Fantastic experience: We've been with this practice for a good few years - location is great, plenty of free parking available but limited time which is fine; the staff on front desk are always so welcoming and friendly and the Dentists/Nutritionists and support staff are brilliant - very knowledgeable, honest but kind (i.e. floss more!). I would recommend this practice....

Fantastic experience: I just want to say a big thank you to Haj . I saw him on Monday about an issue I was concerned about. He was very reassuring but thought I needed to be seen by a specialist. A referral was put in later that day and I was seen today at Heatherwood two days later! Am feeling very relieved with the diagnosis which is as Haj thought. As an anxious patient Haj and the whole team have been very understanding and helpful to me.Many thanks !!

The lovely receptionists, Manjit and Mel, are brilliant so friendly, helpful and professional. Haj, my dentist is wonderful he is best dentist I have ever had! Also, Prab my dental hygenist is absolutely amazing.

Hi Ed, It was kind of you to do a review and rating. We had regular weekly Zoom meetings through out lock-down(who new about Zoom before !! ) ,which has really helped the team to come back with such a positive attitude especially with all the changes now in place. As you are aware we have tried to lesson the amount of time patients have in the practice,hence either waiting in their car or outside if local or if they don't use a mobile phone until the dentist/Hygienist is ready to see them.I can completely understand your frustration being kept waiting as you said especially as you were the first appointment.My sincere apologies for this we will try our upmost to make sure this does not happen again. Fantastic experience: I visited this Dental Practice with my two children, both aged under 12 years old. Dr Rachel Liu was fantastic! The Practice is very modern yet comfortable and homely, with ample parking at the back. The receptionists were very friendly and efficient. The premises were very clean indeed. The care that Dr Rachel Liu provided was excellent - she was patient, caring, friendly, and was very technically skilled. My children actually enjoyed their visit to the Dental Practice!
