My teeth problems which I had had all of my life were challenging. And required multiple implants. His lab work is amazing beyond my expectations. Fantastic experience: I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guys… I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the time… They really were excellent. Thank you DDC… I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information. Fantastic experience: Appointment with kayley mcauley she was very good....however my gums bleed due to past work and still not happy with having to pay for seeing Kate for hygiene treatment when not my fault..I' have paid a lot of money and still paying a amount...this is not right and will be posting on media ..I hope manager of this reads this and can come to some sort of arrangement I.e no pay as pay enough ..I wait for response from manager as others agree with me.. Fantastic experience: From start to finish everyone at Dorset Dental Clinc were brilliant the reception staff are so friendly. I seen Sara to have Invisalign treatment. If this is something that you are considering but unsure of , then do not hesitate you will not be disappointed. Zuzanna the Hygienist is lovely I would not go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: First Class - very professional and reassuringly so. Half way through work for an implant and starting two crowns. So, one implant and three crowns later I will be staying with this practice for as long as they will have me! Phillip is at the top of his game with implants and crowns - painless procedures and 6 months later no issues. Yesterday I met Kayley to have a tooth rebuilt on the inside from composite material as only the outside face remained following an incident with some sticky food which removed an old filling! She took her time and did a very professional and painless reconstruction. I didn't think it could be done. At the same time she gave my teeth a clean up - long overdue - and did a great job with some top end kit that I'd not seen elsewhere. Nothing but praise for this practice. Update: My wife and I saw Kayley for a check up and hygiene appointment yesterday and left feeling very clean and happy with the procedures - thank you for looking after us so well! An update: Just had another appointment for a white filling and another coming up for reconstruction in white material. Kayley has already done one reconstruction for me and a year later it is as good as new compared with my previous NHS dentist who could not manage to stop it coming out. She really is adept with white filling material and gives me great confidence - which is why I return. Thank you! An Update, Just had a good clean up with Ankitha. Great job - thank you very much! Another Update: Ankitha did another 1st Class job with my 71 year old teeth. This is a great Practice.

Negative experience: I booked an emergency appointment for Monday morning. The appointment was confirmed online, so I stopped by search for a dentist. I drove 45 minutes to my appointment only to be told “sorry but our booking system must have glitched, but we don’t have space for you”. What a massive waste of time. Don’t offer emergency appointments with online booking if your booking system does not work!!!! Won’t be using these jokers again.

Fantastic experience: This is my first ever visit to a dental facility. i didn't really know what to expect as it was apparent i couldn't "run away" from the dentist any longer. Right from the entrance, i was warmly welcomed. i felt i was visiting a friend i hadn't seen in a long while. This feeling made me more relaxed, while being attended to by a member of staff. This initial consultation went well as the staff patiently took me through available options specific to my issue, the fees (though kind of high), and the payment plans, assuring me that the surgery would work with me on whichever option i can afford to take. No regrets, though.
