Fantastic experience: I moved to this practice after a one-off referral from my previous practice. During that visit I was greatly impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff so asked if I could join. Since then I have not been let down! The dentists, dental assistants and reception staff are exceptional. Everything is explained clearly, before and after procedures; care is taken to ensure the patients are put at ease; although NHS and private treatment is available, expensive solutions are not 'pushed'(which is refreshing); the treatment rooms are clean, light and pleasant; the reception staff are welcoming and efficient (prior to a recent extraction, the receptionist triple checked my query about medication - so appreciated)... A great team who make you feel you are in safe hands and seem to actually care!

She took things at my pace which was nice and answered my questions really well. And the dental nurse imman was really nice and worked well with the dentist. Best dental nurse ever. I’m not worried at all for my next appointment .

Negative experience: Horrific- no bedside manner, I felt completely rushed. When I told the dentist I thought I had a cavity they brushed me off and said I needed a tooth removed by the hospital which they referred me for. (Later went to another dentist who told me I absolutely had two cavities that needed filling which was neglected by this dentist). They started scaling and polishing, without communicating what I should do if I was in discomfort or really explaining what was happening. It was so so painful I was bleeding and I left the dentist in tears, and terrified. Would not recommend for patients not fond of the dentist, or anyone in general. Horrific experience and I won’t be returning.

Negative experience: I got a cavity and went to this dentist, she had done cleaning and drilled the cavity and done the metal filling . When I initially went there I was sensitive to too cold or hot things and that too only one tooth, after there services now cavity tooth is sensitive to everything. When I went there again now she says it’s a dead tooth. I have to get a root canal or complete removal. And now my other side of my gums are in pain due to cleaning I can’t even sleep now. Worst tacktics to get patients. I don’t even know why to do now . Please don’t use their services.

Negative experience: I have enough experience to kin. She so bad at her working. Every dentist I be with so nice and try make feel comfortable. Last dentist lady, ask me show any sign when you are feeling any type of the pain. I will squeeze my different hand tight to warning her I feel pain. She will pull away couple seconds. Go do it again nice and soft touch. I kin, last time the dentist little thing scare me. Every week going get my tooth pull out, put the needle in my mouth every week, first week I feel fine about, the second week help dentist in the room who help dentist lady with us ask are you fine, I tell her litter white liar I am fine. But feeling little bitsy bit Rousey. Going go crazy three week for needle, I tell my mum feeling funny but mum say normal feeling I am have at the time, I trust my mum, pull all my tooth out on top, put my new tooth in my mouth you uh enough you hit enough you hit nerve when put new fake tooth in my mouth first time . I feeling super Rousey, everyone the room tell me sit down, cost me 15 mins feeling super bit wooshy. I think I ready to move only get in the hallway need sit down for 15 mins again, can you imagine what the second patient of the thinking, yes I saw different patient wait to go in. Mean I sit wait but in my mind every thing turn black out no sound I can't hear nothing feeling my body Sutton down. Somehow I jump back up and ready to go. So crazy thing. When go back to the dentist same dentist, she say she need to put the needle in my mouth, I say I don't kin going be good idea but she make me feeling a comfortable and I feeling can trust her. My first dentist there what get close down both get close down. Him is awesome, I wish him working on tooth today but is building get close down now him somewhere in the world. I wish i can tell Him I will give 10 out of 10 star feedback. I still chat about him today to different people. Him nice get soth touch and make you feeling comfortable. Him do not want to pull my tooth out. Every time with the needle with him, I walk away fine. Him my first dentist. the second dentist scare me with the needle, I walk in the hallway with my body Sutton down. I still go back see her nice lady. Say 10 out of 7 star the not have fought. what happened to me. My first dentist give 2 week appointment. the second dentist give me every week appointment. I have needle every week make me, the second week little supervusy, three week super supervusy. Now go make my point. I be wait 4 year for dentist. Bad c19 make all different dentist builders to scared to meet new people. My dentist building get close down. I be think I don't have dentist. On two week get real bad toothache. I find out them move my paper form to the different building dentist. 1/10/24 All time I have dentist. I be today on 1/10/24. Omg omg omg no way going back here. I give no star 0 - 0 flipping hell. welcome to hell My problem about dentist place, I have enough experience chat about dentist. Your first dentist place, I am real sorry for you. I warning you a bitter experience out there for you. Not here at the place. dentist so bad. I don't think she want to be here. Working on my tooth super fast no Patient. Not be being gentle or slow touch, I never have a type of the experience from over today, nothing again. I not go back here to hell at the place. poor job dentist. You going ask do she scare me and give me pain. Not pain or scare me. I don't like how fast she do the work and she not trying to make me feel comfortable and doing soft touch with give her time doing the working. But I think I scare both of them, she clean every tooth, all tooth nipping and pain but end of one of my tooth she did touch make me pull my face away super fast. Positive experience: Mr Cruickshank is very gentle and reassuring - ideal for highly sensitive receding gums and anxiety! 1 of the receptionists used to be quite curt towards me because I'm an NHS patient due to mental health problems and chronic pain, but used to hiding it and appearing fit. However they're all very nice now. I've previously seen a lot of different dentists at the dental hospital (for implants) so have had some not so good experiences, so feel I can comment fairly. Update Aug 2023: after my clean and polish I was a bit disappointed that my top canines and teeth next to them still showed staining built up during covid, however the difficult 4 bottom front ones, cleaned up well and am very pleased with them. I had decided to leave a filling repair until next check up - then on booking, was told it was a year instead of 6 months! Would've preferred that knowledge before deciding about my filling. I have difficulty booking and keeping appointment times due to my mental health. I also now find phonecalls very difficult due to tinnitus and sleep patterns. Will update further after appointment in Oct 2024.

Negative experience: Missed an appointment despite trying to phone to let them know I’ve been called today n demanded a £30 pound payment which I don’t have to hand right this second so there cancelling the other booked appointments just because I can’t pay it right this second which will result in further delays absolute joke of a dentist!

Negative experience: I have never experianced a more agressive and harsh Dentist in my life, i had a plaque cleaning last week with Dr Eunho Kim and he injured my gums so badly that a week later i still can't eat or brush my teeth without feeling awful pain. Im sure not all dentists are bad but this one i would not be going back to.
