Fantastic experience: I have found Dr Spyer to be excellent in all the appointments I have had with her for routine dental examinations and treatment: she is warm, meticulous, explains any recommended treatment transparently (and with the aid of photography of the offending teeth!), and painstaking in her work. They go above and beyond to show you detailed pictures of anything that needs treatment and explain you why. Their practice is quite modern as well, and the dentists are really good. Fantastic experience: Had a course of treatment with Dori at Smile Solutions to encourage thicker hair growth. A low risk approach to help with thinning hair! Dori explained the process well. She was gentle drawing my blood, spun it and then infiltrated it into the scalp. She has great technique. I was a little sceptical at first but between sessions 4-6 m the hair did appear thicker. Just need to keep nourishing it every 3 months or so. Thanks Dori and Team Smile Solutions.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Erika. See saw my boys (4.5 and 1.5 yo). She managed to do a professional cleaning for my older son, while he was watching TV hanging on a ceiling. In other places I was told it is absolutely impossible until they are 7 yo. No pressure on 1.5 yo - she didn’t charge me because wasn’t able to do a proper check up. She has a no crying approach and gets along with kids brilliantly! She explained me in detail how I should prepare my younger son for the next visit and how I should approach brushing their teeth and deal with their protests. She answered all my questions really well. She gave me recommendations that really work (my son wants to brush his teeth three times a day now). I am very grateful to her for professionalism, personality and integrity.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist in London! I tend to be picky with dentists but I am happy to say that I have finally in good hands. Dr. Erika examined tooth by tooth in detail while I relaxed watching Netflix, and then kindly explained all the possible courses of action for every problem (also tips to prevent future problems from developing). It was nice to be informed of all the options I have and how much they would cost without being pressured to make a decision on the spot! The whole environment is clean, modern, and friendly. The prices are also reasonable for what you get. I went in stressed and worrying about the condition I had but came out much more relaxed. I would definitely recommend!

I had years of neglect from fear of dentistry, and I’m only half way through my treatment but my experience so far has been phenomenal. Dr Cristina and her wonderful nurse Heather have not only removed my fear but in my life I could never imagine that I would actually look forward to my visits. Thank you doesn’t quite it. And I must extend my gratitude to the wonderful reception staff who have always been calming and welcoming and mostly so supportive and understanding.

Negative experience: I had a number of really awful experiences here a couple of years ago, with over-charging and recommending unnecessary treatments(I suspect because they knew I was privately insured and could afford it). I also had to re-do their work on more than one occasion. I was really pleased to find another dentist in the area that I trust a lot more.

Fantastic experience: Best dental practice in London! Everybody is extremely professional and caring. You can see that they deeply care about their work and will always go above and beyond to ensure you’re happy with your smile. I also love the practice and the rooms. One has a projector so you can watch a show whilst having work done, which is extremely relaxing if you’re nervous.

I haven't always trusted dentists and the work they say they need to do but she takes time to explain what she needs to do and why. She has really helped correct 10 years of neglecting my teeth. The reception team are so friendly, the clinic is spotless and I love the projector and netflix set up while you're getting your dental treatment. Fantastic experience: The quality of service and attention to detail and Smile Solutions is second to none. I had my Invisalign treatment completed here with Dr Cristina and was absolutely blown away by the results! It's been about 3 months since I've completed the process and the confidence it has given me cannot be understated. I get compliments on my teeth on at least a weekly basis, which encourages me to smile more and feel great about myself, as well as interacting with new people. This treatment with Smile Solutions hasn't just improved my smile, it's improved all areas of my life. The whole process took around 12 months and included teeth whitening at the end. Dr Cristina is incredibly talented at what she does and made me feel assured the entire time. The practice is immaculate and all of the staff make you feel welcome. Fantastic experience: Best dental experience! I had tetracycline stained teeth and was told whitening was not possible. 7 months later white bright teeth for life.!! I'm so grateful for the advise and treatment options offered. Now onto invisalign. I have been seen by all the dentists here, Dr Jade Dr Cristina and Dr Erika. All equally as great. Patient service and care on another level. I can't recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Cristina and the rest of the staff at Smile solutions have absolutely transformed my smile and my teeth! It looks amazing and I am so happy with the outcome. Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Erika because I didn’t like the shape of my teeth. I had several gaps between them and they were very small so I was never confident in the way my teeth looked when I smiled. Dr Erika and their magic technician did an outstanding job. The whole process went smoothly and was totally pain free. I now have a set of stunning ceramic veneers that have given me back the confidence I needed to be able to smile again. Negative experience: I originally gave a 5 star review to this business. I've been followed by a Dentist for a couple of years and I was very happy with him. The last time I went for a routine visit, I was visited by a different dentist. Premise: I've got a history of very good teeth health, and its been more than a decade since I had a cavity. The previous dentist here confirmed that, and in fact he scheduled routine visits every 12 months given how low risk I am. This new dentist found 6 (!!) cases of cavities or potential for cavities to develop, recommended drilling and filling asap, prescribed a night guard for grinding, and suggested cosmetic intervention for my front teeth. I was shocked to hear I had so many cavities developing suddenly when my previous visit with the old dentist was all clear, and no changes were done to my cleaning habits or diet. Before proceeding I went to a different dentist center near work, and they found nothing at all! A year passed and I'm still fine! Now, I understand the different approach between dentists- some more aggressive in preventive intervention- but the diagnosis done by one of the doctor here was completely skewed and I would have ruined 6 good teeth if I had followed her advice. Since then I stopped using the services at englands lane dentist.

Fantastic experience: 5 star from start to finish. I had terrible teeth for years just did not think there was any solutions for me. I was recommended to them by friend of my niece whose family were treated here. I was given options and shown possibilities with in all budgets. The treatment was not cheap but it’s the best money I have ever spent in my mouth.
