Negative experience: Feedback/Complaint: I recently called your reception and spoke with a staff member named Ana something as she was not mentioning her name clear (when called a different receptionist said she was the manager). Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. On two separate occasions, she was extremely rude, unhelpful, and spoke to me in a disrespectful and aggressive tone. I was simply making a general enquiry, yet her attitude came across as unprofessional and dismissive. If someone is working on reception, answering calls is part of the role. If this is something she finds difficult, it may not be the right position for her. Clients should not be made to feel uncomfortable or spoken to with unnecessary attitude when seeking assistance. It is concerning to think this is how enquiries are being handled, as it makes me question how patient care is being managed. I would strongly urge higher management to review this matter and ensure staff are trained to deal with clients in a professional, respectful manner. Very disappointing experience overall..
Fantastic experience: I had been suffering with pain for a few weeks from my wisdom tooth. But unable to get into my usual dental surgery for over a month. Found an appointment for same day. And due to being anxious about dentist I was worried about going. When I arrived the staff greeted me and eased my nerves. During the consultant the dentist and staff made me felt at ease. Went through each step and then went through treatment options. Needed to have the tooth removed. The nurse and dentist were amazing. Comforted me and also allowed to have my mum in the room with me. They went through the procedure with my and then my after care afterwards. I would definitely recommend to anywho is nervous about going to the dentist like me.

Negative experience: can i just say that this dental surgery are actual scammers. the receptionist is rude and very argumentative and confrontational. and then on top of that i spent around £1,700 on a root canal just for me to now go to another dentist and they told me that it wasn’t done properly. most of the fillings i got weren’t placed properly either. it’s really not worth the money or the hassle that comes with it. would never go back here omg. the consultation wasn’t in depth and i had one appointment with the dental hygienist and he didn’t give a toss either which is why i booked the dental hygienist only once. there’s so many other good private dentists to go to - please do not waste your money here. all the money i spent on my teeth here wasn’t even worth it because i have to re-do everything at another clinic now. NIGHTMARE.

Negative experience: I went along to this dentist to have some work done and he's attitude and his wife's attitudes stink all air therefore is to get as much money out of people as possible as I was sitting in the chair and he said if you see there any longer than I will have to start charging you more money for the treatment I was a bit disgusted when he said that as the treatment he done wasn't sufficient and the treatment I had was a lot worse than what I already had

Fantastic experience: Due to my health condition I don’t travel to dentist plus got phobia of dentist since childhood . i have treatment done by the dentist Riki and nurse kiran i would say honestly they been really good i was so anxious they travel to me and help me out soo much I was in so much pain i would recommend a home visit by these Riki is a excellent dentist who understands your condition and make sure u comfortable so i would give them 10/10 best service
Negative experience: Went to this practice for my wife to have cosmetic treatment i would advice people to stay away from this practice as her teeth were in better condition than when she came out as she has had pain and trauma from the Butcher dohdi also the composites don't match and he said the longer she stays in the chair the more money it will cost although he knew she wasn't happy she went back a second time for a correction and it still wasn't right so never went back a third time,asked for a refund on a number of occasions which they didn't agree so taken the matter in our own hands which was a success only now it is going to cost alot more money to correct so stay away folks.

Negative experience: yesterday i booked an appointment for 23/5/25 so in one weeks time - paid £30 deposit too. i had to cancel the appointment same day as i managed to get in somewhere else for cheaper. asked for my refund today and the lady who picked up her name was ana was rude and said no we don’t do refunds it says it on our website ?? which i couldn’t find. they also have a 48 hour cancellation policy - i have called way in advance. absolute joke of a dental practice. UPDATE: the owner/husband of ana called me after i left this review and ive managed to get a refund finally. he has also asked me to delete this review as its making them look bad but the only person making him look bad and tarnishing his business is his wife. i have told them to put a refund policy on their website so this doesn’t happen to someone else and no one has to deal with his rude wife ana. once the website is updated i will delete this!

