists I believe). This is the 3rd time I have been in a year or so and the service was as good as it was on he previous visits. Positive experience: It would really make visits to the dentist a lot more amiable if patients had access to wi-fi. If one arrives 10 minutes before one's appointment, and then has to wait further, as is often the case, being able to use one's phone would reduce anxiety and enable one to contact work etc. The phone signal at Market Bosworth is next to useless. Anything to make a dental appointment less stressful please.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at the practice for 8 years and today was the first time I’d seen Jelena (new NHS dentist). She was lovely and patient, gave my teeth and mouth a thorough check and listened to my concerns and reassured me all was fine.. I didn’t feel rushed and was very happy with my appointment.

Fantastic experience: Cannot thank Rohim enough for the way he spoke to my 11yr old.. he did not patronise but gave him really useful advice and made him feel to at ease. He explained away my fears with my 1yr old getting a bump to her gums but again gave proactive things to look for so make me feel confident that she was fine. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: My 6 monthly hygrine appointment was as well organised as usual, I was expected to attend at 10,30am and the team was ready to see me and perform the hygiene assessment and clean my teeth. I felt very comfortable in the hands of the dental team and they took the time to check with me throughout the appointment.

Fantastic experience: October 2024 I had to have a molar extracted today and was very anxious about it. Prabpreet put me at ease straight away. Anaesthetic was excellent, numbing only the affected area rather than half my face. Everything was explained as we went, so no sudden surprises and no drama. I felt 100% safe throughout First appointment Outstanding service all round. Fantastic experience: I took my wife yesterday, she has Parkinsons and had broken a tooth which, although not painful, was causing her some anxiety. The dentist was very understanding and quickly put her at ease. After a thorough examination, he gave her several options, what those options would cost and his advice which was actually to do nothing at this stage. I could not fault the care my wife was given. I saw the dentist myself the next day and received equally good treatment. I am more than happy.

Fantastic experience: I have been an NHS patient at Market Bosworth for many years. Earlier this year my NHS dentist went private only and so I was on a waiting list for their new NHS dentist to start. However I needed some emergency appointments over a few weeks and was seen by a couple of the other dentists. Ultimately I needed a tooth and an impacted wisdom tooth removed. I am an extremely anxious dental patient but Prab Brainch talked me through the first extraction and was calm and patient, was considerate of my concerns and genuinely caring. I decided to stay with him for the wisdom tooth removal and have since moved from NHS to private care with him.
