Fantastic experience: Best dental experience in the UK. We'd tried a few different dentists and there's just no comparison, tooth near Waterloo Station is by far the best around. Lovely staff, easy to get appointments, convenient location.
Fantastic experience: Visited tooth Dental Practice today as my back tooth had chipped so I needed an emergency appointment. The receptionist was very helpful and I was seen quickly. My dentist Florentina was professional she put me at ease and did a filling, it was painless and a reasonable price too, the practice was very clean and tidy this was my first time at this dentist it and I would use again, thank you

Fantastic experience: Tooth Dental were a life saver. Chipped a front tooth composite bond and had a big event the next day and so needed it fixed fast. They had a same day appointment for me, and Dr. Florentina did a fantastic job! My front teeth look great (better than before the chip even) and the service was 5 star! Fantastic experience: The whole process from booking through to treatment was very straight forward. They managed to fit me in at a time that worked for me, were very responsive on WhatsApp and I didn't have to call to book, which meant a speedy and easy booking. Following the treatment, they were also efficient in sending me my receipt with all the information I needed. Dr. Eleni Dimopoulou did a fantastic job for my scale/polish/airflow - she and her nurse (so sorry I forgot her name) were very welcoming, the treatment was efficient and good quality. I felt super comfortable in their hands. The price was also very reasonable in comparison to other places in London. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I saw doctor Anna to help me reshape a filling on a front tooth, misshapen by another dentist and 4 more fillings, our of which 3 on the front teeth. All clinic staff are nice and professional, but I was particularly impressed with the kindness dentists have to nurses, which is not common at all. No pain, no uncomfortableness & I left with a perfect smile, in less than 2 hours. On top of that, as someone with massive anxiety, to relax so much at the dentist that you almost fall asleep in the chair.. speaks volumes. 10/10 for tooth and Dr Anna. I can confidently say that I will never see another dentist in the UK.

Fantastic experience: Haven't been to a dentist in a number of years due to dental related anxiety but was recommended this place by my partner. The facilities were incredibly clean and welcoming. My dentist, Florentina, and hygienist, Mia, were very friendly, informative and welcoming. Coming to tooth has definitely alleviated my anxieties and I will be returning for all follow up work and future check ups!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had Invisalign Treatment with Dr Florentina and Hygiene appointments with Holly. The whole experience has been great. Dr Florentina has been very patient with me, as I always have lots of questions. The reception team have been very accommodating and friendly. I couldn’t recommend tooth enough!

Negative experience: I had a root canal done by Dr. Yuqiao Liu about a month ago. The tooth is still sore when biting, and the gum swelling hasn’t healed at all. He rushed through a one-visit root canal without using any medication, despite clear signs of infection. During the treatment, he kept trying to sell me a filling and showed little concern for how anxious I felt. Originally, I intended to see a Spanish endodontist at their clinic, but Dr. Liu explained that he wasn’t actually an endodontist. I ended up choosing him anyway, and it’s one of the most regrettable decisions I’ve made this year. I filed a complaint, but the clinic responded by insisting they did everything correctly and denied any responsibility. Thanks to their helpful clarification in an email, I now understand that this clinic doesn’t have a true endodontist — only people who are “interested” in endodontics. Their desire to earn money is directly proportional to their price, but the quality of the dentist’s treatment and the clinic’s follow-up service is inversely proportional — so please be careful when making your choice！ For those who speak Mandarin: don't choose a dentist just because he speaks your language. It doesn't mean he will bring better treatment that will put you at ease.

Whilst we are aware that you personally do not agree with the series of dental procedures carried out (all of which have been checked and confirmed as clinically accurate and successful), we do have a duty to protect our business with accurate information to ensure any reader of this review gets correct information.
We cannot discuss your case on here, but we can confirm to readers that although your complaint challenged every detail of our procedure, our use of materials, our x rays, our use of equipment etc, we were more than happy to investigate (which included two second opinions). In summary, the review confirmed that all correct procedure was followed and all clinical outcomes were met.
Naturally if a patient reports pain after a treatment we bring them back for a free review, but if there aren’t any signs of any areas of concern relating to the treatment it is very hard for us to diagnose something that we cannot see or clinically find. We have not been made aware that you believe you are still feeling issues in that tooth, so if this is the case then of course we will be happy to review this again with you – please just get in touch at [email protected].
We have a team of leading Specialist and Special Interest Dentists across a variety of specialisms, including Endodontics. All of them have a wealth of experience and qualifications in their fields of expertise and most work solely in their special areas. Our Endodontist, for example, works exclusively in Endodontics under microscope, and has a Masters and a PhD in his field, in addition to his dental degree.
Naturally it is hard for us to manage expectations if a patient has their own ideas about what procedures a qualified Dentist should follow and what equipment and techniques should be used and when, but we are very comfortable with the successful treatment that we did for you. As above please do not hesitate to contact us if you think that this hasn’t healed correctly, and we will be more than happy to review again – many thanks and sorry that you were not happy with your experience at tooth.