Negative experience: About 6 months ago i had a rear filling that was half broken, i came here and got it fixed, i also requested a scale and polish, there was two options when i went for the scale and polish, one slightly cheaper, i opted for the slightly cheaper, i was charged and when i got home realised that they had charged me £60 more than on the receipt, i called up straight away to request a refund, the lady on reception told me she was unable to do this, so refused a refund, but acknowledged that i had been over charged, she told me that she could do another scale and polish in 6 months time, then after this discussion i received several texts telling me that i owed them £20 for the more expensive scale and polish which i had opted out of, so i had to call tell them that i didn't receive this treatment and that they had also over charged me and would not refund, 6 months have passed and I've had an emergency call out for work tomorrow, so called up 24hours prior to my appointment to be questioned why i wasn't attending, to then be told that they couldn't change the appointment and that i would loose my money. This is nothing more than an unprofessional money grabbing operation that rips people off, avoid at all costs! I have read previous reviews to see that this is a common occurrence within this establishment. And further reported to trading standards
We take all feedback seriously and would like to address your concerns with full transparency.
Regarding the scale and polish, there were indeed two options available, and you chose the lower-cost one. If an overcharge was identified, our reception team offered you a credit for a future treatment as an alternative to a refund. We acknowledge that there was some confusion, but at no point did we charge you for a service you did not receive. The £20 you were later contacted about was a system-generated reminder, which was clarified once you called us.
As for your appointment cancellation, we send multiple reminders in advance so patients have time to reschedule if needed. Our policy requires at least 48 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment, as short-notice cancellations leave us unable to fill the slot. Unfortunately, you provided less than 24 hours' notice, and as such, we were unable to refund or reschedule the appointment. While we understand that work commitments can arise, last-minute cancellations affect our ability to provide care to other patients.
We do not coerce or unfairly charge our patients, and our policies are in place to ensure fair treatment for all. We welcome constructive discussions, but accusations of being a "money-grabbing operation" are both unfounded and unfair to our hardworking team.

Negative experience: First appointment went well and they do half my treatment. However added charges to treatment that I didn't have argue with the receptionist who called the dentist and finally advised that I didn't have the treatment. Second appointment to finish the treatment, the receptionist took the payment first before it began . Then dentist took me in for 10min started but another customer turned up , it was clear double booked, put me back in receptionist had to wait while the dentist finished the other person's teeth. About 45min. When spike to the dentist about it he was rude arguing and unapologetic. He was then rough in my mouth, injections and cleaning. I could not continue. So I left with so.e parts of Mt mouth unfortunately unfinished

Fantastic experience: So grateful I was recommended to The Dentist. I have my smile back They listened to me and guided me on all options and was not pushy, if anything they scaled my thinking back to towards achieving realistic results. I found we built trust in a very small window which is mainly down to their adherence on delivering patient care. Treatments I have had is teeth whitening and two front crowns- since having the treatment my confidence has blossomed and my smile is back on point. I struggle with anxiety and become extremely panicked when in confined zones. The reassurance and care offered/delivered was extremely helpful and I felt safe in the care of The Dentist Thank you

Fantastic experience: We had a dental home visit for my invalid partner who needed the root of a broken tooth removed. Given her age and condition, I was very anxious. In fact, everything went completely smoothly. The dentist (& team) were good listeners, gave good clear answers with time to think. I said at the time how reassuring they had been from the very start - the risks were explained but in perspective. My partner was quite calm and cooperative - I had been worried that she might suffer from shock but she has been fine. Phew! What a relief!

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency, and the clinic saw me immediately, which was a huge relief. Negative experience: I went to the dentist to have a consultation for composite bonding and teeth whitening. They informed me i needed 2 fillings prior to having anything done, They quoted £850 for whitening and £400 for fillings. They cut all of my mouth and lip when looking at my teeth, charged £50 for consultation when nothing was even explained to me. Extremely rude and unfriendly during my appointment, I decided to get a quote elsewhere, had an xray and told i don't need any fillings as well as half the price for whitening with the same brands. Terrible service, do not recommended for any work at all - rip off.

We apologise for not meeting your expectations, but after having check with the team, all prices were told to you before treatment and your were happy to go ahead, but when you came to reception to pay for it, you wanted discounts for no reason, when already all prices were told and consent for treatment was taken. Even your boyfriend Ryan Day wo was sitting in the same room heard them and agreed as he was paying for all this treatment, but when you came to reception to pay, then suddenly he realised he didn't want to pay. This isn't our fault, if you change your mind when paying for the treatment. You could have told us before, doing treatment I wish, and we wouldn't have. We have anyways reported your boyfriend to the police for intimidating, threating and harassing our staff.
Negative experience: Absolute rip off tried to get 2000 pound out of me for nothing told my partner she needed two fillings and 850 pounds worth of whiting before she could have composite bonding have been to another dentist now a well known one and the whiting she needs is 495 all the same brands as this rip off firm and magically she doesn’t need any fillings after having an xray else where Anna I suggest you send me my 210 pound back for wasting me time
Ryan, you were in the same room as your gf Lucy, you could have said you do not want treatment, there was no need to create so much drama at reception. We have reported to the police for intimidating, threating and harassing the our staff. Your actions and this review is totally uncalled for. We try our best to work hard and provide good service to our patients. We ain't here for abuse. We follow a strict policy for Zero tolerance to abuse.
Fantastic experience: I've been going to this dentist for almost a year now initially it was just to clean my teeth and do regular check ups and I was really happy with how kind everyone was and the quality of the treatments. After a while I wanted to do teeth whitening but didn't know anything about it or the process. I had a consultation with them and they ran through the treatment, cost and everything I needed to know. After a few weeks of using the gels my teeth were considerably whiter and I was receiving compliments from my family and friends on my smile. After a while they suggested I consider veneers for two pegs on the top of my teeth, they also do a monthly instalment and after a few weeks considering it I decided to do it and was very happy with the results. It looks very natural and matches my teeth perfectly and made me a lot more confident with my smile and was getting compliments from a lot of people shortly after getting it done. Would definitely recommend coming here everyone is very welcoming, friendly and professional and I've never had any complaints with any of the treatments

