Negative experience: I have to say when arriving at the dental practice I was a nervous wreck knowing that having a abscess and needing a emergency tooth extraction. Fantastic experience: The work I had done was to crown four molars the teeth were heavily filled but after 40 years plus, decay had started to set in underneath the fillings. Fortunately having this dental work carried meant that I was able to save all the teeth I know one of the molars was borderline. Another big plus was having the crowns manufactured at the dental practice and the crowns were then fitted on the same afternoon. Obviously there is a cost in dental treatment but I am grateful to Kiran Pithwa dental surgeon for saving the teeth particularly as the cost of implants makes that method prohibitive. Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient and visited this practice for the first time based on recommendation from friends and family, because I was in severe pain all weekend. Victoria and Chelsea greeted me and I felt very welcome, considering I hate the dentist. Dr Nimesh Patel saw me on Monday as an emergency and put me at ease and was extremely gentle and explained everything thoroughly and proceeded to remove my tooth. After care was exceptional, staff were extremely friendly and helpful and easy to get hold of and answered any questions I had .

Fantastic experience: From speaking on the phone to the reception members, arriving at the practice, being treated by the dentist, dental assistant and dental hygienist, I’ve found New Road Dental Practice friendly; caring, professional and amenable. I’ve had a number of treatments recently and what used to be a scary visit a number of years ago has turned into a nice experience.

Fantastic experience: I had an amalgam (silver) filling replaced yesterday with a white composite one. The dentist Dr.Amit Lakhani, was very considerate to my nervousness which resulted from an appalling experience with another dentist elsewhere. The filling took about 30 mins and the dentist was very calming and reassuring throughout. I never felt a thing!. I was warned I may have sensitivity for next 24 hours, but felt none at all. Excellent!

Fantastic experience: Thursday evening something is very painful in my wisdom teeth. Thinking it was sinus I took tablets. Friday in absolute agony. Got an appointment at new road for Sunday. Saturday at work eating painkillers to stop pain. Admitted to hospital for paracetamol overdose. No antibiotics given. Arrived Sunday at new road and was greeted by a wonderful receptionist . With in ten minutes I was seen by a male dentist who could see how much pain I was in and was so gentle and caring it was an absolute amazing experience with one of if not the best dentist I’ve ever been to.walked out of there with a prescription for antibiotics and 1 day later my abcess and pain is under control. Wow what a service from all at new road when your at your lowest depths. THANKYOU all. Amazing place. Highly recommend new road dentist.

Fantastic experience: I am 73 years of age and due to an unfortunate experience in my childhood I developed a chronic fear of dentists. I arrive at the age of 72 knowing that I had to sort out my upper teeth, as I like to smile and I wanted to feel free to do so. My dentist is Prash, and if any person needs to have implants I recommend that you go and see him. My teeth are great, he does not hurt me, he is patient, he explains everything, the money I paid for my teeth is the best money I have ever spent. I trust him absolutely with every aspect of my dental care. I still recall the day when, though he had warned because he has to, that it might not all work out as it depended on my bones, I awoke to find it had all worked. Till everything was absolutely perfect, I could not leave. His attention to detail is excellent. But, overall, he is excellent. I cannot recommend him highly enough, and if anyone wished to meet me to see my teeth, let me know, via Prash.

Fantastic experience: I am writing to thank Dr Nimesh Patel and the Practice's staff for the excellent treatment I received last week and earlier this week. One of my old implants became loose and I was very concerned that it might fall out completely and I may swallow it. I was given an emergency appointment. Dr Patel spent a lot of time trying to tighten the implant. He ascertained the problem was the screw had become rounded and wouldn't tighten. Due to the age of the implant he had to source the correct screw. He did this and earlier this week he fitted it. He even provided me with a spare screw in case this issue happens again in the future. Three generations of my family have used New Road Dental Practice due to their attention to detail, their professionism and their warm, friendly staff. I am happy to recommend this practice. Fantastic experience: On Saturday morning I had unbearable toothache so was trying to contact an emergency dentist (my regular dentist is closed weekends) & New Road Dental were the first to answer. Annie was so kind & helpful as having difficulty speaking & she reassured me that the dentist, Paaras, I'd be seeing was "a lovely chap" & would be able to relieve the pain. And indeed he was; & patient too while I told him the problem & history. He explained what he was going to do & while treating me told me what to expect in terms of pain & asking me if ok. He and his assistant made me feel comfortable during the treatment which was excellent and I left there very happy. I would definitely go back there again & recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: In March 2022 I visited New Road Dental Practice as I was so self conscious about my smile. Dr Dhanani put me at my ease and explained the treatment which he was going to carry out. This involved replacing three crowns and adding veneers to some of the adjoining teeth. Everyone at the practice was so welcoming and friendly and I never felt worried about going there. I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort whatsoever, even the injections were bearable thanks to the breathing technique I was taught. Today I am SO happy. From the first contact with the receptionist on the telephone to meeting the dentist and dental nurse to having my procedure carried out was a great experience. I am very nervous of visiting the dentist and I knew I had to have a tooth removed and infection treated so I was worried. All the staff were friendly, caring and professional and the surgery and dental room was immaculate. I cannot recommend the dentist who carried out my procedure highly enough. He explained everything clearly and carried out the procedure with great care and so not causing pain or discomfort. I will definitely be returning to the New Road Dental Practice. in fact I already have my follow up appointment booked.

Fantastic experience: Really excellent dental service that I would highly recommend. I needed two implants earlier this year which is a fairly lengthy process running across several months. The price was reasonable but the service and the care throughout was outstanding. Paraas and his team made every effort throughout to ensure I was fine at each stage. I can't say I was particularly looking forward to the implant process but I was completely comfortable throughout due to the expertise and care of the team. Thank you.
