Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Rasul yesterday for a deep clean scale and polish and the work he done was excellent i am a pensioner and have visited many dentists over the years but he is the best dentist i have seen by far i have visited forest dental care a few times now and have always seen Dr Rasul he makes you feel at ease the moment you enter the room very polite and unlike many other dentists he is willing to listen to your concerns and always talks through things with you i really can't praise this dental practice enough and especially Dr Rasul thank you for all your help and keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: Having not been to the dentist for a number of years I was nervous about going again but I had no need as Dr Mohammed Rasul made me feel so at ease. He is very friendly and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The receptionist are also always friendly and communication was good both on the phone in person. I would recommend this practise for anyone who is nervous about going to the dentist :)

When my daughter broke both her front teeth, he saw her immediately and was so kind, caring, and reassuring. She has always been quite anxious about dentists due to difficult experiences with her baby teeth, but Dr Mohammed showed such empathy and understanding that she felt calm and safe throughout. He is now her regular dentist, and we couldn’t be happier with the care he provides :)

They don't suggest treatments you don't need, but they do deliver really good care and advice. It's not a fancy surgery but I'd rather have a friendly and professional service and that's what you get.

Dr Mohammed Rasul has proved to be a good listener and an excellent dentist whose friendly and reassuring manner has made me feel at ease at all times. Dr Rasul is my current dentist and he is a very friendly, easy-going and welcoming person. He is very good at alleviating any anxiety that a patient would understandably have prior to their appointment. I find that I can easily discuss with him any concerns or questions that I have in regards to my treatment. He is a great dentist and always delivers high quality dental care. I am more than satisfied to have him serve as my general dentist. I would strongly recommend Forest Dental Care and particularly Dr Rasul and his team to any new patients looking to register or those who are considering changing their pre-existing dentists.

Fantastic experience: Wow. Life saver this practices was. A week ago today I had a severe tooth ache. Like anyone else I went through 111 and was asked to go online and complete an NHS form. After completing the form, I was instructed to seek urgent assistance. The options on the form showed 2 clinics which were open till 1 pm. I called both, but nobody answered. Due to the severity of pain, I went in person to the clinics, only to find them both closed! The pain was showing no signs of subsiding and my face was noticeably swollen. People suggested Forest Dentist - so I called and was told to come in. It is a private practice, and a gem of a place. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful. I went along to see Dr Mohammed Rasul, what a great guy! He saved my life, so friendly and as a nervous patient he calmed me down. He explained that I had an infection, he was also surprised at the swelling. I got my antibiotics and could not thank him enough - thank you so much for taking care of me. This was a serious dental matter. NHS website needs to be updated since in this situation it was misleading, inaccurate and factually incorrect.

Fantastic experience: Don’t be put off by the unprepossessing Hoe Street exterior. Dr Shazad Malik (the owner) is an exceptional dentist. You won’t find a better one anywhere in London. I previously had a relative who travelled from Kent to see him and I have another friend who comes from South London. There is nothing he doesn’t know and he’s also very friendly and kind. Look no further!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist practice I’ve ever been to. I’ve been with Forest Dental for around 12 years and wish I’d found them sooner. I refer everyone I know to Forest Dental - Dr Malik, Dr Rasul and the team treat every patient with care and attention, explain treatment options and do everything they can to ensure patients feel comfortable at all times.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing service. At 52 I have had extensive dental work done over the years, this has led me to absolutely hate going to the dentist due to an irrational fear of needles. Having broken a tooth on holiday I contacted Abbey dental practice who are pretty bad, apparently I had been struck off due the 2 year rule. I searched around for an emergency appointment and eventually booked with forest dental. On the day I was cacking it but all there was no need, no needle was even felt due to the professional way it was administered, no pain at all for what ended up being a very large and deep filling. Cannot praise this place enough, very professional and courteous staff, and pain and butcher free treatment 5*****

I actually look forward to going there, not only do they offer a great professional service but they are always warm and welcoming.Being open on a Sunday too means it is especially helpful for those who would rather not take the time off work. I meant to post this some months ago but now I can add to it ! Just had three root canals carried out by the genius who is Dr Mohammed Usman Rasul. Absolutely no pain during or after the treatment and his excellent banter kept me happy throughout. All the staff are incredibly friendly , a special shout out to their clinic manager Caroline too.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and professional dentist. The dentist took the time to listen and find the right solution. The result of my fixed chipped tooth is incredible, it was done in no time and to a such a standard that you can't even see that the tooth was chipped! Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am in the middle of root canal treatment in Liverpool, and was visiting family. On flossing my tooth the temporary fillinh came out !! I rang Forest Dental care, and was given a private emergency appointment within an hour. The practice was welcoming and their new patient records are digital. This digital system is very simple and efficient. I saw Dr Rasul, who placed a temporary filling, and he was brilliant. Dr Rasul was very caring and with excellent communication. The practice is very clean and very well designed. Thank you to everyone at Forest Dental care, highly recommended.