Fantastic experience: Very good experience - I have waited approximately 6 months before reviewing their service. I called the Dentist at the practice on Boxing Day in December 2023. I was extremely nervous about attending their practice due to a poor service I received at a different dentist on the Yew Tree, West Bromwich. I was asked to attend their surgery as they suspected I needed a root canal procedure. The Dentist put my mind at ease and agreed to inform me fully of the procedure. He had full faith in his ability to deliver a service with no pain to be experienced whatsoever. I did not believe him but I knew I needed the surgery. He proved me wrong and I had the best experience at a Dentist surgery ever. I experienced no pain and no discomfort at all. This was a massive relief for me. The procedure was expensive however it was what I expected due to the Christmas holidays and also having neglected my dental hygiene for years and not having seen a Dentist regularly. They had me attend approximately 5-6 times over 2-3 months in order to finish the procedure properly with a crown and fitting. The staff are friendly and very well trained. Negative experience: Went to this appointment that cost 70 pound. The lady at the destination was very rude to me. The dentist tried to get me to get more stuff done to my teeth that was not needed like scale and polish etc, he was vert demanding trying to get it done he said he had a spare hour, was all a bit fishy so I left I asked some friends and they said they are rated high because friends and family are doing reviews, and I kind of believe it now.... Will never use again

Negative experience: I paid 70 pounds for the appointment . The dentist was very rude and said he can’t do x-ray because its weekend and asked me to book another appointment for x-ray and check up. The website it says the x-ray will be done in the regular appointment. The doctor doesn’t know his hippocratic oath and all he is interested is in your money.

All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. I was worried as I had to take my kids with me twice, but the staff are good with kids. I felt at peace during the treatments. The dentist explained the whole process in a way that was understandable to me. I will definitely return for other treatments. Thank you guys!!

Negative experience: I have no idea how this dentist has scored so high with its reviews. I’ve tried to book a hygienist appointment. The receptionist struggled to take my details and huffed and puffed throughout the call. She then called me back within an hour asking me why I haven’t paid the deposit for an appointment!?! She then said to me that the cost of the appointment would be £67 even though it says £61 on their own website. She basically accused me of lying by saying that she’s surprised it says £61 as the price went up years ago. She then accused me of being rude even though she was argumentative throughout. I’ve had to guide her through her own website to tell her where it says £61 and she still wouldn’t honour the price and refused to book me an appointment. I’ve NEVER known a DENTIST refuse to see a patient. I’ve been informed previous patients that the dentist also adds cost on during check ups and procedures. I’ve never written a review before, however the lady on the phone clearly needs some lessons in manners and your website needs updating. It’s not fair on customers to get to the dentist to be given higher fees to pay.

Negative experience: Cannot believe the unprofessionalism. So firstly, I called and booked an appointment for an implant the lady seemed lovely booked it for 11:30am on Friday and told me I needed to send a £10 deposit to a set of bank details. I did so and I called back to tell her I did it, the money left my account instantly and I thought it was booked. The next day I received a text to say my appointment has been cancelled due to me not sending a deposit. I called straight away and the woman was convinced I hadn’t sent anything she made me send her 4 different screenshots of my online banking by email, which by the way is very personal. She even claimed my transaction was on “hold” and that I was technically lying about the money leaving my account. To after this say “oh I have got it now”. Magically after the transaction had left my account instantly the day I booked my appointment. She then said ok see you tomorrow. And when asked where my apology was for the inconvenience and mess up on her side she told me she doesn’t owe me one. Then she told me she does not want to see me as I told her I deserve an apology. I told her to send my deposit back and she cut the line. I then called back twice, no answer. Called off my other number and she answered then was being difficult about sending my deposit back but eventually did it. Would not recommend someone this professional dealing with my mouth, another note I believe this woman is some sort of owner. EDIT: After seeing the reply as well as being rude & unprofessional it seems to be that this manager lady also is a liar. There is multiple reviews of people stating the same thing, that you were rude & hung up the phone and refused to give deposits back. There’s a special place in hell for this lady.

