Fantastic experience: We have been using this dental practice for many years and always been very happy with our care. But I’ve never written a review and feel I need to today. Today I visited with my 12 year old son to have a tooth extracted recommended by the orthodontist. The lady I believe is called Shakir was absolutely brilliant with him, she explained everything about the process and gave him the opportunity to ask questions and was just awesome. I can’t thank her enough for making his first experience of having a tooth out such a pleasant one. Keep up the great work and thanks again x

Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but positive experiences at this dental surgery. The dentists go above and beyond to ensure their patients are calm and comfortable. Dr Moore in particular is an expert in his field and has given me some really valuable advice over the years, which has saved mine and my children's teeth. The surgery has been expanded and renovated recently and is a calming, light and clean environment throughout, making it a pleasant experience from the moment you walk through the door.

The safety measures brought in to help with COVID-19 are excellent and l feel perfectly safe and comfortable when visiting the practice.

Fantastic experience: As a disabled person who has MND the staff from coming through the door to leaving were nothing but respectful and friendly. I have issues with the water being used and the technician was excellent and I didn’t feel like I was being water boarded. I highly recommend this practice as they will not charge you for something that you don’t need. The advice is free and I will be using them as my regular Dentist. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: After getting up on a Saturday with tooth ache worrying that I would be in pain all weekend a phone call to Oraco solved everything. Polite, professional receptionists fitted me in to see the dentist that morning. Saw Mr Moore who was his usual pleasant self and left the surgery after excellent treatment knowing I would be free from pain. Thank you.

Positive experience: Reception staff very good and friendly But when I saw the dentist I wasn’t given a cover for my clothes (just glasses) and when asked to rinse I had to ask for a tissue I felt the dental nurse wasn’t very helpful or pleasant. Never had this before as I have been at this practise years.

Positive experience: Always had good treatment which is why I gave it an extra star but it doesn't feel the same with the new staff and was 40 minutes late for routine checkup. New room felt tiny so if you don't like confined spaces ask for another room. Considering my options,

Negative experience: I came to the dentist for a check up... I knew I had a hairline crack on my tooth but wasn't causing me much trouble and I arranged to go back in 6 months time for a check up and to discuss treatment. I also had a clean whilst there. The water machine/ flosser packed up half way through my clean and to be quite honest I was relieved as my mouth felt on fire and was very painful which doesn't usually happen when it's just a clean! Anyways problem fixed and she unfortunately carried on. My mouth was very sore. Fast forward a few days later and my cracked tooth started causing me some pain.I popped in and no appointments until the following week. However,Friday just gone I was in unbearable pain,I couldn't eat or drink, So had to phone around and found a nearby dentist to me that would see me in half hour! Tbh I was looking to swap anyway after my bad experience I didn't want the lady treating me tbh...if it hurts to have a simple clean! The dentist I went to had to remove my tooth as it was now cracked in two places and an abscess was forming.... I've now changed dentists as the one who extracted my tooth was so lovely,kind and caring. I Def feel the rough clean made my tooth worse to the point I had no choice but have an emergency appointment instead of suffering all weekend! I've been with oraco for many years, probably over 20...but as it's grown it doesn't seem the same. I won't be returning.

Fantastic experience: Todays experience was a pleasant one....the dentist wasn't rushed at all...he took time to explain everything to me and was very gentle....I felt confident with his findings and accepted his opinion....the nurse was lovely. She made sure I was comfortable. The whole visit was very pleasant. Downstairs tge reception staff were also equally pleasant and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Just fabulous! Having chipped both front teeth after a fall I wasn’t sure what could be done to save them. I was in agony! I managed to get an emergency appointment the same day, all fixed and totally unnoticeable. Professional service from start to finish.