Negative experience: Hygienist was miserable and condescending. He seemed annoyed when asking me about my medical history and the actual cleaning was rushed and not thorough. I paid for the plus package, but feel like I will need to go to another practice entirely to get a proper cleaning done. Disappointing!
Hi Kyra - we are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your appointment and that you felt that the Hygiene visit was rushed and not thorough, and that they were rude. All of this feedback is very out of kilter with the hundreds of other reviews we have, so as you know we looked into this and emailed you immediately when we saw this upsetting review. From everything we can see on the system and from speaking to the the Hygienist it appears that everything was done properly, with a full clean and all clinical outcomes were achieved, so we were a little confused. We requested on our email that you send a photo of anything that you feel had been left/missed following the hygiene, and
that we would review and immediately get this fixed for you free of charge if anything had been left - however, we did not receive any pictures or further details from you, so we were unable to help understand why you felt the hygiene wasn't thorough nor remedy this if this was somehow the case. Regardless, we are sorry again that you felt the need to leave this review.
Fantastic experience: Dr Eleni and her colleague Abby were outstanding! As an old chap with a mouth full of chips and missing fillings I needed quite a bit of dental work. Utterly professional, great attention to detail and an approach which made the whole experience a pleasure despite the jabs etc.. Positive experience: Very professional setup, procedures and friendly employees, but in the end only average dental cleaning for 15 min after you deduct the talks

Fantastic experience: If there were more stars I would give them - after around 10 years of not seeing a dentist (brushing and flossing at home) you can imagine there was a lot of work to be done - 4 fillings, root canal and a crown. Everything was seamless. I genuinely believe the practice has the customers best interests at heart, and prioritise excellent customer service and high quality. I recommend them now to all my friends who ask about dental work.

Fantastic experience: I had severe left sided pain and Dr Ana was exceptional. She diagnosed the problem very quickly and professionally. She changed around her bookings to accomodate me having emergency surgery. During the surgery she was amazing- very professional and kept pain very minimal. I couldn’t believe she had done the procedure so quickly! I’m still shocked. I can’t recommend her enough. Positive experience: I would advise confirming the treatment with the patient when they first arrive. Here are more details about it: I went to this clinic as a new patient for basic hygiene. I had a good experience with Dr. Lee and am happy with the results. Dr. Lee was very patient and answered all the questions I had regarding my tooth. However, in previous email exchanges for booking, I specified that I would like to book a "Standard Plus Cleaning". I was only told after the session that a "Deluxe Shine" was performed. Since there is an 80-pound price difference between the two treatments, I would strongly suggest that at some point during the appointment, there should be better communication regarding treatment choices.

Regarding the charge - as soon as we saw this review we looked into this and it was simply a mistake on the coding - at the time Dr. Lee was new and had selected 'Deluxe' rather than 'Plus' which had then sent the charge for the higher price Deluxe to reception, which is what our receptionist would have automatically charged. As you know, on the very same day that we saw this, we emailed you explaining what had happened and giving details of how to process the refund of the incorrectly charged amount. As we didn't hear back, we called a few days later and discussed and a full refund was made for the incorrectly charged amount. Apologies for this, it was a genuine accident and we never ever knowingly overcharge or apply hidden costs to our lovely patients!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Tooth dental surgery. I have alot problems with my tooth and gum, i went to 3 different dental surgery and none of them give any answers for my treatment I was thinking to go abroad to get a treatment but luckily my friend recommended me Tooth surgery. The moment I arrived at Tooth I fell welcome it's fell like entry a spa fell so relaxed. After first visit they s gave me treatment plans and the cost of my treatment they so professional. I'm so happy to found great dental surgery and dentist I can trust. Now my tooth and gum feels healthy and finally I can smile The receptionist team was very helpful and friendly and will happy to answer your questions. I was been looked after by 3 amazing Dentist Dr Yugiao Liu, Dr Ana oral surgeon dentist and Dr Pasquale Santamaria. They all very professional and really care to help you. Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot recommed this clinic enough, very professional and clean service. I got two of my wisdome teeth removed extremely smooth extraction. I recovered jn 3 days abd felt relieved. Dr. Anna is amazing and very sweet abd patient she took me through everything so i was aware of all the procedures. She reassured me throughout the whole extraction.