We called this morning to speak to you regarding not receiving your deposit but no one answered, hence messaged. You got back to us much later and after speaking to you the appointment was reinstated immediately and at same time ie 11:30am. We run an emergency service,so would rather see people in pain and help them get out of pain.
You have booked an appointment in the past and did not turn up to your appointment.
You spoke to the same lady yesterday while booking your appointment, I don't understand how you found her nice one day and not nice the other.
Once your payment was acknowledged we reinstated the appointment. But you demanded and apology and said if you can't Apologies cancel my appointment and asked for a refund.
The staff agreed to your refund and your money was refunded within 1 minute of you providing us your bank details.
Our staff never hung up the phone, and infact was talking when you hung the phone up on her.
I am sorry that you feel this way, we were trying to help you and provide a service but we prefer seeing patients who are mutually respectful.

Fantastic experience: I am no stranger to the dental office, having unfortunately picked up a few cavities in my time that needed fillings or root canal treatments. The service and treatment from the Dentist has always been amazing. Not only do they put you at ease and thoroughly explain answers to my sometimes incessant questions, but I can also confidently say I have no complaints about the multiple treatments I have had over the years despite their trickiness and sometimes low odds of success. Negative experience: Considering the amount of good reviews this dental practice has received, we are really disappointed with the lack of reasonability shown by the management. We were scheduled in an appointment for the 8th September as a family including our 3 year old. Unfortunately our 3 year old contracted foot and mouth therefore we did managed to change the appointment earlier in the week with no issues. The night before our appointment our youngest child contracted the disease. We tried to do the reasonable thing by contacting the practice the same day to re-arrange our appointment, for when the little ones were all better. Unfortunately we were faced with a challenging manager named Anna who wasn’t very understanding. She wanted to charge a cancellation fee which we were not happy with as we wanted re-arrange and not to cancel overall. After some back and forth I advised them in that case, we will be attending the appointment as me and my wife have no symptoms and it was just the children. We turned up to the appointment today and we were refused to be seen. We were told that we would not be seen and we would not be able to get our deposit back. 1) The issue was out of our control and we were thinking of the staff members safety when calling to re-arrange 2) The customer service could really do with some improvement and common sense to be used 3) There were no T&Cs provided to state deposits are non returnable We hope you will do the right thing and refund our deposit. Alternatively we will seek to obtain our refund via the banks. I understand you have a business to run as you mentioned on the phone, however eventualities and sickness do occur. Today you have lost a local customer for the sake of some cancellation fees. Please use the above feedback as a positive to improve service delivery as we are aware you have only recently opened. Fantastic experience: Affordable, professional and quick! I needed my lower wisdom tooth out and had to wait 12 months on the NHS. It kept getting infected so I sought private treatment. I was nervous about coming as the prices seemed cheaper than other places I had looked. It was a really positive experience. I was asked if I had any questions and told about pricing. The dentist even took my tooth out the same day which was so convenient as I have limited childcare. The dentist was kind and efficient and I was emailed detailed aftercare instructions. Fantastic experience: Amazing service! Went in for an emergency appointment for a tooth extraction, dentist was able to tell me exactly what problems I had, course of treatment and help me figure which was the best method to treat my teeth and pain! Took my daughter with me and she was made to feel so welcomed and enjoyed her experience watching mommy remove her teeth! They even let me keep my rotten tooth!!!!! Negative experience: Disappointed with this clinic. Made my wife an emergency appointment for next day the online appointment system was showing availability. Next day had a call from his wife Ana stating the appointment is cancelled due to personal emergency. This happens every time my wife has made an appointment when she was having Invisalign’s. They take your deposit then try and rebook you. She was very rude to my wife and also hung up on her after asking for refund. My wife took a day off from work as she was in a lot of pain as the brace line was causing her cuts as it was broken. Customer service is very poor, no compassion for patients at this dentist. His wife needs training in customer service. An hour later we got a call oh the dentist can now see her. How? The dentist was always opens they just pick and choose who they like to see after securing deposits. Scott arms have been amazing and saw my wife straight away. Do not recommend this place. Recommend Scott arms which is 5 mins away.