Positive experience: The staff are efficient and do their job well. I have a fear of going to the dentist from previous dental treatment I received over the years. However my dentist is a lovely person, puts me at ease, explains the treatment well and gives advise where appropriate. I have never had a problem booking appointments in the past and have either got the same week appointment or the week after. Although this time round booking was a little tricky as there were no appointments for a few weeks and I am a private paying patient. The outside of the practice and reception area looks drab, uninviting and could be made to look nicer. I could see how this would put some people off going but the treatments and care are really good.

Fantastic experience: I was treated by Dr. Simran Kaur Sanghera in May 2025. She was very friendly and professional. I had a ruptured filling, and she and her assistant were very efficient in fixing it. I had an injection but afterward I felt no pain and the whole process was very smooth. Fantastic experience: My first appointment at Forest Dental Care today with Dr. Mohammed Rasul was surprisingly positive! While dentist visits aren't usually something to look forward to, Dr. Rasul made it a good experience. Fantastic experience: I have been to many dentist practices throughout my adult life. Why? I simply hate needles. However, my appointment on Sunday 27th April 2025, with Dr Rasul, had been amazing! He’s actually that good. Dr Rasul people’s skills are second to none. He’s extremely polite and most importantly well versed. For the first time my teeth were cleaned without an injection and for the very first time, pain was not my experience. Definitely, will be repeating future appointments. Location wise perfect, only a 10 minute walk from the underground if that.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been into Forest Dental 3 times in the last month - once for a check up and followed by a clean and another visit with my 2 young children. I had Dr Rasul on both appointments and he was great at putting me at ease and really clear with what he was doing. Really happy with my care. My children also had a really positive experience. I originally went to Forest Dental when I needed emergency care and so glad I found a friendly surgery for my family.

Positive experience: The Doctors are amazing, however, some of the receptionists are on a power trip and will yell at one in the reception where there is no privacy. I’ve been going here for years and this is the first time I feel let down.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental practice. I visited it several times over the past 3 years for routine checks, fillings and hygiene treatments. Every time the staff and the dentist were extremely professional, kind & polite. Always taking the time to explain me the situation and making me at ease. When we had to discuss follow up treatments, they explained the different options clearly. Communications about booking and rescheduling was also good. Personally i highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Malik has been very consistently done fantastic work. Each action while being treated is being explained which leaves the patient (for example) me in truly safe hands. This is the best dentist I had for decades and I will certainly continue to go to this practice. Also the other staff has been very friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Forest Dental is phenomenal, and this comes from someone who is afraid of the dentist. Every step of the way, I am assured and reassured and listened to, from the initial phone call to book (the receptionists are so patient, super kind) to opening the door to the practice and nervously sitting in the waiting room (they run to time, more or less, so there's no extra stress, plus everyone is incredibly friendly) and the appointment itself... Dr. Mohammed is the best dentist I've ever seen and I've been to quite a few. He listens, genuinely cares, and is so patient. If fear takes over, I am never rushed. Everything is always explained to me calmly and in a way I understand. On top of that, he is genuinely funny and an incredibly good dentist. My teeth and mouth are healthy and pearly white because I'm less and less afraid every year. Highly recommend.

I've had several check ups with him and recently my first filling done by him - I was so nervous before and he talked me through options and made me feel calm. It went so smoothly and I was very happy! All in all, don't be fooled by how the place looks on the outside (it could do with a bit of work) - Dr Rasul is worth making an appointment for, and you can usually get an appointment within days which is amazing, even quicker for urgent needs!

Fantastic experience: This review focuses on my experience with Forest Dental Care Practice but especially with Dr. Neda Ashouri. I know that many people feel anxious about visiting the dentist, but in my case, I feel phobia due to numerous dental issues I had since I was a child. As a result, I tend to avoid dental visits unless absolutely necessary. Recently, however, I encountered significant tooth pain that culminated in an abscess, so I had no choice and had to visit a dentist. A friend highly recommended Forest Dental Care, though I felt intense anxiety as my appointment approached. In sharing my experience with Dr. Neda, I want to highlight the positive aspects of my visit. She was incredibly understanding and took the time to explain each step of the procedure in a reassuring manner. Knowing that I get nervous around dental tools, Dr. Neda offered to primarily use her hands instead, which greatly reduced my anxiety. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I felt no pain during my check-up. When I returned for a follow-up appointment, I noticed that I was slightly more at ease, though still a bit apprehensive. Once again, the experience was painless and comforting. Dr. Neda went above and beyond by addressing my dental needs while also helping me manage my phobia. She provided valuable advice regarding sedation options and presented various paths forward without any pressure to make immediate decisions. Negative experience: I had a private emergency appointment yesterday morning , after my check up and xray, my tooth was filed down for sensitivity and I was given a prescription for some fluoride toothpaste and antibiotics if the pain continued. Last night I had an emergency root canal at different surgery because this had gone unseen at my earlier visit (that same day) to Forest Dental Care. The dentist at the new surgery said my tooth had been dead for some time based on what they could see. One star because I can’t seem to post without awarding something. The dentist I saw at Forest Dental Care was very friendly .. but I needed a correct diagnosis and care plan for the amount of pain I was in. Perhaps this escalated quickly but it hasn’t left me feeling confident about the practise.