Positive experience: I was enthusiastic to try Tooth given the positive Google reviews. I was disappointed by my experience. I had to wait for 20 min past my appointment time to be seen (with no one saying why they were running late). My exam seemed thorough and I was told they wanted to see if one spot was staining and would come out after cleaning or an early sign of a cavity - which was helpful. The cleaning however was painful. I've never had incidents where my whole body reflexively jumps due to pain from a dental cleaning. This happened 3 times before the dentist paused and took her hands out of my mouth enough for me to say it was painful and she suggested she could turn the intensity down. I shouldn't have had to wait for this to happen 3 times. After this, there were still incidents of it being painful, but less so. My teeth looked and felt clean after, but it should not have been this painful and the incidents of pain should not have kept occurring - they should have been more aware and sensitive and stopped to check how I was doing. My teeth and gums have now been sensitive for two days (again something that I've never experienced before after 45+ years of going to the dentist for regular check-ups and cleanings every 6 months).
Hi Chay, thank you so much for leaving us this review and sharing your experience at tooth. We are glad you found the exam thorough. At tooth we always aim to give a 5 Star service so naturally we are disappointed to get anything less than this. Apologies that we were running late - in any field of medicine this can happen, albeit very rarely at tooth, just owing to the nature of the work that we do. In this case, we did see you exactly 15 minutes late as there was an issue that we had with the previous patient which made us overrun, and we were not in a position to reschedule the patient as treatment had started and needed to be completed that day. All of our reception team know to keep patients fully up to date with any delays - if for any reason this didn't happen on this occasion we can only apologise. We have since spoken to all the team to remind them of this.
Regarding the pain from cleaning – sorry that you found this part of the visit uncomfortable. The reality is that any thorough cleaning can cause some sensitivity as we are going around the gumline and focusing on removing any build up and stains. Our Clinicians always adjust the instruments and techniques accordingly for every patient if they report sensitivity, and all patients are advised to just raise their hand if anything is too painful so they can pause, discuss and adjust accordingly. There are factors that can make things feel more challenging – for example, if a patient has a lot of staining, elects to not use air-flow, elects to not use numbing gel if they report sensitivity, and/or has recession, but we always aim to be as gentle as physically possible to achieve the desired clinical outcomes.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to tooth at Waterloo since early 2019, and I am so glad I switched to this practice. I continue to be impressed by every aspect of tooth, from reception through hygienists, dental assistants, and the dental work itself. My dentist there is Dr Ana Krstevska, and I've just had a run of appointments to put right some poor implant work from a previous practice. It was a real challenge, and needed considerable research, but Dr Ana was patient, positive, creative, and committed. Now all sorted! Thank you, Dr Ana.

Fantastic experience: I was taken in as an emergency after some really horrible wisdom tooth pain and the entire staff was just absolutely incredible with me and understanding of my anxiety, etc... My dentist was really proactive and got my tooth out in no time, I didn't feel a thing and left super happy! After mentioning I was diabetic too, I was given a glucose stick as they wanted to make sure my sugar levels were good during surgery. Would absolutely recommend going to the dentist there! I will definitely be back :)

Fantastic experience: I started my treatments with Tooth back in December 2022 and it has been an absolutely amazing experience considering the sensitivity of my cases. I had an accident a few days before Christimas when I first visited the practice and the general dentist Georgia as absolutely amazing in making me feel first of all safe and she was also very skillful to handle my situation. I then came back for a full check where we created a treatment plan for some of the teeth. The experience overall was excellent to continue with my treatments and in total I had 6 or 7 and all of them were consistent with the professional behaviour, making sure I felt safe and comfortable and above all receiving the best and most skillful service. Very happy with the team from front desk to hygienist and the general dentist. Thank you all so much for taking care of me!!!

Fantastic experience: I loved back into London 3 years ago and they got me in with one phone call, have been using them ever since. Reasonably priced and everything is explained up front so there’s never any surprises. They are fast and very good at what they do and although busy, they can always get you in when needed. Very helpful reception staff make the booking and payment process super easy and quick.

Fantastic experience: Since the first time I came to fix my teeth, everything is really really good! Really grateful to have Dr. Eleni as she is very professional, mindful, provides me the best plan, with the least intrusion unless necessary, which is what I really want!! She’s very patient to explain everything to me, and respond to my concerns, also successfully retain my very precious teeth with veryyyyyy large fillings before, saved my teeth with very stable hands! Fantastic experience: I had such an incredible experience at this dental practice through and through. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the space itself has a lovely design and the dentist I was with in particular was so caring, friendly and knowledgeable and clearly good at her job. Fantastic experience: I’ll admit that I have terrible teeth and I’ve always had a dread of visiting the dentist but not anymore. I’ve been a patient with the lovely Tooth team for a couple of years now and they have made my visits stress-free. They are such a sympathetic practice and from the moment I walk in I feel calm (well, calmer than I’ve ever felt before!). The treatment I’ve had has been fantastic. Fantastic experience: I recently had the most exceptional Airflow dental cleaning experience at this clinic! The team was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Our dentist Dr Stephanie Yeung was highly skilled and explained the entire process. Stephanie and her nurse Rochelle were very gentle and process was painless. The results were astonishing – my teeth were noticeably whiter, and stainless. I can't recommend Stephanie at the Tooth Dental Care enough. It's a five-star experience all the way!

Fantastic experience: So, picture this: Friday night, I had a little 'tooth-tastrophe' – I broke my front tooth! Panic mode set in because, of all times, I have a big business trip scheduled for Sunday where I have to give a speech in front of hundreds. Talk about bad timing, right? Fantastic experience: Had a new patient appointment for a check up. Friendly staff, on time and the dentist Anna Olczak was great. Explained the Xray results and her conclusions clearly and carefully.

Fantastic experience: Dr Anna is just so amazing. She has helped me preserve all of my teeth and trust me that is not easy. Always on time and very good at explaining what needs to happen to keep my teeth healthy. I feel I have a dentist I can trust and rely on over the next years.