Firstly, I am the manager of the practice not someones wife only. Secondly, I wasn't rude at all and never hung up the phone on your wife. Very patiently I took her yelling at me and tried my best in a very calm way to explain and apologise for having to cancel. We had to cancel the appointment yes due to some personal reasons. Thirdly, I called her first thing in the morning to explain to her we will not be able to see her, can see her some other day as didn't want to cancel on a patient last minute gave her more than 6 hours notice when the appointment was just booked late last night
Fourthly, I requested for the email of the bank details so that we could refund the money but she was being soo rude and kept saying I want to come today, I said it will be difficult and apologised so many times for it, this isn't the case usually but due to extreme personal reasons had to.
Lastly, but not the least, we love to look after our patients and try our best and go out of our way to do so but we are also human beings and bad things can happen to us aswell and we have to accommodate our life aswell. I called you within an hour to ask for bank details and refunded the money. I don't understand why all this and patient care doesn't mean patients can yell at us and get away with it all the times and then write a bad review to damage someone's business and hardwork.

Fantastic experience: I was up in Birmingham doing a course I had an accident and nocked my front tooth out and the other two was really wobbly, so I phoned up and went the staff was A1 I couldn't fault them as dentist scare me he told me what he needed to do and extracted the two teeth he explained everything and what I needed to do he then gave me antibiotics and I left then a week later one of there staff phoned me up to see if I was OK which I find really nice it is a shame there only private but I can not fault them what so ever thank you so much for your help not much pain swelling gone down know just waiting for my dentist to see what's my next step on the denture side

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment in this clinic yesterday. Had a very bad tooth ache and was so nervous to get it extracted. But Dr. Rikki was amazing and so confident about his work and he let me feel so relaxed. I didn't feel any pain during the tooth extraction and it only took 5 minutes. Fantastic experience: I went to this dentist to have a consultation to see if they could finish off the work on my teeth which was done by an another dental clinic which went into liquidation after fitting my implants. I found Rikki and Ana very courteous and knowledgeable about the work I needed doing. It was explained to me the positives and negatives about the different treatments on offer. I chose to have a full arch of teeth on my upper and a few teeth on the bottom. Although the implant surgery was done others , Rikki put my mind at rest and I gave them permission to go ahead. The whole process was explained at each stage and the treatment went perfectly. I have now achieved my perfect smile and I am over the moon with the result. I thank Rikki ,Ana, and all the staff who are extremely polite and friendly and I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in having similar work.

Fantastic experience: The login was quite lengthy, especially when you are in pain, but the service was excellent. I visited for emergency treatment and they agreed to see me very quickly. There was very little pain during the extraction and none since, which is what we all look for :-)

Fantastic experience: After visiting Veneers, Emergency Center, i can tell the whole world how proud i finally am to visit a professional dentist that actually checks everything you ask them too and also takes the time to sit down and go through the good and bad things associated with the problem you address them with. I have went to many dentists and i have struggled to find a dentist that actually does there career properly, and actually shows there experience aswell as there degree in action. I had a pain in my right side of my mouth everytime i chewed at the back but my tooth was not sensitive, i approached a dentist that is apart of NHS and when i told him the problem, he didnt seem so reassuring he understood what i was getting at, so we did the X-ray and he didnt even catch all of the tooth he missed the tooth i assumed would be the problem (wisdom tooth), for me i could not stay at that dentist, that is basics for a dentist to conduct a proffesional examination, especially if you are paying for it out of pocket. Everything changed when i went to Veneers, Emergency Centre, i explained my problem to the dentist and he immediatly had equipment that certainly is more up to date then any dentist i have seen, he has 2 forms of x ray machines that catches all of your teeth without any problmes at all. He then checked my teeth and immediatly found the problem under 5mins of seeing him, which he immediatly treated on the same day without any complications or issues. Veneers is truly a keep when it comes to your teeth and i will not be leaving any time soon. The dentist also has a varitey of treatments more then most dentists i have seen. Thank you Veneers!! I finally can stop hunting for the best because you are the best!.

I had come to the UK as a tourist and suddenly I had immense pain in my tooth, so I contacted Dr dodhi via google, I got an immediate appointment the very next day and the root canal was done in a very professional manner. Fantastic experience: Can only give 5 stars for The Dentist. I had an emergency last Friday was in so much pain after calling around 20 different NHS dentists with no luck decided I would have to go private. I stumbled upon The Dentist, what can I say fantastic treatment from start to finish. The staff are wonderful I am an extremely nervous patient but my tooth was out before I even knew what was happening and I actually laughed. Thank you guys.
